Model Explanation
SZNXⅡ - 600 A
Normal conditions heat removal (KW)
The vapor evaporate and take away the heat of the refrigerant. During operation, the cooling water
is pumped up to the nozzle on the top of condenser and evenly spraying to the outside surface of
condensing tubes and forming a water layer. The high temperature refrigerant gas come into the
condensing coils from top and condenses by cooling water into liquid and flow out from bottom. Some
water absorb the heat and become steam, the rest water drop to the water tank for re-circulation,
meanwhile, the fans on the top make wind with speed of 3~5 m/s to speed up the evaporation of the
water layer outside the surface of condensing tubes and also cool the dropping water which will get
back to spay onto the heat-exchange tubes. The steam is blown out by the blower and the blobs mixed
to the steam remain on the dehydrator. The floating valve in the tank control water supplement into the
tank automatically.

Construction features
We design the machine with advantages of novelty, unique and reasonable.
The condensation tubes and the interior metal components inside are hot-dipped galvanized (good
anti-corrosion and long lifetime).
Special tube arrangement makes the coil much smarter and more coil area in a fixed space to
enhance heat-exchange.
Patented dehydrator is used to reduce the water consumption.
The water spray nozzle is anti-blocked type to ensure even spraying.
The axial fans are low noise and large air-flow. The blades are made of aluminum alloy and the motor
is damp-proof.

Advantages of evaporation condenser
● Power-saving: The condensing temperature of evaporation condenser is decided by wet ball
temperature. Normally, the wet ball temperature is 6~8℃ lower than ambient temperature. So we
designed the structure of the evaporation condenser according to this to lower the condensing
temperature and system pressure; so that to increase the refrigerating capacity of the compressor and
reduce the power consumption. The power of water pump is only 1/3~1/4 compared with other watercooled condenser. According to the calculation and operation, the power consumption of evaporation
condenser is 15% lower than water-cooled condenser.
●Water-saving: the evaporation condenser use water evaporation to take away the heat -1 liter of
water evaporated will take away 670W of heat. But water-cooled system use water heating-up to take
away the heat -1 liter of water only can take away 4~5W of heat. Therefore, to remove same volume of
heat the water-cooled condenser needs more water (we need to prepare large water tank, cooling
tower and cooling tubes which will bring more chance for water losing). Contrarily the evaporation
condenser needs less water and meanwhile the dehydrator of the machine has higher efficiency of
water reclaim. The water loss of evaporation condenser is only 10% of water-cooled condenser.
● Space-saving, easy to install and short duration.The evaporation condenser is an integrated
machine include condensing coil, cooling tower, water pond and water pump, which can be put on the
top of the roof. The piping system is simple and there is no other accessory of water system. It will
reduce the installation material, construction period and installation cost.
●Low maintenance cost. If we use evaporation condenser, the condensing temperature will be low,
what's more, the exhaust pressure, exhaust temperature and the temperature of lubrication oil are
also low. So the machine is working under a perfect condition, and the lifetime of the machine will be
longer and the running of the machine is more smoothly so that to reduce the maintenance cost.

The tube is oval type which is good for refrigerant flowing inside and good for water layer formatting
on the tube surface so that to enhance heat-exchange.
There is polyethylene heat exchange layer under the coil. Fresh cool air gets into the machine and
cools both the coil and the layer. On the way the water dropping to the water tank, the layer will cool
the water again to enhance the heat exchange result.
The air and water get in to the machine in same direction which will effectively speed up water flow
and reduce the filth appear on the condensing tubes.
Smart structure and all the models are easy to be transported in container (half-half or break up)

temperature increase 1 ℃, the selected model should be increased 15%.

2、The volume of underground water tank should be more than total volumes that in the machine flume and
tubes.
3、The water return pipe of the compressor in the drawing I should be higher than the compressor. Water supply
pipe II could be put under ground. The height of valve F and its pipe should be lower than the pipe between
cooling pump and the compressor to ensure the water in the pipe being drained thoroughly in winter.
1、In winter make sure that the water in the cooling pump ③ and underground water tank ④ does not freeze.
2、In summer, the valves C, D, F and H should be closed, the rest valves should be opened.
3、In winter, close valves A, B, E and G, drain the water in the pipe between A-B and E-G from valve C and valve
D, open valve H. Before operation, start the cooling pump of the compressor first, and then start the spray pump
after the water in the tank is full. When the water pump is stopped, open value F to drain the water inside the tank
and pipeline to avoid water freezing inside. Before start the cooling water pump again, the value F must be
closed. In winter, the cooling water for the evaporation condenser and the compressor comes from the
underground tank. The value C could supply the consumed water.
1、This drawing is only an example. We could specially design for the user it according to conditions and actual
requirements.
In summer, water supply to the cooling pump ③ of the compressor comes from the water tank, and water level
inside the tank is controlled automatically by the ball-cock.

1、We suggest to use padding type oil separator for this system. If you want to use washing type oil separator,
please pay attention to the height. (Refer to the layout. Unit: mm)
2、The horizontal pipe between liquid out pipe and the receiver should have a grade of 1/50 along with
refrigerant direction.
3、Each vertical pipe for liquid out should have a U turn. For the height please refer to the drawing.
4、The distance between evaporation each condensers should be 1.5-2m.
