针型阀可接通、切断管路，也能精准调节流体流量。阀芯为尖锥形，形似针体插入阀座，因此称作针型阀，是仪表测量管路系统重要部件。

03工作原理 / Working principle

通过旋转手轮带动阀杆上下移动，使阀芯与阀座之间形成间隙或紧密贴合，从而实现阀门的开启 和关闭，进而控制流体的通断和流量大小。阀芯与阀座之间的接触面积小，密封力集中，能有效实 现密封，且可耐受较大压力，适用于较小流量、较高压力的气体或液体介质的密封。 By rotating the handwheel to drive the stem to move up and down,a gap or tight fit is formed between the core and the valve seat, thereby opening and closing the valve and controlling the on-off and flow rate of the fluid.The contact area between the valve core and the valve seat is small,and the sealing force is concentrated, which can effectively achieve sealing and withstand higher pressure.It is suitable for sealing gas or liquid media with smaller flow rates and higher pressure.

05安装说明 /Installation Instructions

安装方位：遵循图纸要求，介质流向与阀体箭头保持一致，接口紧固牢靠。
安装前外观查验：阀体无划痕、锈蚀、变形，铭牌完整清晰，满足GB12220标准。

5.Installation Instructions

Install in accordance with design drawing.Medium flow direction must follow the arrow on valve body; ensure tight connections.

Visual check before installation: No scratches,rust or deformation.Nameplate shall be intact and comply with GB 12220.

强度和严密性实验：工作压力 > 1 . 0 M { \sf P a } 、主干管切断用阀门，安装前须试压。强度试验压力为公称压力1.5倍，保压≥5min，壳体与填料无渗漏；严密性试验压力为公称压力1.1倍，试验时长遵循GB50243规范。

Strength&TightnessTest

Valves for main pipeline shut-off orworking pressure over 1.OMPa shall be tested before installation. Strength test pressure: 1 . 5 x nominal pressure,hold 5min,no leakage on body & packing.Tightness test pressure:1.1×nominal pressure, test duration follows GB 50243.

06 使用操作 / Use and operation

开启：逆时针缓慢旋动手轮，逐步抬升阀芯，严禁骤然开启，防止压力冲击。

关闭：顺时针旋动手轮使阀芯压紧阀座，切勿猛力旋紧，防止损伤密封面。

流量调节：缓慢转动手轮微调阀芯开度精准控流，流量达标后固定手轮。

Operation Instructions

Opening: Turn handwheel counterclockwise slowly to lift the valve coregradually; avoid sudden ope ning to prevent pressure surge.

Closing: Rotate handwheelclockwise to seat the plug. Do not over-ghten to protect sealing surface Flow Regulation: Slowly turn the handwheel to fine-tune the opening degree of the valve core for accurate flow control,and fix the handwheel position after reaching the required flow rate.

07维护保养

/Maintenanceand Servicing

定期检查：定期检查阀门的密封性能、连接部位是否松动、阀杆是否灵活等，如有问题及时处理

Regular checks: Regularly check the sealing performance of the valve, whether the connection is loose,whether the valve stem is flexible, etc.Addressany problems promptly.

清洁保养：保持阀门表面清洁，防止杂质、灰尘等堆积。对于卡套式连接部位，要注意清理杂物，避免影响密封性能。

Cleaning and maintenance: Keep the valve surface clean to prevent the accumulation of impurities, dust,etc.For ferrule connections, pay attention to removing debris to avoid affecting the sealing performance.

润滑处理：定期对阀杆等活动部位进行润滑，可使用适当的润滑油或润滑脂，确保阀杆转动灵活，减少磨损。 Lubrication treatment: Regularly lubricate the valve stem and other moving parts, using appropriate lubricating oil or grease, to ensure the valve stem rotates smoothly and reduces wear.

易损件更换：如发现密封面、阀芯、阀杆等易损件损坏，应及时更换，以保证阀门的正常使用。更换时需选用与原阀门型号规格相同的零部件。

Replacement of wear parts: If wear parts such as the sealing surface,valve core,and valve stem are found to be damaged,they should be replaced in time to ensure the normal operation of the valve. When replacing,use parts of the same model and specification as the original valve.

08注意事项 /Notes

严禁在阀门开启状态下对其进行拆卸或维修，以免发生介质泄漏等危险。

Do not disassemble or repair the valve while it is open to avoid danger such as medium leakage. 操作过程中如发现阀门有异常声音、振动或泄漏等情况，应立即停止操作，并进行检查和维修。 If any abnormal sound,vibration or leakage of the valve is detected during operation,stop the operation immediately and carry out inspection and repair.

对于有特殊要求的介质，如易燃易爆、有毒有害等，需严格按照相关安全规定进行操作和维护，并采取必要的防护措施。

For media with special requirements,such as flammable,explosive,toxic or hazardous,operation and maintenance must be carred out strictly in accordance with relevant safety regulations, and necessaryprotectivemeasuresmustbetaken.

阀门长期不使用时，应关闭阀门，并将内部介质排空，必要时进行防锈、防腐处理。

When the valve is notin use for a long time,the valve should be closed and the internal medium drained,and anti-rust and anti-corrosion treatment should be carried out if necessary.
