HFS5OO elastic Firestop sealant is an environmental-friendly one-component water-based sealant,which can be used alone forFirestop sealing of building jointsand variousmetallic pipes. It can also be used in combination with other Firestop sealing materials for Firestop sealing of various holes and different types of penetrations.It has good elasticity after curing,and will not crack orchipafter long-term use.Itcanmaintain good tightness and elasticity performance in fire.

安装说明 InstructionforApplication

1.清洁孔口和贯穿物，去除杂物、灰尘和油污 Clean the openingand penetrations to remove debris,dust and oil
2.在贯穿物周围填塞岩棉等背衬材料，留出足够空间用于填充 HFS500 Insertmineral wool and otherbackingmaterials around the penetrations,leaving enough space forapplying HFS500
3.根据耐火极限要求在背衬材料上填充相应厚度的HFS500 Apply HFS5oO of the corresponding thickness on the backing material following the fire rating requirements
4.对于楼板，在上表面填充HFS500；对于墙体，需要双面填充 For floors,apply HFS5OO on the upper surface; for walls, apply iton both sides
5.保持48小时内不要扰动封堵系统 Leave the sealing system undisturbed for 48 hours

HFS550防火密封胶是一种环保型单组份水性密封胶，可单独和配合其他防火封堵材料用于各种孔洞和不同类型贯穿物的防火封堵。其固化后具有一定的弹性，长久使用不会干裂，不会粉化。在火灾中，其能膨胀到原来体积的8倍左右，迅速有效的密封火灾中可燃物燃烧所留下的空隙。

HFS55O Intumescent Firestop Sealant is an environmentalfriendly one-component water-based sealant,which can be used alone or in combination with other Firestopmaterials for sealing of various holesand different types of penetrations.It can remain elasticaftercuring,andwillnotcrackorchipafterlong-term use.Ina fire,it canexpand toabout8 times itsoriginal size,thus quickly and effectively sealing the gap caused by the burning of combustibles in the fire.

1.用毛刷、棉布等清洁电缆、电缆桥架等贯穿，并清洁孔壁和孔洞周 边的墙面或楼板面 Clean the cables,cable trays orother penetrations usinga brush,cotton cloth,etc.and clean the hole wall and walls or floorsurfaces around the holes
2.测量孔洞尺寸，根据孔洞尺寸和贯穿物位置裁切HFS900防火封 堵板材 Measure the size of the hole,and cut the HFS9oo firestop coatedboardaccordingtothesizeoftheholeandthe positionofthepenetration
3.在电缆缝隙及电缆桥架内、HFS900防火封堵板材周边及孔壁四周 涂抹弹性防火胶HFS500 Applyelastic firestopsealant HFS5oo in thecable gaps and cabletrays,around the HFS9oo firestop coatedboard and theholewall
4.在孔壁与电缆桥架间嵌入切割好的HFS900防火封堵板材 Embed the cut HFS9oo firestop coated board between the hole wall and the cable tray

安装说明 InstructionforApplication

1.用毛刷、棉布等清洁电缆、电缆桥架等贯穿，并清洁孔壁和孔洞周边的墙 面或楼板面 Clean the cables,cable trays or other penetrations usinga brush, cottoncloth,etc.and clean the holewall and wall or floorsurfaces around the holes

2.测量孔洞尺寸、贯穿物尺寸和形状，计算防火复合板外形尺寸时要考虑防火复合板与孔洞四周至少重叠50mm，以方便固定防火复合板，根据计算好的尺寸和形状切割防火复合板，可选用曲线锯和角磨机切割；（可以先用防火复合板的包装纸箱作为模板，测量、切割并确认尺寸没有问题后，再根据纸壳模板的尺寸和形状切割防火复合板。）

Measure the size of the hole/penetrations,taking into account that the composite sheetshall overlapsat least 5Ommaround the holewhencalculatingtheexternalsizeofthesheet,so itcanbe betterfixed.Cut the sheet and shape with jigsaw or angle grinder;

(Packaging cartoncan be used tomeasureand cutouta template first.After confirming that the size is correct,you can then cut the composite sheet following the size of the carton template.)
3.用最小 8 6 x 5 0 的水泥自攻螺丝或者膨胀螺丝固定防火复合板，固定间距 不大于300mm Fixthe composite sheet with cement self-tapping screws or expansionscrews witha minimumsize ofO6 X50,with the fixing distancewithin 3 0 0 ~ \mathsf {mm }
4.在贯穿物缝隙内、防火复合板周边、防火复合板与贯穿物接缝处填塞或涂 抹膨胀型防火密封胶 Fill orapplyintumescentfirestopsealantinthe gapof the penetration,around the sheet,and the joints between the sheetand penetrations

HFS800防火封堵漆是一种单组份丙烯酸涂层，环保无卤，无溶剂。对人体无害，无气味。用于可燃基材的防火保护，涂刷湿厚度最小不少于 3 \mathsf {mm } ，涂层干燥固化后形成红色胶体。具有极好的柔韧性、形变能力和强度，以及较强的抗霉变功能。适用于遇火变形的幕墙结构，可以有效阻止烟气在层间穿越。

HFS8oO joint sealant spray isan environmental-friendly onecomponentcoatingwhichis freeof halogenand solvent, harmless to humanbodyand odorless.Itcanbeapplied to fire protection of combustible base material. It should be painted as3mmminimum thicknessand willbecome red rubberafter curing.Itoffers excellent flexibility,deformationperformance, strengthaswell as good anti-mold function.It applies to curtainwall to avoid smoke rising through floor gaps.

1.清除楼板和幕墙框架周边表面散落的的碎物、灰尘、油渍、水气和蜡 Cleandebris,dust,oil stain,moistureand waxonthefloorslab andthesurfacesurroundingthecurtainwall framework
2.测量缝隙宽度，根据所需要达到的填充厚度及深度要求，对矿棉进行切割 Measure thecrackwidth,and cutthemineralwoolaccordingto expected filling thickness and depth.
3.将体积压缩 3 3 % 后的矿棉填塞到楼层间缝隙中，确保安装后矿棉表面平 整并与楼板表面齐平 Stuff the gapbetween floorswithmineral wool ofwhich the volumeiscompressed by 3 3 % ,toensuresmoothmineralwool surface in flushwith thesurface of floorslab
4.在缝隙两侧留出 1 2 . 5mm 的位置边缘粘贴美纹纸，保护周边环境的整洁 Pastemasking paper topartsof 1 2 . 5 {mm } on both sides of the gap,to ensure tidiness of the surrounding environment
5.均匀平整地喷或涂刷HFS800防火漆，可使用专业喷涂设备或直接用刷 子涂刷，达到3mm湿厚 Use equipment or brush to spray or paint HFS8OO with 3 \mathsf {mm } thickness
6.施工和养护期均应避免雨天或明水环境，在 2 3 ^ { \circ } \mathsf { C } 和 50 % 湿度下，表 面干燥需要2小时，3mm湿厚度完全干燥需要3-5天 Donotconstructormaintainonrainydayorwateryenvironment, it takes2hours forsurfacedryat 2 3 ^ { \circ } C and humidity of 50 % and it needs3-5days tocuring completely

产品说明 Product Description

HFS600水性电缆防火涂料，用于可燃基材的防火保护，涂料干燥后形成一层白色半软质薄膜，具有极好的柔韧性和强度，长期使用不粉化，不脱落，不起泡。对于电缆的防火保护，一般涂层厚度在 0 . 5 - 7 \mathsf {mm } ，能达到40-80分钟的防火时效。因为涂层比较薄，涂刷的电缆上不会影响电缆的散热，不会降低电缆的载流量。

HFS6OO water-based cable coating isused for fire protection ofcombustible substrates.It formsa white semi-softfilmwith excellent flexibilityand strengthperformanceaftercuring and will notchiporfalloffafter long-termuse.For the fire protectionofcables,the general coatingthicknessis O.5-1mm, whichcanresistfireforaperiodof 4O-8Ominutes.Itwillaffect neither heat dissipation nor current carrying capacity of the cable.

2.用质地柔软的羊毛刷涂刷，或用喷枪喷涂，一次涂敷厚度约为 0 . 3 \mathsf {mm } Use wool brush or equipment to paint or spray it with O.3mm thickness
3.隔24小时进行第二遍施工；直到施工到需要的厚度 Applyagainafter24 hoursuntil the required thickness ismet
4.如果施工过程中觉得涂料太粘稠，可用涂料重量 70 % 的清水稀释 If the paint is found to be too viscous during the construction,it can be diluted with water 70 % of the paint weight
5.如果涂层干后开裂，请务必减小涂刷厚度 If the coating dries and cracks,be sure to reduce the applying thickness
