该设备通过二台挤出机将两种相同或不同的物料塑化挤入共挤复合机，生产出经共挤成型的复合薄膜，从而大大提高了薄膜物理性能、增加了强度，使薄膜具有良好的阻隔性，气密性。另可采用连续旋转机头，使制品平整，均匀度好，保证了包装，印刷等后续工序设备对薄膜的质量要求，适合生产复合全生物降解塑料薄膜，绝缘膜，多功能农用薄膜等。

本机组另可加配360度旋转模头，使产品更加平整、均匀。除筒膜外，背靠背双收卷设计可实现两卷片膜的同时收卷。考虑到薄膜尺寸过宽，可采用自动飞刀收卷，实现自动化切膜换卷、 \Lleftarrow 动上下料，大大节省人工。

双层共挤吹膜机和ABA吹膜机系列，均采用两台挤出机，复合生产AB两层或者ABA三层高强度薄膜。其中ABA吹膜机，两台主机供应三层挤出，一台提供内外涂料层，另一台供应内部填充层。达到降低成本、节能低耗的目的。同时，内部填充层可以添加回收料和碳酸钙，其占比超过总产量的 8 0 % 以上，可以大大降低生产过程中的原料成本，为客户提供更强劲的市场竞争力。
