本公司成立于2024年，公司前身是永康市欣业压铸厂，成立于1998年，公司占地面积12000平方米，位于金华市武义县桐琴工业区五金大道15号，拥有现代化生产基地和先进的生产设备，年产能达3000万吨，致力于为全球客户提供高品质的铝压铸产品。

拥有性能先进的200吨热式全自动压铸机2台、280吨2台、350吨3台、450吨500吨600吨各1台，共计10台。同时都配备了4台抛光一体机，3台滚抛挂抛机，对产品表面进行去毛刺，打磨，抛丸处理。机器设备均为国内知名品牌，初步保证了压铸生产自动化，达到安全环保生产。金工车间拥有CNC设备8台、数控机床20台、铣床、拉床、多孔钻、孔丝机数台，喷塑流水线1条，能保证产品一条龙服务。

主要生产铝合金镁合金压铸件，包括：电动工具配件、健身器材配件、汽车配件、平衡车配件、康复器材配件等五金配件，总计500多种产品，满足了公司生产所需。现有压铸、精工、抛光、喷塑、4个车间，员工共计80人。每个车间都配有专业主管、检验员、压铸车间配备专业模具技术人员。拥有专业研发团队，具备模具设计、仿真模拟及快速试制能力，支持客户定制化需求。

所生产铸件，产品质量完全符合ISO国际质量认证标准、产品符合RoHS、REACH环保标准，质量管理方式以分厂自检为主，专职检验员验证把关的管理模式，及时发现和改进生产中的缺陷，解决了制件起皮起泡的压铸缺陷，监督完善压铸生产工艺参数，制定规范统一的生产工艺卡片，按照工艺要求实现标准化生产。

公司长期服务于国内外知名企业，与浙江飞神车业有限公司、浙江波速尔运动器械有限公司、永康市涛涛车业有限公司、昆山福宏康复科技有限公司、罗瑞运动用品（昆山）有限公司、浙江博大电器有限公司、浙江英洛华康复器材有限公司等建立稳定合作关系，产品出口至美国、欧洲、中东国家。

Established in 2024,our company traces its roots back_to Yongkang Xinye Die Casting Factory founded in 1998.Locatedat No.15 Hardware Avenue, Tongqin Industrial Zone,Wuyi County,Jinhua City,we operate from a modern production base spanning 12,oo0 square meters.
Equipped with advanced manufacturing facilities,we boast an annual production capacity of 3,ooo tons\*and are dedicated to providing global clients with high-quality aluminum die-casting products.
Production Capabilities:
·Die Casting Workshop:10 advanced hot-chamber die-casting machines (2x200-ton,2x280-ton,3x350-ton,1x450-ton,1x500-ton,1x600-ton). ·Surface Finishing:4 integrated polishing machines and 3 barrel/tumble polishing machines for deburring, grinding,and shot blasting.
·MachiningWorkshop:8 CNC machines,20 CNC lathes,milling machines, broaching machines,multi-spindle drils,and tappers.
·Powder Coating Line:1automated line for integrated finishing.
·Total Workforce:80 employees across Die_Casting,Precision Machining, Polishing,and Powder Coating workshops.Each workshop is managed by professional supervisors and QC inspectors,supported by dedicated die technicians.
