液体灌装硬胶囊封口技术的应用及胶囊封口技术对药物稳定性的影响研究及描述：胶囊封口是指空心胶囊灌装药物后，在胶囊套合处包装上一层或多层包衣膜并使之形成密封带状薄膜层。国际上研究胶囊封口技术几十年了的历史，最初对胶囊封口是为了防止胶囊囊体分离，未封口胶囊容易被拆开，可能会出现假冒药品或人为投毒的情况，囊内药物安全性无法得到保障。目前胶囊封口技术已受到国际社会的广泛重视，《美国药典》（USP31-NF26）已将硬胶囊制剂均应封口的建议列入附录中。另一方面，一些易挥发，易氧化，易吸湿药物在储藏运输及使用过程中易受空气中湿度和氧的影响而降解，采用胶囊封口技术，使胶囊处于密封状态，可以减少囊壳内外空气与水分的交换，减少内装药物与水分、氧的接触，从而降低易氧化、易水解药物降解的可能，提高药物稳定性。传统的胶囊通常分为两大类，即硬胶囊（用于灌装粉末药物）与软胶囊（适用于鱼油、维生素E、维生素A等液体药物），近年来国外制剂厂商推出了液体灌装硬胶囊技术（硬胶囊灌装半固体，油状液体等），其中有一种标新立异的"全透明充液胶囊”。充液胶囊技术提供了一条简单有效的药品、保健品开发途径，同时该技术也在不断地发展之中。

封口胶囊的优点分三项：

1.提高药物的稳定性：硬胶囊灌装药物以后，由于储藏、运输、使用过程中容易受空气中湿度和氧的影响而降解或变质，如何提高药物包装后的稳定性是各药品生产运渝、经营和使用过程中必须解决的问题。在药物装入胶囊后，于胶囊套合处封包上防止空气出入的保护衣膜可有效解决上述问题。

2.防止内装挥发性药物挥发：硬胶囊封口的另一项应用就是防止内装挥发性药物的挥发而失效的现象，而单靠外包装是无法解决这类问题。在该类药物装入硬胶囊后，于胶囊套合处封口，可有效地防止药物挥发，从而提高药品的内在质量，如柠檬烯胶囊就是例子。
