Mingming Orchard Group was founded in March 2014 and has now developed into a modern agricultural group enterprise with over 10000 acres of planting bases, three internationally advanced post harvest sorting centers (Nanning Wuming 2, Guilin Lipu 1), and 14 operating entities. It has gradually formed a modern agricultural full industry chain system that integrates seedling cultivation, planting, research and development, technical consulting, demonstration teaching, post harvest commercialization, cold chain logistics, and sales.
Building a leading Chinese fruit and vegetable brand is the business goal of Mingming Orchard Group. Relying on the technical strength of domestic scientific research institutions at all levels, such as the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the China Citrus Research Institute, the company explores new production, learning and research models, builds and improves its own technical system, cultivates delicious, nutritious and healthy high-quality products, and provides quality services that can be experienced and traced, from the beneficial practice of seed selection and seedling breeding of excellent fruit and vegetable varieties at home and abroad, green cultivation and comprehensive planting and breeding to the application of green preservation technology.
Mingming Orchard has fully implemented good agricultural practices and has taken the lead in obtaining registration for both outbound fruit orchards and packaging factories in Guangxi. It has also passed GAP Good Agricultural Practices, ISO9001 Quality Management System, and ISO22000 Food Safety Management System certifications. The company has been awarded honorary titles such as "Key Leading Enterprise in Agricultural Industrialization at the Autonomous Region Level" and "Guangxi Poverty Alleviation Leading Enterprise", and has been selected as a national level Star Creation World, National Agricultural Science and Technology Demonstration Base, and National High tech Enterprise. After years of market layout and brand building, Mingming Orchard's fruit and vegetable channels have spread to primary and secondary fruit and vegetable markets, KA supermarkets, and fruit chain channels throughout China. The brand of Wogan is popular nationwide and exported to Canada in North America, Dubai in the Middle East, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines, Cambodia, and other countries in Southeast Asia. It has become a leading brand of Wogan in China, growing and buying and selling globally.
Mingming Orchard focuses on the application of information technology in agricultural management, with the concept of "defining fruits with data". It has independently developed agricultural information management, supply chain information management and other systems, collected planting, processing, and marketing data in the industrial chain, gradually established a management model for citrus cultivation and supply chain, and used digital resources to refine and standardize the management of large-scale orchards and supply chains, enhancing the informationization of the entire agricultural industry chain.

⾮常适宜的纬度⽓候
沃柑是喜温作物，在⼀定温度范围内，温度越⾼越有利于其⽣⻓，果实质量越好。⼴西南宁市武鸣地处亚热带季⻛⽓候区，北回归线穿境⽽过，光热充⾜，⾬量充沛，夏季炎热多⾬，⽆霜期⻓，有效积温⾼，是⾮常适宜栽培沃柑的纬度。

As a warm-loving crop, the higher the temperature, the better the growth and the fruit quality would be. Wuming area in Nanning city of Guangxi is located in the subtropical monsoon climate zone, with the tropic of cancer across the territory, there are sufficient light and heat, abundant rainfall, summer here is hot and rainy, and the frost-free period is long, the effective accumulated temperature is high, which is the most suitable latitude for the cultivation of orah citrus.

·Widespread use of bio-organic fertilizers
Plants are alive. If they are treated properly, they will repay your labor with good fruit. Mingming Orchard has always adhered to the concept of sustainable cultivation. In its planting bases, Mingming Orchard only uses bio-organic fertilizers such as peanut bran, rapeseed cake. The produced fruits are thin in the peel with bright fresh appearance, sufficient water content, the ratio of sugar to acid is between 28 - 35, and the edible rate high, that the texture and taste is excellent.
·Introducing and application of automatic drip irrigation system
An automatic drip irrigation control system has been set up in each base of Mingming Orchard to have realized the automation of orchard irrigation and the integration of water and fertilizer application. At the same time, drones have also been used to spray the fertilizers. These approaches have greatly improved the level of production technique and management efficiency, reduced human cost while improved the utilization rate of water and fertilizers, and have ensured the timeliness and balance of fruit tree growth.

2023年，鸣鸣果园进⼊农业领域已是第10个年头。从2014年的第⼀个基地到2020年的第⼋个基地；从不⾜5⼈的基地管理⼈员到逾300⼈的管理团队；从纯⽣产管理到⽣产和技术并⾏的综合管理；从⽣产中⼼的单⼀模块，到管理职能的搭建，以及供应链雏形初具、信息化框架完成搭建，⽣产、加⼯、管理、营销四⼤中⼼，跃然互动；从纯⽣产的重资产扩张，到渠道拓展和品牌营销下的横向轻资产运营；从年度规划到中期战略的编制实施......
·Development history of Mingming Orchard
The year of 2023 marks the tenth year since Mingming Orchard has entered in the agricultural industry. It has started from the first production base in 2014 to have developed to the eighth production bases in 2018; from less than 5 people of production base managers to current management team of more than 300 people; from initial pure production management to the integrated management of production and technology, from the single module of the production center to the establishment of management functions, and the basically established supply chain, the completion of the information framework, the 4 centers of production, machining management and marketing are in active interaction. 启程
2014年5⽉1⽇，鸣鸣果园完成第⼀株沃柑苗的定植。顺利建成第⼀期⽣产基地（鸣鸣果业），开启农业征程。所有的⼀切，都从热忱开始。挨家挨⼾解释沟通完成⼟地租赁；不断论证管理收益确定株⾏距；深翻⼟，起树盘；拜天神，祈时⾬……鸣鸣果园的创始团队住在没有隔热和空调的平房，克服管理经验匮乏、技术⽋缺、团队不⾜的难题，义⽆反顾的投⾝农业。
Off the ground
On May 1, 2014, Mingming Orchard completed the planting of the first orah citrus seedling. After that, it has successfully completed the first phase of the production base (Mingming Fruit Industry), to have the agricultural journey started. Everything has been started with enthusiasm. By door-to-door visit for explanation and communication it realized the land lease; through persistent demonstration of the management benefits to have the plant spacing determined; preparing the planting by deep plowing; even piously worshiping the god, praying for proper weather. The founding team of Mingming Orchard lived in bungalows without heat isolation and air conditioning, who have overcome the problems of lack of management experience, lack of technology and lack of personal by fully devoting themselves to agriculture.

全国各地⼟地流转信息增多，国家⽀持发展适度规模农业的态度渐明。基于我们对晚熟柑橘产业的判断，以及沃柑优良特性的品种信⼼，2015年，鸣鸣果园抓住机遇，适时启动第⼆期⽣产基地（鸣鸣⽔果）的建设，种植规模开始突破千亩。我们也开始思考并实践现代农业管理团队的组建和培养。
·Accumulating momentum
As information on land transfer increased throughout the country, the attitude of the country in supporting the development of moderately scaled agriculture became clear. Based on our judgment on the late-ripening citrus industry and our confidence in the excellent nature of the fruit variety, in 2015, Mingming Orchard seized the opportunity to have the construction of the second-phase production base (Mingming fruit) launched in time, and the planting scale began to break through 1 0 0 0 ~ { { m u } } . Since then, we also began to think and practice the establishment and cultivation of modern agricultural management team.

2016年，在是否继续抓住机遇提速扩张的问题上，我们开始陷⼊了种植业管理模式的思考。种植业的管理标准化太低，⽽且是呵护有⽣命的植物，频繁的不可预⻅性对管理的挑战太⼤了。此时的鸣鸣果园，还没有果实的销售，没有稳定的管理团队和成熟的梯队储备；困惑和挑战，让我们来到了发展路程的第⼀个⼗字路⼝。
Hesitancy
In 2016, on the problem of whether to continue to seize the opportunity to accelerate expansion, we began to fall into the thinking of the planting management model. The standardization of the management of the planting industry is too low, and it is a business of taking care of living plants, in which the frequent unpredictability is too challenging for management. At this phase, for Mingming Orchard, there is no fruit sales, no stable management team and mature echelon reserves. Confusion and challenges have pushed us to the first crossroads of development.

我们开始有了第⼀次果品收⼊，同时也告别了短暂的彷徨，毅然扩建第三期⽣产基地（宁鸣果业）。当我们具有⼀个中型农场的规模的时候，管理的难度愈加凸显。我们开始招募职业经理⼈，搭建职能管理部⻔，管控企业⻛险。
·Management on track
For the first time, we began to have the income of fruit sales, and at the same time, we also have bid farewell to the temporary hesitation and resolutely expanded the third phase production base (Ningming Fruit Industry). When we have developed to the scale of a medium-sized farm, the difficulty of management becomes more and more obvious. We began to recruit professional managers, set up functional management departments, and control enterprise risks.

2018/2019采收季，从品种整体⽽⾔，沃柑⽬前产量不⼤，仍处推⼴前期。在⾮产区省份，仅分销到2/3线城市，距离砂糖橘的5/6线的乡镇深度分销，⾄少仍需要3年以上。事实上，沃柑产量预计将于2022年春才能达到⼤⽐例的丰产⾼峰。这是⼀个静态的横⽐。我们看好沃柑产业的，是其⾃⾝的品种特性：好吃（⾼糖酸⽐、⾼化渣率）、易剥、好看（果⾊喜庆、果径适中）；更重要的是其超⻓的销售周期盓进可攻“春节档市场”，退可守3-4⽉份的⽔果相对空档期。
