公司注册成立；
主营电热板产品。

成功开发四方200KM“和谐号”动车厨房冷藏箱、冷冻箱、展示柜、烤箱、制冷机组系列产品；成为较早集动车客车厨房设备设计生产的公司之一。
Successfully developed catering products such as refrigerator,frezer,displaycabinet,oven,andcoolng unit forSifang200KMCRHpassengertrains,andbecame oneof the earliestcompaniesintegrating thedesignand manufacturingof high-speed rail catering equipment.
2005
成功开发客车电气化厨房设备。

2009
与乌鲁木齐车辆段首次开启维保业务模式，随后扩展至包头、济南、上海、沈阳等路局车辆段。开展中车公司CRH1/CRH2/CRH3/CHR5各速度级别车型的厨房设备的开发和销售。

成功开发智能化动车组内智能售货机、冷热饮水机并装在北京冬奥列车上使用
Successfully developed smart vending machines and hot and cold water dispensers for smart EMus,which had been put into use on the trains for Beijing Winter Olympics.
2010
与浦镇厂正式开启电加热器厂修、客车厨房厂修的业务，随后扩展至柳州厂广州厂沈阳厂四方有限、长客装备等客修厂。

2015
成功开发了E28动车集便器并取得资质。随后陆续开发CRH1/CRH3380TX/KDZ15等产品集便器。新建园区落成，同年9月搬迁至新园区。
