模内贴标（In一MouldLabelling,简称IML）技术自20多年前一经诞生就以其具有的传统贴标所不及的诸多优点。模内贴标的运用

使注塑机、模具、自动化（机械手）以及标签供应商不遗余力地对其进行研究和开发，予以不断完善。目前模内贴标技术已发展得相当成熟至少有85%～95%的食品包装都采用模内贴标产品，而在中国则还处于初期应角阶段。可以肯定的是，随着人们生活品质的日益提高，模内贴标技术将得到广泛应用。模内标签就是在塑料瓶体成型过程中，标签在模具的作用下同瓶体成为一体所用的标签。

(1)标签材料多为薄膜材料，防水防潮，不会出现普通标签的起泡、起皱、脱落等现象。同时，薄膜材料不吸墨，图文鲜艳，视觉效果好。
(2)在瓶体制造过程中，模内标签同瓶体表面成为一体，整个瓶体外形美观，无标签感，普通标签无法相比。(4)模内标签材料同瓶体材料相同或接近，标签与瓶体可以同时熔化回收，二次使用，所以模内标签降低了环境污染，符合绿色印刷的要求。
（5)增强产品的防伪功能，形式新颖美观，不易脱落破损、防水、防油、防霉。

模内贴的应用行业
