邵阳金拓科技开发有限公司成立于 2011 年 7 月，是一家位于湖南省邵阳县工业
集中区的非金属矿天然石膏 ( 硫酸钙 ) 深加工企业，是湖南双雄矿业有限责任公司天
然石膏矿采、选、加工产业链的下游延伸，具有独立法人资格。公司依托湖南双雄
矿业年产 200 万吨优质石膏资源，致力于研发、生产、推广天然石系列产品，打造
百亿石膏产业园。
2013 年，按照“天然石膏提纯、增白、超细、改性”的理论方针，小试、中试、
产业化，滚动式稳步的发展节奏，邵阳金拓科技开发有限公司在邵阳县工业集中区，
投资 2 亿元人民币，征地 100 亩，建设百亿石膏产业园中试基地 : 现已建成 6 万平
方米标准化厂房，招募培养员工 76 人，其中专业技术人员 10 人，拥有年产 20 万吨
B 型建筑石膏粉厂、年产 300 万支石膏装饰线条厂、年产 20 万吨抹灰石膏及自流平
厂、年产 80 万吨粉体研磨超细改性厂和石膏基高分子材料厂先后自主研发取得三个
发明专利和四个实用新型专利，获得 ISO9001 质量管理体系及 ISO22000 食品安全
管理体系双认证，并荣获国家高新技术企业资质，新材料企业资质，专精特新小巨
人企业资质，同时也是长沙理工大学产学研合作基地。

Founded in July 2011, Shaoyang Jintuo Technology Development Co., Ltd. is a non-metallic mineral natural
gypsum (calcium sulfate) deep processing enterprise located in the industrial concentration area of Shaoyang
County, Hunan Province. It is the downstream extension of the natural gypsum mining, sorting and processing
industry chain of Hunan Shuangxiong Mining Co., LTD., with independent legal personality. Relying on Hunan
Shuangxiong Mining with an annual output of 2 million tons of high-quality gypsum resources, the company is
committed to research and development, production and promotion of natural stone products, to build ten billion
gypsum industrial park.
In 2013, in accordance with the theoretical policy of \"natural gypsum purification, whitening, ultra-fine
and modification\", small trial, pilot trial, industrialization and rolling steady development rhythm, Shaoyang
Jintuo Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. invested 200 million yuan in Shaoyang County industrial
concentration area, land acquisition of 100 mu, construction of 10 billion gypsum industrial park pilot base: 60,000
square meters of standardized plant has been built. Recruit and train 76 employees, including 10 professional and
technical personnel, with an annual output of 200,000 tons of B-type building gypsum powder factory, an annual
output of 3 million gypsum decorative line factory, an annual output of 200,000 tons of plaster gypsum and selfleveling factory, an annual output of 800,000 tons of powder grinding ultrafine modification factory and gypsum
based polymer materials factory has independently developed three invention patents and four utility model
patents. Obtained ISO9001 quality management system and ISO22000 food safety management system double
certification, and won the national high-tech enterprise qualification, new material enterprise qualification,
specialized special new small giant enterprise qualification, but also the industry-university-research cooperation
base of Changsha University of Science and Technology.
With the company's unremitting research and development and polishing of natural gypsum series products,

矿石因成矿年代久远，久经地壳挤压具有纯度高、结构致密、化学稳定性
好的特点。
加工而成的材料具有透明度高、抗酸碱 . 耐腐蚀、耐候性好、强度高等优点 ;
不含重金属，无有害元素，且含长寿微量元素锶已广泛应用于食品、饲料、
土壤改良等领域材料安全可靠，健康环保。

一、天然二水硫酸钙：

结晶水含量 :20%
稳定性 :120℃开始释放结晶水，220℃ C 结晶水完全释放。
折射率 :1.52
二水石膏折射率低，但热稳定性低，会释放结晶水，部分涂
料无耐高温需求，因此二水石膏多应用于透明涂料，提高产
品光泽度，透明度。
二、天然无水硫酸钙：

一、超细无水硫酸钙改性粉：
利用天然无水硫酸钙粉体，折射率低，颗粒具有一定纤维性状，
长径比大，抗酸碱的特点，根据客户需求，白度选择范围为 80 度 -94
度，研磨至 800 目 D97—3000 目 D97，分级优化粒径分布，通过
表面处理，活化改性，使产品兼具透明度高，光泽度好，韧性高，
强度高，耐候性好，分散性好，吸油值低的特点。

二、天然无水硫酸钙功能母粒：
天然无水硫酸钙功能母粒，可直接用于挤出吹膜，流延膜，注
塑，保障塑料薄膜及注塑产品的强度、韧性和透明度，光泽度。提
高产品使用寿命，使添加后的塑料制品不析出，不发黄变色，耐酸
碱，可做为食品级产品使用，并降低生产成本。
