富思特保温装饰板及系统概述
FIRSTThermal Insulation Decorative Panel and General Introduction to its System
富思特保温装饰板是由饰面涂料、无机耐候板、保温材料及高强度粘结胶等材料组成，经砂光、渗透、辊涂（喷涂）、固化、养护、复合等工序加工成型的集保温与装饰功能于一体的新型板材。饰面层可选择液态花岗石、氟碳实色漆、氟碳金属漆、砂壁状涂料等多种效果，可替代石材幕墙、铝塑幕墙等传统工艺，在降低成本的同时也可提升建筑品质。
富思特保温装饰板系统：由富思特保温装饰板、粘结砂浆、嵌缝材料、密封材料和机械锚固件等组成，置于建筑物外墙外侧的保温装饰系统。该系统集保温功能与装饰功能于一体，现场通过粘锚结合等方式与建筑物主体连接到一体，满足了建筑节能与建筑装饰的需求。
FIRST thermal insulation decorative panel is composed of decoration coatings, nonorganic and fire-resistant panel,thermal materials and high strength adhesives.It isanew panel that integrates both thermal insulationand decoration functionand goes through several processes such as sanding,permeation,roll coating (spraying), curing，maintenance and compounding.The coatings have various effects,suchas liquid granite,amino resin solidification fluorocarbon baking paint, fluorocarbon metal paint,and sand textured paint.Itcanreplace traditional construction methods,such asstone material screen wall and aluminum screen wall,which can not only reduce the cost,but also enhance the quality of architecture.
FIRST thermal insulation decorative panel system is composed of FIRST thermal insulationdecorative panel,beddingmortar,caulkingmaterial,sealingmaterials,and machinery anchor components.It is a system placed at the exterior of the building, integrating both thermal insulation and decoration.It is integrated with the building bodies through onsite adhesion and anchoring,meeting the demands of energy conservationanddecoration functions.

弹性胶粘剂
保温材料与耐候装饰面板间采用专用弹性胶粘剂，该产品与苯乙烯、聚氨酯及各种无机材料均有极强的粘接性，并且具有很好的柔韧性、耐水性及耐温变性能，耐温范围达到-50一150℃，胶粘剂不含溶剂和有毒气体、无异味，使用寿命达30年以上。

Thermal panel
It collaborates with German BASF Company and produces graphite polyphenyl panel. Compared with traditional common polyphenyl panel, graphite polyphenyl panel is of low thermal conductivity and better fire-resistant performance.The uniform distribution of its cohesive strength isachievedand not prone to deformation,which reduces the hazard of deformation after the thermal decorative panel is installed. 墙面应平整坚实，无浮灰油污，抹灰层达到二级抹灰标准，阴阳角棱边垂直。

在墙面上根据设计要求将基准线和分割定位线用墨线弹在墙体上。

按照分割定位线位置，在墙体上钻孔并将膨胀锚固件安装在墙体上（钻孔深度须在扣除抹灰层厚度后不小于3cm，这样经膨胀螺丝锚固后才能保证安装质量）。

非打孔底板结构必须先涂刷一道界面剂（这一点至关重要，否则粘结砂浆对XPS板将失去粘结力），调配粘结砂浆并将板材粘贴在墙体上。
Surfactantshould bepainted before the non-drilling baseboard structureisinstalled (Thisstepisofvital importance.Otherwise, bedding mortar will not be adhesive with XPS).Mix the bedding mortarand put the panel onto the wall.

对板材进行调平作业，然后采用膨胀螺丝将板材固定在墙体上。

特别提示： Remarks:
1、富思特装饰板安装过程中，对于非打孔底板结构产品，必须先在富思特装饰板底面XPS保温材料上涂刷一道界面剂，待干燥后才能调配砂浆进行粘贴，从而达到需要的粘结强度，否则将会影响保温装饰板与结构的连接安全性，导致脱落等严重问题。
2、为保证施工质量，富思特装饰板安装所需要的粘结胶，界面剂，密封胶和其他辅助材料必须全部采用富思特公司产品，并且严格按照富思特装饰板的面积实行强制配套供应，同时应严格按照施工工艺要求操作，确保工程质量及安全性。

施工注意事项
Precautions during the Construction
* 施工条件
操作地点环境和基层温度不低于5℃，风力不大于5级，雨天不能施工。夏季施工，施工面应避免阳光直射，必要时可在脚手架上搭设防晒布，遮挡墙面。如施工中突遇降雨，应采取有效措施，防止雨水冲刷墙面。
^ * 储存条件a.进场材料应放在干燥、阴凉的场所。b.富思特保温装饰板码垛高度不能高于 2 { m } _ { \circ } c.粉料0一35℃条件下储存，储存期为3个月。防晒、防雨、防潮；乳液储存期为6个月，0一35℃条件下储存，使用前将乳液搅拌均匀，不得加水使用。
^ * 保温装饰板使用条件
a.材料运输过程中应轻拿轻放，不要与硬物发生碰撞，必须有防挤压、防碰撞、防淋雨措施。b.禁止产品正面朝下放置在硬物上，禁止产品长时间立放，以免造成变形。
c.使用过程中避免使用破损、断裂板。
^ * 成品保护
门窗框残存砂浆应及时清理干净。严禁蹬踩窗台，防止损坏棱角。拆除架子时应轻拆轻放，防止撞坏门窗 和墙角。
