Deqing Haoxuan Technology Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise focused on the development of surface
coating technology. Located in Deqing County, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province, the company is situated in the
core area of the Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone, bordering Shanghai to the east, Hangzhou to the south,

基体材料不限:热喷涂技术适⽤于多种基体材料,包括⾦属和⾮⾦属,⼏乎可以在各种基体上
进⾏喷涂。
涂层材料多样性:可喷涂的涂层材料范围⼴泛,热喷涂技术能够应⽤于⼏乎所有固体⼯程材

Technical Features
Unlimited Substrate Materials
Thermal spray technology is suitable for a variety of substrate materials, including metals and nonmetals, and can be applied to almost any substrate.
Diversity of Coating Materials
The range of sprayable coating materials is extensive. Thermal spray technology can be applied to
nearly all solid engineering materials, such as hard alloys, ceramic metals, and graphite.
Low-Temperature Process
The thermal spray process maintains the substrate at a low operating temperature, generally controlled
between 30-200°C, resulting in minimal stress and ensuring that the substrate does not deform or lose
strength.
High Efficiency and Convenience
This process is highly efficient with a simple operating procedure and fast speed. For coatings of the
same thickness, the time required is significantly less than that of electroplating.
Flexible Workpiece Sizes
There are no significant limitations on the sizes of sprayed workpieces. Large equipment can be coated
over large areas, and precise spraying can be conducted on specific areas, making it suitable for both
parts and finished structures.
Adjustable Thickness
Coating thickness can be flexibly adjusted between 0.03 millimeters and several millimeters.
Special Surface Properties
Thermal spraying can impart special surface properties to ordinary materials, creating functional
coatings with features such as anti-sticking, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, thermal insulation,

主要应⽤于涂布机、印刷机、印染机、胶带⽣产机械、纸尿裤⽣产机械等传动辊上。这些
设备的某些传动辊需要接触涂胶⾯、印刷⾯或印染⾯,未⼲燥的印刷⾯和印染⾯容易沾污辊
筒,从⽽影响产品表⾯的图案质量。
传统的“特氟⻰”涂层在热熔胶的剥离⼒⽅⾯表现不佳,其不粘性能不够显著,同时耐磨性能
不⾜,导致不粘效果在短时间内失效。这不仅降低了⽣产效率,还缩短了维护周期,增加了⽣
产成本。
我司⾃主研发的“热喷涂防粘耐磨涂层”采⽤等离⼦热喷涂技术,结合镍基合⾦和⾼分⼦防粘
材料,运⽤仿⽣学的“荷叶效应”,使涂层具备极低的胶粘剥离⼒和优异的耐磨性。与特氟⻰涂
层相⽐,整体性能提⾼了数⼗倍,已在该领域达到全国领先⽔平
Mainly applied to the drive rollers of coating machines, printing machines, dyeing machines, tape
production machinery, and diaper production machinery, some of these drive rollers come into contact with
glued surfaces, printing surfaces, or dyeing surfaces. Undried printing and dyeing surfaces can easily
contaminate the rollers, affecting the quality of patterns on the product's surface.
Traditional \"Teflon\" coatings perform poorly in terms of peel strength with hot melt adhesives; their
non-stick properties are not significant enough, and their wear resistance is insufficient, leading to a rapid
failure of the non-stick effect. This not only reduces production efficiency but also shortens maintenance
cycles, increasing production costs.
Our independently developed \"Thermal Spray Anti-Stick and Wear-Resistant Coating\" utilizes plasma
thermal spraying technology, combining nickel-based alloys and high polymer anti-stick materials. By
employing the bionic \"lotus leaf effect,\" this coating achieves extremely low adhesive peel strength and
excellent wear resistance. Compared to Teflon coatings, the overall performance has improved by several
times and has reached a leading level in the industry nationwide.

该技术主要采⽤等离⼦喷涂陶瓷材料,主要包括氧化铝钛和氧化铬系列的氧化物陶瓷。这
类材料具有⾼硬度、优良耐腐蚀性,并具备⼀定的韧性。在润滑和散热不⾜的条件下,展现出
卓越的耐磨和减磨性能。涂层组织致密,表⾯可通过抛光加⼯达到可控的“橘⽪”状粗糙度,具
备适当的摩擦系数,从⽽使纺丝纤维获得适度的捻⼒和张⼒。此外,涂层还具有半导体性能,
能够有效消除纤维摩擦引发的静电。
This technology primarily utilizes plasma spray ceramics, mainly including aluminum oxide-titanium and
chromium oxide series oxides. These materials possess high hardness, excellent corrosion resistance, and
certain toughness. Under conditions of insufficient lubrication and heat dissipation, they demonstrate
outstanding wear resistance and friction reduction performance. The coating structure is dense, and the
surface can be polished to achieve a controllable \"orange peel\" roughness, providing an appropriate
coefficient of friction. This enables the spinning fibers to acquire moderate twisting force and tension.
Additionally, the coating exhibits semiconductor properties, effectively eliminating static electricity generated
by fiber friction.

应用方向:
化纤、棉纺、玻纤等纺织机械,化纤加捻锭杯、化纤热辊槽筒短纤倍捻机耐磨配件,以及
各种纺机配件耐磨涂层。
涂层材料:
1.AT3(AI2O3/TiO2 97/3):灰⾊涂层,耐腐蚀性能好
2.AT20(AI2O3TiO2 80/20):涂层致密,硬度⾼,韧性好。
3.AT40(AI2O3/TiO2 60/40):涂层致密,韧性好,结合强度⾼
4.Cr2O3:硬度⾼,摩擦系数低,耐腐蚀能⼒优秀,抗磨粒磨损。

FIBER WEAR-RESISTANT COATING
Application:

Coating material:
1.AT3 (Al2O3/TiO2 97/3):Grey coating, good corrosion resistance.
2.The coating is compact, high hardness and good toughness.
3.AT40(A2O3/TiO2 60/40): dense coating, good toughness, high bonding strength.
4. Cr2O3: High hardness, low friction coefficient, good corrosion resistance, abrasive wear resistance.
涂层分为等离⼦喷涂陶瓷硬⾯密封涂层和超⾳速⽕焰喷涂碳化物⾦属陶瓷硬⾯涂层。
等离⼦喷涂陶瓷硬⾯密封涂层采⽤的陶瓷材料主要为氧化铝钛和氧化铬系列的氧化物陶
瓷。这类材料具有⾼硬度、耐腐蚀性、良好的耐热性和低摩擦系数等突出性能,因此喷涂⽽成
的涂层具有优异的耐磨和减磨性能。涂层组织致密,表⾯可抛光⾄镜⾯(Ra0.030.10 μm)。例
如,喷涂0.30.5mm厚的陶瓷涂层于⾼压泵柱塞,其使⽤寿命⽐传统镀硬铬柱塞提⾼了6倍,是
⽬前应⽤最⼴泛的陶瓷涂层。
超⾳速⽕焰喷涂⾦属陶瓷硬⾯涂层则由镍铬、钴等⾦属相与碳化钨、碳化铬等硬质陶瓷材
料复合⽽成,具有⾼硬度、良好的韧性和抗冲击性能,其结合强度可达50-80 Mpa。
硬面密封涂层
Hard Surface Sealing Coating
应用方向:
柱塞泵柱塞、⾼压清洗机柱塞、农⽤喷雾机柱塞、各类⽔封油封轴套、各种轴类密封段等。
涂层材料:
1.AT13(AI2O3/TiO2 87/13):硬度⾼,综合耐磨性好。
2.Cr2O3:硬度⾼,摩擦系数低,耐腐蚀能⼒优秀,抗磨粒磨损。
3.Co-WC:⾼温红硬性好,耐磨粒磨损,抗冲蚀。
4.Ni-WC:硬度⾼,抗⾼温氧化。
The coatings are divided into plasma-sprayed ceramic hard face seal coatings and supersonic flamesprayed carbide metal ceramic hard face coatings.
The ceramic materials used in plasma-sprayed ceramic hard face seal coatings mainly consist of
aluminum oxide-titanium and chromium oxide series oxides. These materials exhibit outstanding properties
such as high hardness, corrosion resistance, good thermal stability, and low friction coefficients, resulting in
coatings with excellent wear and friction reduction performance. The coating structure is dense, and the
surface can be polished to a mirror finish (Ra 0.03-0.10 μm). For example, a ceramic coating of 0.3-0.5 mm
thickness sprayed onto high-pressure pump plungers extends their service life by six times compared to
traditional hard chrome-plated plungers, making it the most widely used ceramic coating today.
On the other hand, the supersonic flame-sprayed metal ceramic hard face coatings are composed of a
combination of metals such as nickel-chromium and cobalt with hard ceramic materials like tungsten carbide
and chromium carbide. These coatings possess high hardness, good toughness, and impact resistance, with a
bond strength reaching 50-80 Mpa.

Application:
Plunger pump piston, high pressure washer piston, agricultural sprayer piston; much kind ofwatersealand oil
seal shaft sleeves.
Coating material:
1.AT13 (Al2O3/TiO2 87/13): High hardness, good wear resistance.
2.Cr2O3,: High hardness, low friction coefficient, good corrosion resistance, abrasive wearresistance.
3.Co-WC : Good high temperature red hardness, abrasive wear resistance, erosion resistance.
4.Ni-WC: High hardness, hiah temperature oxidation resistance.
等离⼦喷涂陶瓷⾼温涂层具有优越的耐⾼温性能和低热传导率,同时具备良好的抗⾼温燃
⽓冲蚀和抗热震性能,能够在800℃⾄1600℃的⾼温条件下稳定⼯作。
高温涂层

应用方向:
1.航空、舰船及陆⽤燃⽓轮机的受热部件,发动机燃烧室;⽕箭管、⺠⽤内燃机、增压涡轮、热
处理退⽕炉等的保护涂层。
2.⽯墨制品的耐⾼温保护涂层,粉末冶⾦烧结、钎焊等治具的抗⾼温氧化保护涂层等。
3.半导体、蚀刻机、半导体元器件烧结。
涂层材料:
1.Y203:耐等离⼦体腐蚀,应⽤于半导体蚀刻,耐⾼温1500-2000度。
2.YSZ(ZrO2-Y203):热导率低,抗⾼温燃⽓冲蚀。
3.A2O3:耐⾼温腐蚀,热稳定性好。对光和⾼温辐射有很⾼的反射率。
4.AI2O3.-SiO2:(莫来⽯):耐⾼温腐蚀,耐酸性好,耐炉渣侵蚀及抗⾼温烟⽓颗粒冲蚀。
5.MgO-AI2O3(铝镁尖晶⽯):具有优异的耐⾼温性能,抗⾼温氧化,耐热震,热稳定性能好,能耐
多种熔融⾦属(Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、AI等)和熔融玻璃的侵蚀,耐碱性炉渣腐蚀。
6.YCZ(ZrO2-Y203-CeO2):抗⾼温氧化能⼒强,抗热震能⼒强,具有有机物燃烧催化功能

Coating material:
1.Y2O3: Plasma corrosion resistance, used in semiconductor etching, high temperature resistance1500-2000 degrees.
2.YSZ(ZrO2-Y2O3): Low heat conductivity, high temperature gas erosion resistance.
3.Al2O3: High temperature corrosion resistance, good heat stability. High reflectance to light andhigh temperature
radiation.
4.Al2O3-SiO2(Mullite): High temperature corrosion resistance, good acid resistance, slag erosionresistance and
resistance to high temperature flue gas particles erosion.
5.MgO-Al2O3(Aluminum Magnesia Spinel):The aluminum magnesium spinel coating is brown incolor and has
excellent high-temperature resistance, high-temperature oxidation resistance, heatshock resistance, good thermal
stability, and resistance to corrosion from various molten metals(Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Al, etc.) and molten glass. lt is also
resistant to alkaline slag corrosion.
6.YCZ (ZrO2-Y2O3-CeO2):Good high temperature oxidation resistance, good thermal shockresistance, with function of
organism catalytic combustion.

2.在电⼦⾏业中,AI2O3陶瓷涂层作集成电路的基板和⾼性能的封装材料,美国已能喷涂25*25介
电陶瓷复合电路板,并达成规模⽣产。
涂层材料:
1.AI2O3:⽩⾊涂层,绝缘强度最⾼。

INSULATING COATING
Application:
1.Insulated housings for bearings, insulated bearing supports for motor rotors, etc.
2.In the electronics industry, Al2O3 ceramic coatings are used as substrates for integrated circuits and highperformance packaging materials. In the United States, 25*25 dielectric ceramic composite circuit boards can be
sprayed, achieving mass production.
Coating material:
1. Al2O3: White coating, with the highest insulation strength.
2. AT3 (Al2O3/TiO2 97/3): Gray coating, with a dense structure.
Insulating coatings for thermal spraying primarily use aluminum oxide series ceramic materials. These materials
have a high resistivity, with a dielectric constant reaching up to 12, and an insulation strength of up to 1069 V/0.1
mm. At thicknesses of less than 1 mm, they can withstand over 2500 V at temperatures of 1300°C, meeting the
electrical insulation requirements at high temperatures. Additionally, these materials exhibit excellent properties such
as high hardness, good wear resistance, high-temperature stability, and corrosion resistance.
碳化钨涂层主要由碳化物⾦属陶瓷构成,所采⽤的材料主要包括WC-Co、WC-10Co4Cr、WC-NiCr和Cr3C2-NiCr等⾦属陶瓷。碳化钨涂层具有致密的结构、低孔隙率、⾼结合强
度、⾼硬度、良好的韧性以及出⾊的抗⾼温性能等特点。
金属陶瓷复合涂层

应用方向:
1.冶⾦⾏业的各种辊类如退⽕炉辊、镀锌辊、张紧辊等,轴类,⻛机叶⽚等。
2.造纸印刷⾏业的压光辊、涂布辊、⽡楞辊、烘缸、卷纸辊、⼑具、油墨辊、印刷辊等。
3.⾦属拉丝⾏业的拔丝塔轮、拔丝缸、收线盘、张紧轮、导向等。
4.机械制造⾏业的活塞杆、柱塞、轴类、阀球(阀芯)、阀座、阀板、阀杆、叶轮、机械密封、丝
束切⼑⼑⽚、卷曲罗拉等。
5.其他应⽤的模具、粉煤(磨煤)机叶⽚、⽔冷壁、超微粉、密炼室和密炼机转⼦等。
涂层材料:
1.WC-Co超⾼硬度、耐磨损性能优越。
2.WC-10C0-4Cr耐腐蚀、耐冲蚀、耐微震和耐磨粒磨损。
3.WC-NiCr涂层致密、硬度⾼、韧性强、对有机酸和碱液有良好的抗蚀性、抗磨损。
4.Cr3C2-NiCr抗⾼温磨损、抗⾼温⽓蚀和燃⽓腐蚀、特别是含氯、酸性和碱性环境中、耐固体颗
粒磨损及滑动磨损。
Tungsten carbide coatings are mainly composed of carbide metal ceramics, with materials primarily
including WC-Co, WC-10Co-4Cr, WC-NiCr, and Cr3C2-NiCr. Tungsten carbide coatings feature a dense
structure, low porosity, high bonding strength, high hardness, good toughness, and excellent hightemperature resistance.

Application:
1. Various rollers in the metallurgy industry, such as annealing furnace rollers, galvanizing rollers, tension rollers,
shafts, and fan blades.
2. Calender rollers, coating rollers, corrugated rollers, drying cylinders, reel rollers, knives, ink rollers, and printing
rollers in the papermaking and printing industry.
3. Wire drawing tower wheels, wire drawing cylinders, take-up reels, tension wheels, and guides in the metal wire
drawing industry.
4. Piston rods, plungers, shafts, valve balls (valve cores), valve seats, valve plates, valve rods, impellers, mechanical
seals, strand cutting blades, and curling rollers in the machinery manufacturing industry.
5. Molds, pulverized coal (grinding coal) mill blades, water-cooled walls, ultra-fine powders, mixing chambers, and
mixing machine rotors in other applications.
Coating material:
1. WC-Co: Extremely high hardness and superior wear resistance.
2. WC-10Co-4Cr: Resistant to corrosion, erosion, micro-vibration, and abrasive wear.
3. WC-NiCr: Dense coating, high hardness, strong toughness, and good corrosion resistance to organic acids and
alkaline solutions, along with wear resistance.
4. Cr3C2-NiCr: Resistant to high-temperature wear, high-temperature gas erosion, and gas corrosion, especially in
environments containing chlorine, acids, and alkalis, as well as resistant to solid particle wear and sliding wear.
