使用前须知PRE-OPERATIONINSTRUCTIONS

延长电源线也是重要的事项，使用泵时，注意相接部分出现漏电或断线现象，以免造成触电事故。
电源线的延长方法①剥电源线皮时，防止铜线受损，铜线长度避免过长或过短。
② 相接部分应先缠橡胶胶布然后再缠4层以上绝缘胶带。
Extension of the power cord requires strict compliance with the folowing rules.During pump operation,check the joint for leakage or wire breakage to avoid electric shock.Power Cord Extension Steps
① Take care not to damage the copper core when stripping insulation; keep the exposed copper wire at a proper length (neither too long nor too short). ② Wrap rubber tape around the joint first, then apply no less than 4 layers of insulating tape.
不要把电源线弄弯、缠、拽或拧，否则会引起漏电、触电、火灾等事故。
Do notbend,twist,pullor kink the power cord,as this may lead toelectric leakage,electric shock or fire hazards.

■PH系列水泵是热水循环泵，适用于工业和城市给排水，高层建筑增压送水，园林喷灌，暖通制冷循环等方面，输送介质为清水及物理化学性质与清水类似的其他液体。
■泵为立式结构，进出口口径相同，且位于同一中心线上，可像阀门一样安装于管路之中，外形紧凑美观占地面积小，建筑投入低，如加上防护罩，则可置于户外使用。叶轮直接安在电机的加长轴上，轴向尺寸短，结构紧凑，水力部件与电机配合良好，有效地平衡泵运转产生的径向和轴向负荷，从而保证了泵的运行平稳，震动噪音很低。机械密封采用耐磨材质，有效延长机械密封的使用寿命。可根据使用要求选择泵的串、并联运行方式和安装方式。
■The PH series pumps are hot water circulation pumps. They areapplicable to industrial and urban water supply& drainage，pressure boosting water supply for high-rise buildings，garden sprinkler irigation，HvAC refrigeration circulation and other applications. The conveyed medium shall be clean water and other liquids with physicochemical properties similar to clean water.
■The pump features a vertical construction. Its inlet and outlet have identical bore diameters and are arranged on the same centerline,so it can be installed in the pipeline just like avalve. It boasts compact and attractive appearance with a small footprint and low construction investment. It can be used outdoors if equipped with a protective cover. Theimpellerismounted directlyon theextended shaftof the motor, resulting in short axial dimensions and compact structure. The hydraulic components match well with the motor,which effectively balances the radial and axial loads generated during pump operation,ensuring stable running with low vibration and noise. The mechanical seal is made of wear-resistant materials to efectively extend its service life. Series or parallel operation modes as well as installation modes of the pump can be selected according to application requirements.

电气连接ElectricalConnection
■水泵电气安装部分需由专业人员完成，严格遵守当地的电气有 关规定。
■电源必须通过电缆连接，电源开关的触点间距至少3mm。
■参照铭牌中的最大电流参数选择相应规格的电缆线径。
■带防护接头单相电机的接线方式详见图1.1-1.5所示，如需拆 除接线，方法请见图2所示。
Electrical installation of the pump shall be carried out by qualified personnel in strict accordance with local electrical regulations.
■Power supply must be connected via cable; the contact gap of the power switch shall be at least 3 mm.
●Select cable cross-section of appropriate specification according to the maximum current value marked on the nameplate.
■The wiring method for single-phase motors with protected connectors is shown in Figures l.l-1.5.Refer to Figure 2 for wiringdisconnection procedures.

Remove the wiring assembly from the cable gland.See Figure 2 forthe procedure.
Insertthe power cable into the circular cable gland.Leave 32 mm of the inner sheath exposed and 7 ~ \mathsf {mm } of the copper conductorexposed.

Insert the live,neutral and earth wires of the power cord into the slots marked L N and \neqq respectively,then crimp the terminalssecurely.

■为了便于检查维修，选择恰当的位置安装水泵。为确保电机处于良好的通风状态，电机风扇应距离墙面至少 3 0 \mathsf {cm } 0 Install the pumpata proper location for easy inspection and maintenance.To ensure good ventilation of the motor,the motor fan shall be at least 30 cm away from the wall.
■如下图所示，在水泵进出口管上，必须安装控制阀。如任意改变进水法兰和出水法兰的方向时，应保证线盒安装位置朝上。
Asshown in the figure below,control valves must be installed on the inlet and outlet pipelines of the pump.If the orientationof the inlet flange andoutlet flange is changed arbitrarily,ensure that the terminal box is mounted facing upward.

■为了避免管道堵塞，需要在管道上安装过滤器（Y型），一个月确认一次循环水是否需要更换。
注意
Toprevent pipeline blockage,a Y-type strainer shall be installed on the pipeline.Check every month whether the circulating water needs to be replaced.

■如遇到水泵或管道中有空气，水无法循环时，可通过水泵上的放水螺钉或管道上的排气阀及时排气。做法：用螺丝刀拧开泵体上的防水螺丝即可，如图所示。
注意
If air trapped inside the pump or pipeline prevents water circulation,vent the airin a timelymanner via thedrainscrew on the pump or the air vent valve on the pipeline.Procedure: Loosen the waterproof screw on the pump casing with a screwdriver,asshown in the figure.
■水泵安装在锅炉（燃油、燃煤、木炭等）时，一定要按照“配管参考图”安装，尤其装在煤、木炭锅炉时，千万不要把水泵装在火口正面，要装在火口侧面或后面。
■下图为热水循环泵配管系统示意图，仅供参考。配管时为避免事故发生，应安装膨胀管及膨胀水箱。泵上溢水管高度应保持在40米以下，若溢水管过长会在管道上产生逆压，发生不良运转。

起动及停正操作注意事项
起动前必须做好以下准备工作一水泵里充满水。
■水槽在水泵的上方时：关闭进口阀门。打开出口阀门，稍微打开进口阀门，使水通过泵壳排水阀处流出，充分排尽泵体内气体。关闭出口阀门，完全打开吸入阀门。
■水槽在水泵的下方时：打开进口阀门，关闭出口阀门。打开引水阀灌水，使空气充分排出后，拧上引水阀。吸入管内应充满水，排除空气。
Precautions for Startand Stop Operation
The following preparation must be completed before startup: Fill the pump completely with water.
■When the water tank is located above the pump: Close the inlet valve. Open the outlet valve,slightly open the inlet valve to let water flow out via the pump casing drain valve,and fully vent all air inside the pump casing. Close the outlet valve and fully open the suction valve.
■When the water tank is located below the pump: Open the inlet valve and close the outlet valve. Open the priming valve for water filing; tighten the priming valve after all air is fully discharged. Thesuction pipe shall be completely filled with water to remove air.
起动
全开进口阀门。
关闭出口管路阀门。
■检查电机转向是否正确，从电机风扇罩端往泵看为顺时针旋转。
■调节出口阀开度以满足所需工况，如用户在泵出口处装有流量表或压力表，应通过出口阀门开度使泵在性能参数表规定的额定点上运转，同时测量泵的电机调节电流，使电机在额定电流内运行，否则将造成泵超负荷运行（即大电流运行）致使电机烧坏。
Startup
●Fully open the inlet valve.
■Close the outlet pipeline valve.
■Verify correct motor rotation direction: clockwise when viewed from the motor fan guard towards the pump.
■Adjust the opening of the outlet valve to meet the required operating conditions.If a flow meter or pressure gauge is installed at the pump outlet, adjust the outlet valve to operate the pump at the rated point specified in the performance data sheet.Meanwhile measure the motor operating current to ensure operation within rated current. Otherwise, the pump will run under overload (high current),which may burn out the motor.
停止
■关闭出口管路阀门。
停止电机。
关闭进口阀门。
■如长期停止，排空水泵及管路中的水。介质为高温水时，为防止人员伤害，排气时应特别注意。水泵严禁无流量持续运转10分钟以上。无流量运转会使机械密封损坏。如继续使用损坏的机械密封，将会出现漏水现象；高温水情况下还有可能发生事故。
Startup
■Close the outlet pipeline valve.
● Stop the motor.
●Close the inlet valve.
■Drain all water from the pump and pipelines if the unit wil be out of service for a long period. Special care must be taken during venting when the medium is high-temperature water to avoid personal injury. The pump must NOT be operated continuously under no-flow conditions for more than 10 minutes. No-flow operation will damage the mechanical seal. Continued operation with a damaged mechanical seal will causewater leakage;accidents may occurwhen handling high-temperature water.
泵的维护PumpMaintenance
运行中的维护
进口管道必须充满液体，禁止泵在气蚀状态下长期运行。定时检查电机电流值，不得超过电机额定电流值。泵长期运行后，由于机械磨损，使机组噪音及振动增大时，应停泵检查，必要时可更换易损零件及轴承，机组大修期一般为一年。
机械密封维护
机械密封润滑应使用清洁无固体颗粒的介质。
严禁机械密封在干磨情况下工作。
起动前应先转动电机轴几圈，以免突然起动造成石墨水环断裂损坏。
密封泄露量允许值3滴/分钟，否则应检查机械密封处。
冬季做好防冻措施
在冬季，泵及管道易结冰，造成管道损伤，泵变形或破损而吸不上水，所以应采取防寒措施：
1.水平管道埋在地下大于 3 0 0 0 m 处。
2.冬季为防止泵内残留液体结冰，依提早拧开防水螺丝排净泵里的水。
注意：电机或泵上面不要覆盖易燃物防冻，以防引起火灾。
?泵搁置很长时间后再使用
泵搁置很长时间后再使用，若出现接通电源电机不运转的情况，是由于泵里的污物凝固或粘接，这时应切断电源，用螺丝刀卡住电机尾部的卡槽，转动螺丝刀，带动水泵转动，建议至少转动15圈，转动后，若水泵轴旋转顺畅，无卡滞现象便可恢复使用。注意：一定要设置好泵周围的排水沟，使它形成自然排水，防止在使用、维修、更换水泵时，因漏水导致损失（特别是在地下室、厨房、楼梯等地方）。
Startup
Maintenance during Operation
The suction pipeline must be fully filled with liquid.Long-term operationundercavitationis prohibited.
Check the motor current regularly; the value shall not exceed the rated motor current.
After prolonged operation, if mechanical wear causes increased noiseand vibration of the unit,stop the pump forinspection. Replacewearingpartsandbearingsifnecessary.The general overhaul interval for the unit is one year.
Mechanical Seal Maintenance
Themedium used for lubricating the mechanical seal shall be clean and free of solid particles.
Dryrunning of the mechanical seal is strictly forbidden.
Rotate the motor shaft several times before startup to avoid fracture and damage of the graphite water ring caused by sudden startup.
Theallowable leakage rate of the seal is3drops_per minute. Inspect the mechanical seal if leakage exceeds this limit.
Anti-freezing Measures in Winter
In winter,the pump and pipelines are prone to icing which may cause pipelinedamage,pumpdeformationor ruptureand loss of primingcapacity.Take'the followinganti-freezingmeasures: 1.Bury horizontal pipelines at a depth of more than 30 cm underground.
2.Toprevent residual liquid inside the pump from freezing in winter,unscrew the drain screw in advance to drainall water from the pump.
Note: Do not cover the motor or pump with flammable materials for freeze protection to avoid fire hazards.
Recommissioning after Long-term Storage
If themotor failsto start after power-on following long-term storage,dirt inside the pumpmay_havesolidifiedand caused sticking.Cutoffthepower supplyfirst Insertascrewdriver into theslotat themotorrearendand turnittorotatethepump shaft; rotate at least 15 turns.The pump can be put back into service if the shaft rotates freely without binding. Note: A drainage trench shall be arranged around the pump to allownatural drainage,so as to prevent property loss caused by waterleakageduringoperation,maintenance or pump replacement (especiallyin basements, kitchens,stairwelisand similar areas).

The PH series pumps are hot water circulating pumps.They are suitable for industrial and urban water supply& drainage, pressure boosting water supply for high-rise buildings,garden sprinkler irrigation,HVAC refrigeration circulation and other applications. The conveyed medium shall be clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water.
The pump adopts vertical construction.The inlet and outlet flanges share the same nominal diameter and are arranged on the same centerline,allowing the pump to be installed in the pipeline just like a valve. Featuring compact and attractive outline,it occupies little floor space and reduces construction investment. It can be installed outdoors when equipped with a protective cover.
The impeller is mounted directly on the extended motor shaft, resulting in short overall axial length and compact structure.The hydraulic components are well matched with the motor,which effectively balances radial and axial loads generated during operation,ensuring stable running with low vibration and noise.
The mechanical seal is made of wear-resistant material to extend service life.Series or parallel operation modes and installation configurations can be selected according to on-site requirements.

Electrical installation of the pump shall be carried out by qualified personnel in strict accordance with local electrical regulations. Power supply must be connected via cable; the contact gap of the power switch shall be at least 3 mm.

■水位与水泵的垂直距离不能超过 4 . 5 ~ \mathsf { m } （包括摩擦损失）。■将水泵安装在通风、灰尘潮气少、无腐蚀性气体的地方。
■为确保电机处于良好的通风状态，电机风扇距离墙面至少0.3m。■安装在检修容易的场所，电机风扇罩与天棚或墙壁之间应保留足够的空间，以便整个水泵维修。
常见的安装方式如下：
Installation Precautions
SiteSelection The vertical distance between the water level and the pump shall not exceed 4 . 5 \ : { m } (including friction loss). Install the pump in a well-ventilated area free of dust, moisture and corrosive gas. To ensure good ventilation for the motor,maintain a minimum clearance of 0 . 3 ~ \mathsf { m } between the motor fan and the wall. Install in an easily accessible location for maintenance. Sufficient space shall be reserved between the motor fan guard and ceiling or wall to allow complete pump servicing. 1 Common installation types are as follows:
■水泵禁止处于垂直逆方向安装。 The pump must NOT be installed vertically upside down.

■安装前应检查机组紧固件有无松动现象，泵体进出口及管路系统有无异物堵塞，以免水泵运行时损坏叶轮和泵体。■安装时必须拧紧地脚螺栓，以免起动时振动对泵性能产生影响。
■为了维修方便和使用安全，在泵的进口管路上安装一只调节阀及在泵出口附近安装一只压力表，以保证在额定扬程和流量范围内运行，确保泵正常运行，延长水泵的使用寿命。
■安装后转动泵轴，叶轮应无摩擦声或卡死现象，否则应将泵拆开检查原因。

■泵的连接方式分硬性连接安装和柔性连接安装两种。
■在进行水泵的维修、替换、检验前应关闭进出口阀门，如未安装阀门，应将整个系统内的水排净。
■阀门关闭状态下，水泵仍长时间运转，必须安装辅助装置（辅助管道应能允许 2 0 % 的最小流量通过）。
■管道重量不应加在水泵上，介质是热水时，管道膨胀会发生管道应力。为防止此种情况，应合理安装管道及管道支架。
■悬臂卧式安装时注意事项：连接管道时请注意进出口连接是否正确。控制阀必须安装在进水管和出水管上。为了避免管道堵塞，需要在管道上安装过滤器（Y型）。一个月确认一次是否循环水需要更换。
Installation
Before installation,check whether the unit fasteners are loose, and whether foreign matter blocks the pump inlet/outlet and pipeline system,so as to prevent damage to the impeller and pump casing during pump operation.
The foundation bolts must be fully tightened during installation to avoid adverse effects on pump performance caused by vibration upon startup.
■For convenient maintenance and safe operation,install a regulating valve on the pump inlet pipeline and a pressure gauge near the pump outlet. This ensures operation within the rated head and flow range,guarantees normal pump performance and extends service life.
■Rotate the pump shaft after installation.The impeller shall operatewithout rubbingnoise or jamming.If not,disassemble the pump to identify the cause.

Pump connection types include rigid connection installation and flexible connection installation.
Shut off the inlet and outlet valves before maintenance, replacement or inspection of the pump. If no valves are fitted, drain all water from the entire system.
If the pump needs to run fora long time with the valve closed, auxiliary equipment must be installed (the auxiliary pipeline shall permit 2 0 % minimum flow to pass through). The weight of pipelines shall not be borne by the pump.When hot water is conveyed, thermal expansion will induce pipeline stress.Pipelines and pipeline supports shall be properly installed to avoid this situation.
Precautions for cantilever horizontal installation: Check whether the inlet and outlet connections are correct when connecting the pipelines. Control valves must be installed on the inlet and outlet pipelines. Toprevent pipeline blockage,a Y-type strainer shall be installed on the pipeline. Check every month whether the circulating water needs to be replaced.
操作注意事项
■起动前准备
起动前必须做好以下准备工作一一水泵里充满水。
水槽在水泵的上方时：
关闭进口阀门。
打开出口阀门，稍微打开进口阀门，使水通过泵壳排水阀处流出，充分排尽泵体内气体。
关闭出口阀门，完全打开吸入阀门。
水槽在水泵的下方时：
打开进口阀门，关闭出口阀门。
打开引水阀灌水，使空气充分排出后，拧上引水阀。
吸入管内应充满水，排除空气。
■起动
全开进口阀门。
关闭出口管路阀门。
检查电机转向是否正确，从电机风扇罩端往泵看为顺时针旋转。
调节出口阀开度以满足所需工况，如用户在泵出口处装有流量表或压力表，应通过调节出口阀门开度使泵在性能参数表规定的额定点上运转，同时测量泵的电机电流，使电机在额定电流内运行，否则将造成泵超负荷运行（即大电流运行）致使电机烧坏。
→停止
关闭出口管路阀门。
停止电机。
关闭进口阀门。
如长期停止，排空水泵及管路中的水。
介质为高温水时，为防止人员伤害，排气时应特别注意。
水泵严禁无流量持续运转10分钟以上。
无流量运转会使机械密封损坏。
如继续使用损坏的机械密封，将会出现漏水现象；高温水情况下还有可能发生事故。
Operating Precautions
Pre-start Preparation
The following preparation must be completed before startup: Fill the pump completely with water.
When the water tank is located above the pump:
Close the inlet valve.
Open the outlet valve,slightly open the inlet valve to let water flow out via the pump casing drain valve,and fully vent all air inside the pump casing.
Close the outlet valve and fully open the suction valve.
When the water tank is located below the pump:
Open the inlet valve and close the outlet valve.
Open the priming valve for water filing; tighten the priming valve after all air is fully discharged.
The suction pipe shall be completely filled with water to remove air.
Startup
Fullyopen the inletvalve.
Close the outlet pipeline valve.
Verify correct motor rotation direction:clockwise when viewed from the motor fan guard towards the pump.
Adjust the opening of the outlet valve to meet the required operating conditions.If a flow meter or pressure gauge is installed at the pump outlet, adjust the outlet valve to operate the pump at the rated point specified in the performance datasheet.Meanwhilemeasure themotor operatingcurrent to ensure operation within rated current. Otherwise, the pump will run under overload (high current),which may burn out the motor.
Shutdown
Ciose tne outiet pipeline vaive.
Stop the motor.
Closethe inletvalve.
Drain all water from the pump and pipelines if the unit will be out of service for a long period.
Special care must be taken during venting when the medium is high-temperature water to avoid personal injury.
The pump must NOT be operated continuously under no-flow conditions for more than 10 minutes.
No-flow operation will damage the mechanical seal.
Continued operation with a damaged mechanical seal will cause water leakage; accidents may occur when handling high-temperature water.
泵的维护PumpMaintenance
■运行中的维护
进口管道必须充满液体，禁止泵在气蚀状态下长期运行。定时检查电机电流值，不得超过电机额定电流值。泵长期运行后，由于机械磨损，使机组噪音及振动增大时，应停泵检查，必要时可更换易损零件及轴承，机组大修期一般为一年。
■机械密封维护
机械密封润滑应使用清洁无固体颗粒的介质。
严禁机械密封在干磨情况下工作。
起动前应先转动电机轴几圈，以免突然起动造成石墨水环断裂损坏。
密封泄露量允许值3滴/分钟，否则应检查机械密封处。
冬季做好防冻措施
在冬季，泵及管道易结冰，造成管道损伤，泵变形或破损而吸不上水，所以应采取防寒措施：
1.水平管道埋在地下大于30cm处。
2.冬季为防止泵内残留液体结冰，提早拧开防水螺丝排净泵里的水。
注意：电机或泵上面不要覆盖易燃物防冻，以防引起火灾。
?泵搁置很长时间后再使用
泵搁置很长时间后再使用，若出现接通电源电机不运转的情况，是由于泵里的污物凝固或粘接，这时应切断电源，用螺丝刀卡住电机尾部的卡槽，转动螺丝刀，带动水泵转动，建议至少转动15圈，转动后，若水泵轴旋转顺畅，无卡滞现象便可恢复使用。
Maintenance during Operation
■The suction pipeline must be fully filled with liquid. Long-term operation under cavitation is prohibited. Check the motor current regularly; the value shall not exceed the rated motor current. After prolonged operation,if mechanical wear causes increased noise and vibration of the unit, stop the pump for inspection. Replace wearing parts and bearings if necessary. The general overhaul interval for the unit is one year.
Mechanical Seal Maintenance
The medium used for lubricating the mechanical seal shall be clean and free of solid particles.
Dry running of the mechanical seal is strictly forbidden.
Rotate the motor shaft several times before startup to avoid fracture and damage of the graphite water ring caused by sudden startup.
The allowable leakage rate of the seal is 3 drops per minute. Inspect the mechanical seal if leakage exceeds this limit.
Anti-freezing MeasuresinWinter
Inwinter, the pump and pipelines are prone to icing,which may cause pipeline damage,pump deformation or rupture and loss of priming capacity.Take the following anti-freezing measures:
1.Bury horizontal pipelines at a depth of more than 30 cm underground.
2.To prevent residual liquid inside the pump from freezing in winter,unscrew thedrainscrewin advance todrainall water from the pump.
Note:Do not cover the motor or pump with flammable materials for freeze protectiontoavoid fire hazards.
Recommissioning after Long-term Storage
If themotor fails to start after power-on following long-term storage,dirt inside the pump may have solidified and caused sticking. Cut off the power supply first. Insert a screwdriver into the slot at the motor rear end and turn it to rotate the pump shaft; rotate at least 15 turns.The pump can be put back into service if the shaft rotates freely without binding.
