1.Applicaton
The weighing booth is a specialized partial purification equipment used in the
production of the 2010 version of GMP for the preparation of sterile preparations.
The weighing booth provides a vertical unidirectional airflow, part of the clean air
circulates in the working area, and is partially discharged to the nearby area. The
weighing booth generates a negative pressure in the working area to prevent
dust from overflowing and prevent cross-contamination, and is used to ensure
the working area in a high cleanliness environment.
2.Product Introduction
Weighing room (central weighing room) is a special studio specially used for
sampling, weighing, analysis and other functions in the new GMP specification. It
can control the dust and dust in the working area from spreading outside the
operating area. To ensure that the operator does not inhale the items being
operated, it is a special purification equipment to control dust flying.
The indoor air passes through the primary filter and the medium efficiency filter,
and is pressed into the static pressure box by the centrifugal fan, and then blown
out from the air outlet surface of the airflow diffusing air supply unit through the
high efficiency filter, and the clean air flows through the working area at a
uniform cross section wind speed so as to form a high clean working
environment.

The operating area of the weighing chamber (central weighing chamber) is
maintained at a negative pressure state, discharging 10% of the circulating air. The
air in the center weighing chamber is self-circulating through a three-stage
filtration system (high-efficiency filter removes 99.99% of all dust above ≥0.3μm)
and is designed to meet the GMP requirements of the pharmaceutical company.
The weighing and packaging of dust and reagents in the equipment can control
the spilt and rising of dust and reagents, prevent the inhalation harm of dust and
reagents to human body, and avoid the cross pollution of dust and reagents, so
as to protect the external environment and the safety of indoor personnel.

4.Working Principle
The low-negative pressure airflow flows through the lower sedimentation type to
the operating area, producing a clean and sterile local environment. Thereby,
cross-contamination between different drugs is avoided. The cleanliness of the
operating area is generally 100.

7.Configuration description
1. Filter: Three-stage filtration with primary, medium and high efficiency filters,
high efficiency filter meet DOP test requirements
2. Differential pressure gauge: 0---500pa*1 , 0-250pa*1, 0-125pa*1
3. Polymer flow film: whihc can significantly improve the uniformity of the wind;
4. Control: digital display touch screen, frequency conversion control, air volume
display, differential pressure display, etc.;

8.Structure
The weighing booth main body is made of high-quality 304 stainless
steel, which is bent, welded and assembled. It has high flatness and easy to
clean. It’s electrical cabinets are available in both
internal and external options. The air outlet surface is a polymer unifo
flow film, and the wind speed uniformity can be controlled at 5%-10%. The

primary, middle and high-efficiency filters can be disassembled and
replaced from the front.
9.Instructions
Before commissioning, make sure that the wires are connected correctly and read
the instructions carefully.
➢ Differential pressure gauge which indicates the differential pressure before
and after the high efficiency filter. When the value becomes twice the initial
value, it indicates that the high efficiency filter needs to be replaced.

➢ Frequency converter: After the inverter is powered on, press the FWD button
of the inverter to start the fan. The air volume can be adjusted according to
the knob on the inverter. If the fan needs to stop running, you can directly
press the FWD button on the inverter. The inverter panel displays the
frequency of the current running fan power supply. The air deflector can be
adjusted according to the wind speed requirement.
➢ Fluorescent button: Controls the turning on and off of the fluorescent light.
➢ Power button: With indicator light, when the power is turned on, the indicator
lights when the button is pressed.

➢ The emergency button controls the opening and closing of the total power of

the device.

10.Maintenance and Cleaning
10.1 Replace Medium Efficiency.
The equipment ’ s power must be disconnected before performing any
maintenance or repairs.
Tools: cross screwdriver, wrench, etc.
Note: To ensure good filter filtration, it is recommended to replace or clean the
pre-filter every three to six months.
10.2 Disassemble and replace the HEPA filter
The main power supply of the equipment must be disconnected prior to any
maintenance and operation.
Tools: cross screwdriver, wrench, etc.
Step 1: Remove the equalizer from the top. When removing the equalizing film,
just remove the screw of the current sharing frame. (The screw is hidden inside,
and it can be seen by opening the uniform film.)
Step 2: Loosen the filter fixing clamp and remove the liquid tank high efficiency
filter.

Step 3: At this point, you can see the exhaust filter on the inner side, loosen the
filter to fix the clamp, and remove the high efficiency filter.
Step 4: Place the new HEPA/ULPA filter on the filter frame and reinstall it in the
order of installation.
Note: Before replacing a new HEPA/ULPA filter, please check the new filter
carefully to see if it is damaged or defective.
