Progress Description
1.Industrial chiller ① providechilled water to the production line to keep required temperature for the processing line.
2. Industrial chiller ① while providing chilled water,throughheatrecoverywith ② recover the heat from the compressorto produce hot waterand preserve in the circulatingwater tank ③ then supply to the users ④ free all year around.
Note:This system provides free hotwater to users,buthotwatersupplywill depend on the chillerusage and theproduction linestatus, when theuser uses this system,another hot waterauxiliarysystemshouldbeinstalledfor back up.
Winter Economizer(Dry cooler)
In the transitional season and winter,the outdoorambient temperatureislowerthanthe processwater temperature.Usingoutsidecold airtocool down processwater temperature withouta turned-oncompressorto.achieve the most energy saving during transitional season and winter.
Whileambient temperature below.the process water,theprocesswaterisdrawn intotheheat exchange tubesand flowinginside thewinter economizer. The equipped fancontrols the flow ofoutsidecold airto cool theprocesswaterto ensure the processwater at its set temperature, which fulfills the cooling request and also saves 90 % energy.
