公司核心人员均来自于国内知名的电梯、施工升降机制造厂家，具有十分丰富的从业经验。公司曾长期致力于电梯、升降机智能控制系统研发，主要服务于国内外电梯生产、销售和维保厂家及施工升降机厂家、租赁单位。为电梯、升降机相关企业提供一站式产品设计、售后、安装维保等集成智能系统开发服务。公司于2019年对该公司经营业务进行战略调整，形成以施工升降机制造为主，以智能控制系统研发、技术咨询为辅助的发展格局。专注于国内智能、安全、节能的高端施工升降机的设计与制造。
截至2023年6月，已取得发明专利1项、实用新型专利40余项、软件著作权50余项，涵盖结构、控制系统、安全保护等各领域，有效保护了公司产品的独创性。已取得”高新技术企业"、“江苏省民营科技企业”、“国家科技型中小企业”等证书，2022年成立苏州市高速智能施工升降机工程技术研究中心。

All core employees of Glarie come from domestic well-known elevator and construction hoist manufacturers and have rich experience. Glarie has been devoted to the research and development of intelligent control systems for elevators and hoists over a long period of time and mainly provided services worldwide for enterprises manufacturing, selling and maintaining elevators and enterprises manufacturing and renting out construction hoists. Glarie develops integrated intelligent systems for one-stop product design, after-sales services, installation and maintenance. In 2019, Glarie made a strategic adjustment to its business and formed a development pattern which gives priority to the manufacturing of construction hoists while making the development and technical advice of intelligent control systems subsidiary. Glarie focuses on the design and manufacturing of intelligent safe energy-saving high-end construction hoists in China.
As of June 2023, Glarie has obtained 1 invention patent, more than 40 utility model patents, and more than 50 software copyrights, covering various fields such as structure, control system, and safety protection, which effectively protecting the originality of the Glarie products, Glarie has obtained certificates such as "High-tech Enterprise", Jiangsu Private Technology Enterprise, and National Science and Technology Small and Medium-sized Enterprises. In 2022, Suzhou High-speed Intelligent Construction Lift Engineering Technology Research Center was established in our factory.

TheGlarie construction lift runs in a well so it eliminates the possibility of a tipping cage. Meanwhile, it adopts the perfect combination of speed governor and safety gear to ensure the cage won't suddenly hit the bottom or the top. Without the need of building a temporary channel, it achieves accurate automatic leveling by computer to eliminate the hidden danger of the channel.

The Glarie SSD construction lift doesn't need a concrete foundation, an opening in the basement roof, a temporary safety channel and a material platform. Moreover, it doesn't side maintenance and prepared openings in outer walls. So, it saves repair fees and rental fees for suspended platforms. Meanwhile, with the traction machine and the variable frequency drive, the Glarie SSD construction lift boasts less electricity consumption.

Automatic running of remote repairing
In case of problem of single data running, theproblem will be fixed through automatic running of remote repairing system to ensure the normal operation of the elevator.
The operation reports are generated regularly and sent to clients through E-mail to you. Balance coefficient of the elevator is adjusted according to its operation condition to ensure optimum operating condition of the elevator.
Test results of core components of multiple elevators are clearly listed and the users are timely reminded of the time and parts for next maintenance & service.
Early warning of service life of core component
Running current of core components is tested and early warning withrelevant data will be automatically sent to the headquarter immediately in case of any abnormal condition. Alert function in case of stranded passenger
In case a passenger is stranded in the car for up to 5 minutes without actuating the alarming system, the detention sensor will notice the service personnel at the headquarter through remote network so that the family members of the passenger can be noticed timely.
