SGS压载水检测报告受到各船级社，如ABS、DNV 、NK、BV、CCS等的认可。从2019

年起，SGS受某国际船东委托，为客户在中国、比利时、西班牙、意大利等多个国家港

口对新安装或改装的压载水管理系统进行验收测试，依据IMO 《压载水取样导则》及《压载

水管理系统调试试验指南》为船舶制定详细的检验方案，采用规范的采样与检测方法，在

规定时效内出具压载水检测报告。SGS协助船厂或者设备商确保压载水处理装置按时顺

利移交给船东并帮助船舶在运营期间持续满足法规要求。

SGS ballast water test reports are also recognized by various classification societies,

such as ABS, DNV, NK, BV, CCS, etc. SGS conducted IMO D2 testing for newly

installed or modified ballast water systems at ports in multiple countries including

China, Belgium, Spain, and Italy for customers, assisting shipyards or equipment

manufacturers in smoothly transferring the devices to shipowners to ensure they meet

regulatory requirements during shipping.

某国际航运公司运营多艘配备开式及混合式废气净化系统(EGCS)的远洋船舶，航线覆盖

全球主要港口。为满足《MARPOL公约》附则VI及IMO MEPC.340(77)对洗涤水排放的合规

要求，客户选择SGS提供EGCS洗涤水测试服务。SGS依托全球港口网络，在不影响船期

的前提下完成现场取样与实验室分析，并出具权威、可审计的检测报告，涵盖pH、多环

芳烃、重金属、总石油烃、硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐等指标。项目帮助客户实现多港口合规要

求的一致管理，有效降低监管风险，进一步提升了其在绿色航运与环境合规方面的专业

形象。

To comply with the requirements in Annex VI of the MARPOL Convention and IMO

MEPC.340(77), A leading international shipping company SGS to provide EGCS wash

water testing services. Leveraging its global port network, SGS was able to complete

on-site sampling and laboratory analysis without disrupting the vessels' schedules, and

issued authoritative testing reports. The project enabled the client to achieve

consistent compliance management across multiple ports, effectively reducing

regulatory risks and further enhancing its competence in green shipping and

environmental compliance.

邮轮上的每一处直饮水都关乎乘客的健康与出行体验。在首艘国产大型邮轮建造项目中，

SGS承接了全船500个直饮水点位的验收测试任务。面对点位多、分布广、工期紧的挑战，

SGS从现场采样执行到实验室检测分析效率都体现出极高的专业素质。最终，SGS团队

如期完成所有点位的采样和检测工作，为邮轮直饮水系统顺利通过验收、保障船舶按期

交付提供了坚实支撑，以专业服务确保国产邮轮的品质。

Every drinking water outlet on a cruise ship matters to passengers’ health and

experience. For China’s first domestically built large cruise ship, SGS conducted the

acceptance testing for all drinking water outlets. Faced with the challenging task, SGS

team demonstrated exceptional professionalism in efficiency, from field sampling to

laboratory analysis. Ultimately, SGS team completed sampling and testing of all

outlets as scheduled. This provided solid support for the smooth acceptance of the

cruise ship's drinking water system and the on-time delivery of the vessel.

甲醇作为船舶燃料的应用不断提速，全球主要航运枢纽正积极布局甲醇燃料供应链，这

是航运业脱碳的重要路径之一。2024年，国内首次绿色甲醇船舶燃料在上海洋山港顺利

加注完成，SGS受邀为项目提供绿色甲醇检验测试服务。2025年，SGS助力中国首单规

模化ISCC EU认证绿色甲醇成功出口新加坡(全球最大航运燃料中心, 正积极打造甲醇燃料

供应链)。

The major global shipping hubs are actively building up methanol fuel supply chains as

a key decarbonization pathway for the shipping industry. In 2024, China’s first supply

of green methanol as marine fuel was successfully bunkered at Shanghai Yangshan

Port. SGS was invited to provide inspection and testing services for green methanol in

this project. In 2025, SGS supported the first large-scale export of ISCC EU certified

green methanol from China to Singapore—the world’s largest shipping fuel hub, which

is actively developing a methanol fuel supply chain.

上海中远海运重工在向绿色低碳发展转型方面取得了显著进展，包括新能源船舶技术、

节能减排和脱碳技术、船舶修理产能等方面进行的广泛技术创新实践，SGS为上海中远

海运重工进行了碳足迹评估工作，从原材料消耗、采购运输、能耗使用、废弃物排放处

置等方面对船舶维修过程的温室气体排放量进行核查，以助力企业识别、衡量产品或服

务生命周期中碳排放的主要来源和影响因素，作为制定科学减碳策略、实现绿色转型的

重要科学依据。

Shanghai COSCO Shipping Heavy Industry Co., Ltd has made remarkable progress on

its transition to green and low-carbon development, including innovation efforts on

clean energy, energy saving, decarbonization, etc. SGS evaluated and verified their

greenhouse gas emissions during the ship maintenance process adhering to the ISO

14067 standard, from aspects such as raw material consumption, procurement to

transportation, energy consumption, and waste emission and disposal. By establishing

a carbon footprint management system, the enterprise can identify and measure the

main sources of carbon emissions throughout the life cycle of their products or

services, which serves as an important cornerstone for formulating scientific carbon

reduction strategies and achieving green transformation.
