Operation instruction
Please read the instructions carefully before using the machine
1. Spindle locking key (see Figure B)
The spindle lock key is only used for blade replacement or later maintenance. Do not press the spindle lock while the machine is running.
2. Start/Close (see Figure C)
Note: Before inserting the plug into the power supply,check that the switch is off. Power on:Turn the switch lever to the"1" end to start the tool. Off:Turn the switch lever to 0,and the tool is off.
3.Replace and installblades(see Figure D and E)
Note:Be sure to use the original AocKE Ojian blade.
Note:When replacing the blade,make sure that the machine is turned off and the power plug is unplugged.
Before using the machine,please check whether the blade is worn,worn or blunt blade will affect the chamfering effect and shorten the service life of the machine.
The output shaft of the tool bar is installed with 4blades,each blade has 4 cutting edges (four corners).When the cutting edge of the blade becomes dull, rotate both blades 9 0 ^ { \circ } to use the new cutting edge.When all 16 cutting edges of the 4 blades are blunt,replace them with new blades.
Perform the following steps each time you replace a blade
a) Release the retaining handle a.
b) Remove guide panel b.
c) Use the included red flag wrench to remove the countersunk screw e securing the blade,then rotate or replace the blade d.
4.Adjust the chamfer size(see Figure D)
Note: Before adjusting or checking the tool function,make sure that the machine is turned off and unplug the power.
If the required chamfer size is greater than C2.5,complete the chamfer multiple times.Itis recommended that thechamferbe increased by1to 2mmeach time.Otherwise,it will reduce the quality of the machined surface, shorten the service life of the machine and increase blade loss. If the chamfer requirement is too high,please test chamfer untilit meets the requirements.
a) Release the retaining handle a.
b) Rotate the adjusting ringc to move the guide panel up or down. c) Counterclockwise rotation reduces the cutting amount,and clockwise rotation increases the cutting amount.
d) Adjust to the required size,and then lock the fixed handle a.
The specific chamfer size can be seen in Figure G
5.Instructions for Chamfering Operation
Note: Due to the fact that excessive miling operations may cause machine overload,bladedamageand poorsurfacequalityofthemachined part,themilling depth for a single pass during milling operations should not exceed 2 . 5mm Multiple passes can be carried outtoachievea greater milling effect.
a)Place the arc guiding plate above the workpiece to be machined without allowing the blade to come into contact with it.
b)Then turn on the machine switch and wait until the machine reaches itsmaximumspeed.
c) Make the guiding panel fit the surface of the workpiece (see Figure F), and slowly advance it forward in the feeding direction.At this time,it is required to keep the guiding panel parallelto the surface of the workpiece and advance at a uniform speed until the final milling is completed.
e) The shape and size of the chamfer can be referred to Figure G.
6.Maintenance and maintenance
Note: Be sure to turn off the power switch and unplug the machine before maintenance or service.Do not use gasoline,benzene,thinner,alcohol or similar items to clean the tool. Otherwise, the tool may be discolored, deformed,or cracked.
1. Keep the vent clean
Theinlet and outletof the machineshould be cleaned regularly or cleaned at any time when blockage occurs.
2.Replace the carbon brush
a) Remove the screws from the rear cover using a screwdriverand remove the rear cover.
b) Remove the plug of the carbon brush wire from the pin of the brush holder,pull up the coil spring,and remove the worn carbon brush.
c) Replace with a new carbon brush.
3,the chamfer before use or daily inspection should include at least the following items:
a)The tool user must have full-time personnel to conduct regular inspections.
b) Check whether the screwsare fastened.
c) Whether the shell and handle are cracked or damaged.
d) Whether the power cord and power plug are intact.
e) Whether the power switch is normal and flexible,and whether there is defect or rupture.
f) Whether the rotating part of the output shaft rotates flexibly,lightlyand without blocking phenomenon.
g) Check whether the guide bearing is damaged or loose.
h) Check whether the blade is damaged or blunted.
i) The workpiece surface is not smooth,easy to impact,damage the blade,operation chamfer to avoid impact.
j) The machine advances too fast or the amount of a single milling is too large,resultinginpoormilling quality,damage to the blade and the motor.

Maintenance Tips (Based on Practical Experience)
1.Alwaysuse AOCKEoriginalfactoryaccessoriesandatachments forassembly,which issimple,safeand reliable.
2.Conduct a preliminary inspection and safety check on the returned tools.
3.Use special tools if necessary.
4.Ensurethatthetwohalvesofthehousingcanfullyclosewhenclosingthehousing.Otherwise,somepartsmaystllhaveproblems,
or the sealing ring may be damaged due to the screws being tightened too tightly.
5.Mixing otherlubricants with theoriginallubricants willweaken the lubrication effect due to diferent formulations.
6.Assemble the parts separately first,and then complete the overall assembly.

8. Do not tighten the housing on the rotor bearing too tightly.
