SUPPLEMENTARYSAFETYRULES FOR CHAMFERING MACHINES
1) Maintainafirm griponthetool.Especiall when startingthe machine, hold the bodyfirmlysothatit cannot vibrate back and forth. Keep your hands away from rotating parts.
2) Fix the workpiece properly. Usingafixing device orvisetofix the workpiece willbe more secure than holding theworkpiecein hand.Donotclampthechamfering machine ontoa vise orfixture, anddo not place your face or hands close to the rotating part during use.
3) Do not allow the tool to run when unmanned, only operate while holding the toolin hand. Please do not place the rotating machine on the ground or workbench until the chamfering machine is completely stationary before lowering it.
4) Do not place thechamfering machine on the workpiece fragments. Otherwise,it may cause tool damage or malfunction.
5) Do nottouch thebladeimmediatelyaftertheoperation is completed.Because they may have extremely high temperatures, which can burn the skin.
6 Ifthe machineaccidentallyfallsor collides. Please checkifthe bladeand machine are damaged, cracked, or deformed.
7) Do not stand where the pneumatic toolis about to move when a rebound occurs. The rebound willdrivethe tool against the cutting direction at the winding point.
8) Keep cutting tools sharp and clean.Tools with sharp cuting edges that are wellmaintained are not easily stuck and easy to control.

OPERATIONINSTRUCTIONS
Before using the machine, please read the manual carefully
1、Connect the aerodynamics (see Figure B)
Use the air quick connector provided with the machine, with one side connected to the machine through an O-ringa and the other side connected to the air pipe (aerodynamic).
2、Start/close, adjust the intake volume (see Figure C)
Push the B push plate forward and press itto turn on the machine;
Release to turn off the machine.
Rotate the regulatingvalve cfor adjustment operation:
Rotate clockwise to increase the intake volume. Rotate counterclockwise to reduce intake
Note: Exceptfor some non-ferrous metalsand some soft materials, chamfering work usually involves
The higher the rotational speed, the better the chamfer quality.
3、Chamfer operation instructions
Attention: Due to excessive milling processing causing machine overload, blade damage, and poor surface quality, the miling depth of one stroke should not exceed C0.8mm during milling processing, and multiple strokes can be processed to achieve larger milling purposes.
a) Place the guide plate above the workpiece to be milled without any contactbetween the blade and it.
b) Then turn on the machine switch and wait until the machine reaches maximum speed.
c) When chamfering curves and straight edges, slowlyadvance the guide wheel in the direction of feed against the surface of the workpiece (see Figure D).Atthis time,it is required to keep the guide wheel and arc guide plate flush with the workpiece surface and move forward at a uniform speed until the final milling is completed.
d) When chamfering the inner and outer circular holes, the guide wheel should be pushed forward one circlearound the inner or outer circle on the surface of the workpiece to achieve chamfering. If necessary, it can be rotated two or more circles to achieve the best chamfering effect. The cutting direction is shown in Figure E.
e)The shape and size of chamfers can refer to "Main Parameters of Chamfering Machine" on page 6.
4、Resize Chamfer - AX311, 307 (see Figure F, G)
Attention: Before adjusting or checking the function of the tool, please make sure that the machine is turned off and unplug the air connector to prevent accidental start-up.
Ifthe required chamfersizeis Cl orabove, please completeitmultiple times, and it is recommended to increaseitby 0.5mm each time. Otherwise, itwil reduce the surface quality of the machining, shorten the service life of the machine, and increase blade wear. If the chamfer requirements are too high, please conducta trial chamfer until it meets the requirements.
a) Loosen the machine screw on the arc guide plate d b) Rotate the arc guide plate d.
c) Counterclockwise rotation reduces the cutting amount, while clockwise rotation increases the cutting amount.
d) Adjust to the required size, and then tighten the machine screw on the guide plate d.
Scalereset: If there isan errorin the scale indication, the arc guide plate d can be adjusted clockwise to its maximum value, and then the maximum value ofthe scale ringe can be aligned with the arrow. Finally, tighten the fastening screw to complete the scale reset of the curve part.
5、Resize Chamfer- AX320 (see Figure H, I)
Attention: Before adjusting or checking the function of the tool, please make sure that the machine is turned off and unplug the air connector to prevent accidental start-up.
Ifthe required chamfersize is C1 or above, please completeitmultiple times, and it is recommended to increase it by 0.5mm each time. Otherwise, it will reduce the surface quality of the machining, shorten the service life of the machine, and increase blade wear. If the chamfer requirements are too high, please conduct a trial chamfer until it meets the requirements.
a) Loosen the hexagonal fastening screwf and tighten it,and take out the right angle guide platek.
b) Loosen the hexagonal fastening screw h and rotate the right angle adjusting ringg.
c) Counterclockwise rotation reduces the cutting amount, while clockwise rotation increases the cutting amount.
d) After adjusting to the required size, tighten the hexagonalfastening screws h, then install the right angle guide plate k in sequence and tighten the hexagonal fastening screws f.
6、Replace accessories - AX311, 307 (see Figure J, K)
Note: Please make sure to use the original AOCKE blade for the blade.
Attention: When replacing the blade, please ensure that the machine is turned offand unplugtheairconnectorto preventaccidentalstart-up.Before usingthe machine, please check the blade forwear.Worn or dullblades can affectthe chamfering effectand shorten the servicelife ofthe machine.
The cutter bar is equipped with two blades, each with four cutting edges (all around). When thecuttingedge ofthe bladebecomes blunt, rotateboth sides of the blade 90 °to use a new cutting edge. When all 8 cutting edges of the blades on both sides become blunt, please replace themwith new blades.
Replace the blade and guide wheel according to the following steps
a) Loosen the hexagonal fastening screwland take outthe arc guide plate d.
b) Replacing the blade: Use the included red flag wrench to remove the countersunk screw m that fastens the blade, and then rotate or replace the blade n.
c) Replacing the guide wheel: Use the included Allen wrench to remove the screw o that fastens the guide wheel, and then replace it witha new guide wheel p.
7、Replace the blade - AX320 (see Figure I, L)

8、Maintenance and upkeep (see Figure M, N)
Attention: Before maintenance, please ensure that the machine is turned off and unplugged to prevent accidental start-up. The maintenance and inspection of pneumatictools have a significantimpact on their servicelife and performance. For long-term use, please pay attention to the following:
1. Regarding the air compressor and its accessories
Toachieve full performance, cleanand dry compressed air must be used. Before use, rust and moisture in the air compressor pipeline must be filtered and removed. Please installa filter ora more efficient three-point combination.
2. Regarding fuel supply
To maintain stable performance, the oil of pneumatic tools must be regularly supplied. Insufficient oil supply can cause the tool to heat up, resulting in wear, insufficient power, and reduced performance, greatly affecting the tool's lifespan.
3. Cylinder section
Before daily operation, drop an appropriate amount of specialized oil for pneumatic tools from the air inlet and let it idle for about 3-5 seconds to lubricate.
