Function Description
Scroll Water Source Heat Pump Unit adopts the scroll compressor which is specific for heat pump function.
The water source heat pump can be used for cooling and heating,one machine with multiple purposes:one system can replace the boilers and the air conditioningunits two systems;itreduces the initial investmentofequipment whilegreatlyreducing energy consumption.No boiler roomsystemisrequired for heatingandno cooling tower isrequired for cooling.No pollution and no emissions during use.

Heal Recovery
Heat Recovery Technology
The heat recovery technologyis to recoverand reuse alargeamount ofwaste heatdischarged to the outside during the operation of the chilleras theuser's final heat sourceorprimaryheatsource throughcertainmethod.The high-temperatureand high-pressure gaseous refrigerant discharged from the compressor first enters the heat recoverydevice,releasesheattoheatdomesticwater (or other gas-liquid substances),and then passes through the condenser and expansion valve to absorb the heat of thecooled mediumin the evaporatorand become lowtemperature and low-pressure gaseous refrigerant is returned to the compressor.
HeatRecovery Benefit
Heatrecoveryprovidescustomerswithfree hot waterin the project,while savinga lot of hot water costs.It can reduce the thermal pollution caused by the condensation heat to the environment,and reduce the operating costs andnoise of the cooling tower.
1.Heat Recovery Water Chiller ① producesa lot of free waste heat when producing chilled water. 2.The Heat Recovery Unit ② transfer the waste heat generated by the waterchiller to hot water.
3.The Heat Recovery Water Pump ⑤ continuously conveys the waterin the hot water tank ③ into the heatrecoveryunit ② for heating,so that the water in the hot water tank ③ reaches the preset temperature.
4.The Circulating Water Pump (204号 ④ conveys the hot waterfromthe hotwatertank ③ to the user.
Sewage Source Heat Pump
Principle
Sewage Source Heat Pump System cansave about 5 0 % energycomparedwith theconventional equipment,itused the characteristics of the sewage source which maintain theabove 2 0 ^ { \circ } \mathsf { C } all the year,and uses the sewage source asthe heat source tomeet theneedsof hotwatersupply throughadvanced technologyand equipment.
Benefit
Sewage Source Heat Pump Units have the lowest initial investment inall kind ofwatersource heatpumps.It reusesthe heatenergyin theurbansewage,which not onlydevelopsa clean energy source,but also reduces the urban waste heat emissions and protects the environment.
The Sewage Source Heat Pump System hasobvious advantages no matter from the efficiency of heating and cooling, orfrom the future energy source,and features significant economic benefits.
Exhaust Gas Source Heat Pump
Principle
The exhaust gas source heat pump system can saveabout 4 0 % energy compared with conventional equipment. It uses the characteristics of the exhaust gas source which keep above 3 0 ^ { \circ } \mathsf { C } all the year.
Ituses the exhaust gas source as heat source and extracts heat from the exhaust gas heat recovery pit to supply the unit,thus meeting the demand of hot water supply.
Benefit
Exhaust gas source heat pump can be used all day long inanyseason,andisnotaffectedbythesevereweather suchasrain,snow,and lownight temperature inwinter. It can be continuously heated to continuously supply hot waterto meet thedemandsof theuser.It features low operation cost and low energy consumption.
VFD(Variable Frequency Drive) Technology
VFDis to change the power supply frequency, thereby adjusting the load,reducing power consumption, reducing losses,and extending the service life of the equipment.The core of the VFD is the frequency converter,whichrealizes theautomaticadjustmentof therunning speed of the motor through the conversion of the power supply frequency,and changes the fixed grid frequency of 5 0 H z to a changing frequency of 30- 1 3 0 mathsf { H z } .Inaddition,it canwiden the adaptable range of thepowersupplyvoltage to142-270V,whichsolves the problemof the gridvoltage instabilitywhichcanaffect theoperation of the equipment.The technology that realizes AC control by changing the AC frequency is called VFD technology.
