As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nanjing Kangni Mechanical &Electrical Co., Ltd. (stock code 603111), Nanjing Kangni Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. was formed by upgraded combination of former branch of Nanjing Kangni Precision Forging Co., Ltd. and former Nanjing Sunny Precision Machine Tool Co., Ltd. The main business line of its machine tool industry section covers R&D, manufacturing and sale of precision grinding machines for gears and gear cutters, including CNC profile gear grinding machines, CNC spline grinding machines, CNC internal gear grinding machines, CNC gear shaving cutter grinding machines.

With an area of 7 acres and floor space of 32,000m², we have more than 400 employees including 100 technicians. Various modern equipment for machine building is installed, as well as sophisticated measuring equipment like Renishaw laser interferometer, Gleason gear inspection system and coordinate measuring machine.

The unique three-axial normal trimming method of grinding wheel needn't feeding shaft of the shared machine tool, it adopts fully-closed loop control, so it enhances the long-term precision duration of machine tool.

独有的随动砂轮修整方式，可在任意(非磨削)位置修整砂轮，减少空行程时间，同时降低了金刚滚轮形状误差对齿形误差的影响，缩短砂轮修整辅助时间，提高生产效率。

The unique follow-up trimming way of grinding wheel can trim (non-grinding) the grinding wheel at any position, which not only reduces noncutting stroke and relieves the influence of shape tolerance of diamond roller on the tooth outline tolerance, but also shortens the auxiliary time during grinding wheel trimming, so as to enhance the production efficiency.

单片碟形金刚滚轮在不干涉时可180°范围内实现任意曲线截形修整，同一金刚滚轮即可修整出任意方向的直线、圆弧、渐开线、矩形花键(无需更换定制滚轮)及其组合曲线等。

Single-disc dish diamond roller can realize any curve / section trimming without interference as long as the range is within 180 degree. The same diamond roller can trim and obtain straight line, arc, involute, rectangular spline (no need change any customized roller) as well as combined curve etc. in any direction.

The machine tool owns automatic cutter alignment and automatic distribution of grinding allowance.

独有的砂轮修整方式，极大的提高金刚滚轮使用寿命；可对CBN或金刚石砂轮进行在线修整，无需担心主轴温度变化带来的精度偏差，满足小直径砂轮一次修整多件数产品的连续稳定磨削，减少砂轮频繁修整和更换砂轮所浪费的时间，提高生产效率。

The unique trimming way of grinding wheel greatly prolongs the lifetime of the diamond roller. The user can make on-line trimming for CBN or diamond roller, without worry about the accuracy deviation caused by temperature variation of the spindle. It can meet with the demands that using small-diameter grinding wheel can trim various products or realize continuous and stable grinding, so that the user can save time of frequently changing /trimming grinding wheel, so as to enhance production efficiency.

使用同一金刚石滚轮即可修出任意方向的直线、圆弧、渐开线及其组合曲线，且齿形不受金刚石滚轮形状磨损的影响，修整精度高；

YK7125A/YK7125B 数控剃齿刀磨齿机

在原有Y7125机械式磨齿机基础上数控化再制造，具有数控进给、高精度数控分度、数控砂轮修整及数控展成进给的特点。
机床配备自动编程软件，实现自动编程，砂轮修整后由系统实现自动补偿，可以磨削任意等分或不等分的工件。
机床可以适用于A级剃齿刀、AA级插齿刀、3级精度标准齿轮(GB/T10095.1-2008)的磨削。

This machine enjoys CNC remanufacturing on the basis of original Y7125mechanical gear grinding machine and has characteristics of CNC feed, high precision CNC indexing, CNC grinding wheel dressing and CNC generation feed.

The machine tool is equipped with automatic programming software with which the machine tool can realize automatic programming. The machine tool with automatic compensation realized by system with completion of grindingwheel dressing can grind any equal or unequal workpiece.

The machine tool is applicable to grind Class-A gear shaving cutter,Class-AA slotting cutter and standard gear with Grade-3 precision (GB/T 10095.1-2008).

KKANGNI

YK7125A/YK7125B是具有立柱数控进给、高精度数控分度、数控砂轮修整、数控展成进给的数控剃齿刀磨齿机。

该机床将依靠高精度数控分度头(U轴)和展成滑台(X轴)间的插补运动实现剃齿刀的渐开线齿形YK7125A/YK7125B磨削，从而可以取消传统的分度板及基圆盘。依靠高精度数控分度头，不需要分度板，可以磨削任意等分或不等分的工件。砂轮修整是通过立柱数控进给(Z轴)与数控砂轮修整滑台(Y轴)联动来实现的。砂轮修整后由系统实现自动补偿。

机床的编程是通过在计算机自动编程软件提供的对话框内输入该加工零件的相应参数，自动生成加工程序，经RS232接口发送至数控系统。只要在附加齿形对话框内按展长填入相应的中凸/中凹量，即可形成相应的中凸/中凹齿形。

该机床的立柱旋转(螺旋角)，齿轮宽度偏移滑台为手动。

YK7125A/YK7125B is a gear grinding machine with CNC gear shaving cutter enjoying upright CNC feed, high precision CNC indexing, CNC grinding wheel dressing and CNC generation feed.

The machine tool realizes the grinding of involute gear profile YK7125A/YK7125B by interpolation motion of high precision CNC index head (U-axle) and generation slipway (X-axle), so as to cancel traditional index plate and basic circle plate. The machine tool can grind any equal or unequal workpiece by high precision CNC index head instead of index plate. Grinding wheel dressing is realized by linkage of upright CNC feed (Z-axle) and CNC grinding wheel dressing slipway (Y-axle). Automatic compensation is realized by system with completion of grinding wheel dressing.

The programming of the machine tool is completed by inputting corresponding parameters of processing part in dialog box provided by computer automatic programming software, and machine program automatically generated by which is sent to CNC system through RS232 interface. The corresponding convexity/ concave gear profile can be formed by filling in the corresponding convexity/ concave quantity in dialog box of additional gear profile as per elongation.

Upright rotation (helix angle) and excursion of gear width from slipway of the machine tool are realized by manual operation.

CNC Remanufacturing of Spline Shaft Grinding Machine

原有M8612A花键轴磨床基础上再制造，将原机械砂轮修整器替换为我公司研制的WDK-01G数控砂轮修整器，将原机械分度头改造为我公司开发的FKG-180高精度数控分度头。采用进口数控系统闭环控制，交流伺服电机驱动，实现参数化自动编程。

机床广泛应用于齿轮及齿轮工具行业，磨削多种齿形的高精度花键拉刀、塞规、滚压轮、花键轴及齿轮等。机床累计再制造达400余台，为我国拉刀制造水平的整体提高作出了巨大贡献。

The machine tool is remanufactured on the basis of original M8612A spline shaft grinding machine, original mechanical grinding wheel dresser is replaced by WDK-01G CNC grinding wheel dresser developed by our company and original mechanical index head is transformed to FKG-180 CNC high precision index head developed by our company. The machine tool adopts imported CNC system with closed-loop control and AC servo motor drive and realizes parameterization automatic programming. The machine tool is widely used in gear and gear tool industry and to grind high precision spline broach in various gear profiles, plug gauge, rolling wheel, spline shaft and gear. Over 400 machine tools are remanufactured, which makes huge contributions to integral improvement of manufacturing level of broach of China.

KKANGNI

数控高精度分度头及砂轮修整器采用一套数控系统集中控制，进口伺服电机驱动，四轴控制(四轴三联动)，程序控制自动工作，具有完善的停电、断电保护功能，回零、故障诊断功能。良好的中英文人机界面，菜单式输入方式，加工零件参数存储，内置PLC，RS232通讯接口。进口高精度编码器，分度头采用全闭环控制，进口伺服电机及驱动器，机械传动零间隙，具有手动点动及程序控制自动分度功能。操作简便，性能可靠，分度分辨率0.001度，能进行任意等分或不等分加工，对不能除尽的等分数自动补偿，无累积误差。适用于高精度花键轴、花键拉刀、花键量规、等分盘、滚轧轮等零件加工。

砂轮修整器修整采用进口伺服电机及驱动器控制，精密滚珠丝杆传动，三轴联动，具有手动点动及程序控制自动修整砂轮功能。

自动编程软件在通用计算机上使用，适用于渐开线齿形、三角齿形、矩形花键及渐开线矩形花键复合齿形的自动编程。使用参数化输入方式，操作人员只需在编程计算机上给出的对话框中输入齿数、模数、压力角、键宽、齿形半角、零件直径等参数，即可自动生成砂轮修形及分度加工程序，省去复杂的座标计算及指令输入过程。修形齿形轨迹能在编程计算机上成像。

The machine tool, enjoying CNC high precision index head and grinding wheel dresser with centralized control of a set of CNC system, imported servo motor drive, four-axle control (four axles and three linkages) and automatic working based on process control as well as has perfect functions of power cut, power-off protection,zero returning and fault diagnosis. The machine tool enjoys good Chinese and English human-computer interface, menu-type input mode, storage of parameters of machining parts, built-in PLC and RS232 communication interfaces, imported high precision encoder, index head with full-closed loop control, imported servo motor and driver andzero clearance of mechanical drive, has function of indexing by manual inching and automatic indexing based on process control. Relying on easy operation, reliable property and indexing resolution ratio of 0.001, the machine tool can carry out any equal and unequal machiningand automatic compensation toward indivisible isodisperses without any accumulative error. The machine tool is applicable to carry out machining of high precision spline shaft, spline broach, spline gauge, equi-index plate and rolling wheel.

Grinding wheel dresser is controlled by imported servo motor and driver, enjoys precision ball screw transmission, three axes association and has function of dressing of wheel by manual inching and automatic dressing based on process control.

Automatic programming software used in general-purpose computer is applicable to automatic programming of involute gear profile, triangular gear profile, rectangular spline and composite gear profile of involute rectangular spline. Based on parameterization input mode, operator only needs to input parameters, such as number of gear, module, pressure angle, key width, gear half angle and diameter of part, in dialog box given in computer, grinding wheel modification and indexing machining program can be generated automatically, which leaves out complicate process of coordinate calculation and instruction input Modification of gear profile track can be imaged in computer.
