Product Features

In the rotary vortex flow meter, the flow sensor flow profile is similar to the Venturi tube line, installed a set of spiral guide

blade in the inlet side. When the fluid enters the flow sensor, the guide blade forces the fluid to produce intense vortex flow;

when the fluid enters the diffusion segment, the vortex flow is subjected to the effect of reflux, and begins to make the second

rotation, forming a gyroscopic vortex precession phenomenon. The precession frequency is proportional to the flow rate, not

affected by the physical properties and density of the fluid, the detection element can obtain a good linearity in a wide range

of flow rate when measuring the second rotary precession frequency of the fluid, the flow meter integrates the flow rate,

temperature and pressure detection functions in one, and can automatically compensate for temperature, pressure and

compression factor, and it is the ideal instrument for gas metering in the industries of petroleum, chemical industry, electric

power, metallurgical industry, new energy and so on.
