Productoverview
BZ series self-priming pump is a centrifugal selfpriming pump,it adopts the motor direct connection structure,has the advantages of compact structure,convenient operation, balanced operation,simple and convenient maintenance,long life,good self-primingand so on.Before work,only need to ensure that the pump has quantitative drainage,greatly reducing the labor intensity.ZW series self-priming sewage pump is similar to BZ structure.The difference is that the impeller and pump body are widened by design,through strong capacity,can pass some liquid containing large particle solid and fiber dirt, engineering sewage,etc.
Apply
1.Suitable for urban environmental protection, domestic water,construction,dye printing and dyeing,electroplating,paper making,mining, equipment cooling,etc.
2.BZ is suitable for transporting non-flammable andexplosive liquidswithclearwaterand physical and chemical properties similar to clean water.ZW is suitable for liquid containing certain particles, grain solid and fibrous dirt,engineering sewage, etc.
3.Liquid temperature is highly correlated with selfimbibibition,and too high temperature will affect the self-imbibibition height.
Operational principle
The working principle of the pump: the pump is equipped with a reservoir chamber,and through the upper hole of the circulation hole and the lower hole of the pump chamber, constitute the axial reflux external mixing system.After the pump stops working,acertain volume of liquid is stored in the pump chamber.When the pump starts,the reservoir in the pump is thrown up under the impeller action with air,and the air-liquid mixture enters the air-liquid separation chamber, the liquid returns to the working chamber through the air-liquid separation chamber,and the gas is discharged from the pump,so that the vacuum in the pump and the inlet pipe to achieve the role of self-priming.
