袋笼是采用直径为Φ3-5mm的碳钢钢丝、镀锌钢丝、不锈钢丝为主要原材料，由纵筋和支撑环纵横叠交焊接成的笼形件。袋笼安装在除尘器的花板孔上，用来支撑除尘滤袋，防止塌陷，有助于粉尘的清除，从而提高除尘效率。

袋笼的材料组成主要有：钢丝三种(碳钢钢丝，镀锌钢丝，不锈钢钢丝)，头盖，底盖，文士管，套筒，百叶窗，挂钩，卡环，静电条，有机硅。

订货须知

1.订货单位需对所订购的收尘器提供简要工艺说明、处理风量、烟气温度、湿度、烟气含尘浓度、排放要求、使用场所等资料。2.除尘器供货范围：进口法兰至出口法兰，下至卸灰输灰。包括箱体（含洁净室、袋室、灰斗、进出风口)、花板、隔板、检修门、支柱（腿)、栏杆、爬梯、滤袋、袋笼、脉冲阀、提升阀、气源三联体、油水分离器、储气包、储气包支架、气源入口减压阀、压力表、喷吹系统、清灰系统、卸灰系统、输灰装置（部分）、除尘器控制箱等。

除尘器供货技术文件包括工程设计资料和发货资料，工程设计资料包括用户手册、设备外形及基础图、安装图、电气原理及接线端子图。发货资料应随设备同行，对分解运输的除尘器也可另行送达，每部分货物应有相应发货清单。发货资料包括发货清单、产品合格证，需方要求的其它技术文件供需双方协商提供。

8.大型气箱脉冲袋除尘器输灰装置为螺旋输送机，如用户需要也可改配套斜槽风机输灰。
9.除防爆除尘器、水泥磨除尘器卸灰器卸灰方式配套刚性叶轮给料机，其他收尘器配套双层重锤阀。
10.除尘器本体外的各种管道、风机、空压机、顶部防雨棚、电控柜至除尘器上接线段子间的电缆、电源线路、电控柜的供电、除
尘器照明、除尘器安装及安装基础、除尘器保温、安装用地脚螺栓等不在供货范围，如有需要，本单位也可提供有偿服务。

5.The pulse jet control mode is set to time-based control by default. If another control mode is required, please specifyintheorder. 6.The height of the dust collector's legs will be determined according to the installation design and order reauire

8.The large-scale pulse bag dust collector uses a screw conveyor for ash handling. If needed, the system can be adapted to use a chute fan for ash handling.

9.For explosion-proof dust collectors and cement mill dust collectors,the unloading system is equipped with a rigid impeller feeder. 安装调试简要

Installation and Commissioning

1.除尘器安装由安装单位安装，安装单位负责分体构件的组装、现场安装的全数工作，严格按照制造单位提供机械及电气安装图纸。

2.安装应符合安装技术要求，安装过程应符合施工安全技术的规定。

3.安装前应做好设备的点检工作。按我司的发货清单和装箱单逐一清点检查设备零部件的数量和质量，对因运输、存放等造成的零部件变形必须在安装前做好校形处理。

4.除尘器一般的安装顺序为除尘器基础-立柱-灰斗-箱体(中、上部)-脉冲喷吹清灰系统-卸灰及输灰系统-滤袋（笼架)。

5.滤袋安装应放在全部安装工作的最后进行，滤袋必须平整卡在花板内，由于滤袋与花板孔为紧配，安装时可将滤袋靠人身体一边先卡入花板孔内，再将另一半向后拉，将橡皮圈整体卡入花板孔，如内圈存在不平整，可用榔头进行敲打，使其均匀卡入，避免存在漏风情况。

6.安装完毕清除除尘器箱体内的杂物方可调试，在开风机前检查是否通电气，提升阀是否工作，设备进行空负荷运行调试和带负荷运行调试，要求各部分运行正常。

1.The dust collector installation will be carried out by the installation company,which is responsible for assembling and installing all components on-site, strictly following the mechanical and electrical installation drawings providedbythemanufacturer.

2.lnstallation should meet technical requirements and follow constructionsafety regulations.

3.Pre-installationchecksshould beconducted.Thequantity andqualityoftheequipmentcomponentsshould be checked against the shipping and packing lists. Any deformation caused by transportation or storage must be rectifiedbeforeinstallation.

4.The typical installation sequenceforthe dust collectoris:foundation,columns,dust hopper,casing(middle and upper sections), pulse jet cleaning system, unloading and conveying system, and filter bags (cages).

5.Filterbaginstallationshould bedonelast.Thebagsmustbeinstalledflat and fitted intotheflowerplateholes. Due to the tight fit, insert one side first and then pull the other half back, ensuring the rubber ring is properly inserted.If there is unevenness, use a hammer to tap it into place to avoid air leakage.

6.Afterinstallation, remove any debris inside the dust collector casing before commissioning. Check if the equipment is powered, and ensure the lifting valves are working. Perform both empty and loaded running tests to ensurenormaloperationofallparts.

袋式除尘器使用包括除尘器的运行与维护管理，由于除尘器工况条件会发生某些改变，或者出现某些故障，都将影响设备的正常运转状况和工作性能，要定期地进行检查和适当的调节，目的是延长滤袋的寿命，降低动力消耗及回收有用的物料。使用单位要做到以下几点

1.使用单位应设置环境保护管理部门，配备专职技术人员。根据制造厂提供的袋式除尘器产品说明书，制定除尘器的操作规程和车间工作制度。

2.袋式除尘器应有固定的工人操作，岗位工人应熟悉袋式除尘器运行和维护管理的具体要求，通过培训考核上岗。

3.为了经常保持设备有效地运行，制订检修计划，确定每台设备的维修内容及维修时间，避免出现大故障。操作者应每班巡回检查一次设备，及时发现和防止故障的发生。

4.除尘器冒灰：在初期除尘器冒灰。检查滤袋是否密封卡入花板孔内，风道板是否无焊接好，存在裂缝，检查洁净室是否有漏焊，滤袋选用是否合适。

5.破袋情况：检查喷吹气压是否太高，如太高使用减压阀调整压力。使用初期一般压力为0.4Mpa-0.5Mpa，后期压力可调为0.6Mpa-0.7Mpa。检查喷吹管喷吹口是否安装有偏差，导致对准袋口壁吹，从而造成布袋伤口破裂，调整喷吹角度，调到偏上5°左右。下灰斗进风布袋除尘器伸入灰斗部分管道不能割掉，否则造成滤袋碰撞，下口容易破裂。检查是否有焊渣进入滤袋，造成滤袋破裂。

6.阻力大：检查提升阀是否打开，如前后风机，需检查除尘器前风机是否工作，进风管是否存在堵灰，风管是否弯头太多，阻力过大，是否存在结露，长时间使用后需要及时更新布袋，检查油水分离器，调整喷吹时间。

Usage Instructions

The usage of baghouse dustcollectorsincludestheiroperation and maintenance management.Sincetheoperatingconditionsmay change orfaults may occur,it will affect the normal operation andperformance of the equipment. Regular checks and adjustments are necessary to extend the life of the filter bags, reduce power consumption,andrecoverusefulmaterials.

The user unit must do the following:

1.Theuser unit should setup an environmental protection management department and assign dedicated technical personnel. According to the product manual provided by the manufacturer, the unit should establish operatingproceduresandworkshop

2.The baghouse dust collector should be operated by designated workers.These workers must be familiar with the operation and maintenance requirements of the dust collector and should pass training and assessments beforestartingwork.

3.To ensure the equipment operates effectively, a maintenance plan should be established.The maintenance contentandscheduleforeachunitshouldbedeterminedtoavoid majorfailures.Operatorsshouldconduct routinechecksontheequipmentduringeachshifttopromptlydetectandpreventpotentialissues.

4.Dust leakage: In the initial stage, if dust leakage occurs, check if the filterbags are properly sealed and fitted into the flower plate holes. Ensure that the duct plates are properly welded without cracks, check for weld leaks in the clean room, and confirm the suitability of the filter bags.

5.Bag rupture: Check if the pulse pressure is toohigh.If so,use a pressure relief valve to adjust it.The typical pressure during the initial stage is 0.4Mpa-0.5Mpa,and canbe adjusted to 0.6Mpa-0.7Mpa in the later stages. Check if thespray nozzles are misaligned,causing the airflow toblow directly onto thefilterbag,whichmay causedamagetothebag.Adjusttheblowingangletoabout 5° upwards.

The duct enteringthe ash hoppershould not be cut,asthis could cause thefilterbagto collide and tearat the bottom.Ensure that no welding slag enters the filter bag, as this could also cause rupture.

6.High resistance:

Check if the lifting valve is open. Also, check if the front fan of the dust collector is working, and if there are any blockagesintheintakeduct.Ensurethattheduct doesnothave excessivebends,whichcanincreaseresistance. Check for any condensation in the system. After long-term use, replace the filter bags as needed, inspect the oil-waterseparator,andadjustthepulsecleaningtime.
