Dryer selection determines equipment stability and maintenance costs. Guided by the principle of "lowest total life cycle cost," we employ dynamic condition correction, refrigeration system matching, and flow optimization to ensure capacity meets actual demand, avoid energy waste from over-cooling, and reduce compressor load with minimal pressure drop—achieving both efficiency and reliability.The working principle is as follows:
冷冻式干燥机利用制冷系统产生冷量，通过换热器将饱和压缩空气冷却至压力露点，气态水析出为液态水，经气液分离后由自动排水器排出，获得干燥压缩空气供给后端设备。
A refrigerated air dryer uses cooling capacity from the refrigeration system to cool saturated compressed air to the pressure dew point via a heat exchanger. Gaseous water condenses into liquid, separated by a gas-liquid separator and discharged by an automatic drain, supplying dry compressed air to downstream equipment.
