from falling to lower levels from roofs, edges, stairs, and other areas where protection is required.
In most European countries, temporary edge protection or other types of fall protection systems are required
when a risk assessment identifies a fall hazard, regardless of height. Unlike being secured with a lifeline,
guardrails provide greater mobility in the work area.

Usage Precautions
• Regularly inspect the guardrail's connection points; if looseness is
found, tighten them promptly.
• Avoid impact from heavy objects on the guardrail to prevent
deformation and damage.
• If peeling of the guardrail's surface coating is found, touch-up
painting can be performed to extend its service life.
Prepare the required guardrail components, electric drill, expansion bolts, wrench, hammer, tape measure and other tools.

1.Drilling Positioning
In accordance with the design
specifications, use a tape measure to
determine the drilling positions and
mark them with a marker. Subsequently, drill holes at the marked locations
using an electric drill (see diagram).
2.Expansion Bolt Installation
Insert the expansion bolts into the
pre-drilled holes and tighten them with
a wrench.
3.Guardrail Frame Installation
Connect the guardrail connectors to
the expansion bolts, and secure them
using tools such as a wrench or
hammer (see diagram).
5.Overall Adjustment & Inspection
Inspect all installed components to
ensure secure connections, and verify
that the guardrail is vertically plumb
and horizontally level as a whole (see
diagram).
4.Guardrail Mesh Panel Installation
Align the guardrail mesh panels with
the connectors and proceed with the
installation (see diagram).

Requirements and Preparations for Risk Mitigation
Mandatory requirements during installation:
1. Personal protective equipment (PPE) and protective gear must be used in accordance with applicable laws and
regulations.
2. All personnel installing the barriers shall use a fall arrest system for work at height, in compliance with the latest
work-at-height regulations and guidelines.
3. Only intact, suitable and purpose-built tools shall be used for the installation work.
4. The installation area and its immediate surroundings must be clearly marked and secured to prevent unauthorized
entry and movement of personnel.
5. Caution must be exercised against falling objects.
6. Components of the edge protection system shall be sourced exclusively SAFETY RESPECT. Any exception to this
condition must be approved by the manufacturer.

Installation Instructions
1. Support Leg (European Standard 1.25) – for side connection
2. For side anchoring to the wall, applicable in scenarios requiring continuous work without dismantling the protective
restraints until the completion of the project.
3. This support leg enables uninterrupted internal finishing work, eliminating the need for repeated dismantling and
reassembly of the edge protection fence.
Concrete Anchoring Requirements
1. Use four 8*150 multi-purpose concrete bolts for concrete anchoring.
2. Ensure the base plate of the support leg is in full contact with the concrete structure.
3. Verify that the angle brackets are oriented inward.

Anchor Support Leg from Pressure 0.3 – Upper
1. In situations where it is not possible to anchor using concrete bolts, a clamping
foot can be used.
2. The clamping foot can be anchored to a concrete floor at least 15 cm high. 1.
3. After placing the clamping feet in the correct position, tightening should be
performed using the screw rod.
4. 3. Final tightening is performed using a hammer punch to close the screw.-

Angular base for wall mount, can be used when you want to use
a support foot in the European standard 1.1 with holes
1. Install overhead in favor of lateral anchoring.
