Hebei Taget Ecological Fertilizer Co., Ltd. is located in Bohai New District, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province, China, with the convenient transportation of Huanghua Port and covering an area of more than 350 acres (140 hectares), with a total investment of 1.02 billion yuan (140 million USD).
There are four high-tower compound fertilizer's production lines, with an estimated annual output for more than 1 million tons of high-tower compound fertilizer;
Two production lines are designed for annual production capacity of 180,000 + 120,000 tons of amino acid process high-tower compound fertilizer,
One production line with an annual capacity of 200,000 tons of prilling technology fertilizer,
One production line with annual output of 150,000 tons of environmentally friendly biological fertilizer,
One production line with annual output of 100,000 tons of blended fertilizer,
One production line with 50,000 tons of special water-soluble fertilizer and more than 60,000 square meters (about 100 acres) of warehouses and other related ancillary facilities.
The factory is expected to have annual sales for more than 1 million tons of fertilizer with total yearly sales revenue more than 2 billion yuan (273 million USD).
One single tower of the high-tower compound fertilizer is 137 meters high.
The effective cooling height is 95 meters, and the ventilation area at the bottom of the single tower is more than 350 square meters, ranking first in the province and country in terms of the number and scale of towers. Compared with the traditional compound fertilizer, our Hebei Taget factory equipped domestic newest updated machinery and we integrate the patented technical formulas of many domestic scientific research institutions and colleges. Thanks to its advanced production technology, the product has uniform nutrients, round particles, and is suitable for a variety of sowing methods. It can effectively improve the utilization rate of nutrients and achieve the purpose of weight loss and efficiency improvement. Organic-inorganic compound fertilizer is a new type of fertilizer encouraged by the country. It can improve soil, improve soil physical and chemical properties, enhance soil water retention, fertilizer retention and fertilizer's supply capabilities, alleviate soil compaction caused by long-term use of inorganic salt fertilizers, increase soil porosity, permeability and exchangeability, and plant survival rate, increase beneficial bacteria and soil microorganisms, inhibit the reproduction of harmful pathogens, and enhance crop disease resistance. Continuous application can greatly alleviate cropping obstacles. Slow-release fertilizer is also one of the new types of fertilizers advocated by the country.
