公司拥有5000 m现代化厂区，配备300T-800T智能压铸单元、CNC 精密加工、智能熔炼及自动化后处理设备，核心件年产能1000万件。依托高真空压铸、半固态压铸、CAE仿真等核心技术，实现±0.05mm 高精度制造，有效提升产品强度与密封性。

The company was founded in 2017, formerly known as Wuxi Enteng Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. In 2023, Nantong Hefeng was registered in Rugao, Nantong, Jiangsu Province, to expand production capacity. It is a modern manufacturing enterprise focusing on the R&D, production and processing of lightweight precision aluminum alloy die-casting structural parts, and strives to become a globally leading provider of lightweight precision structural component solutions.

The company covers a modern plant area of 5,000 square meters, equipped with 300T-800T intelligent die-casting units, CNC precision machining equipment, intelligent melting systems and automated post-processing facilities, with an annual output of 10 million core components. Leveraging core technologies such as high-vacuum die casting, semi-solid die casting and CAE simulation, the enterprise achieves high-precision manufacturing within ±0.05mm, effectively improving product strength and sealing performance.

Its products are widely applied in new energy vehicles, 5G communication, high-end equipment, aerospace and other fields, including motor housings, hydraulic valve bodies, base station structural parts, robot precision components and more. Certified with the lATF16949 quality management system, the company has established a full-process closed-loop quality control system and is equipped with coordinate measuring machines, X-ray flaw detectors and other testing equipment to ensure stable and reliable product quality.
