本公司已拥有：楼梯立柱，扶手配件、平开窗系统多点后拉定位窗系统内开上悬窗系统和适用于平开门、推拉门......等等的五金配件。科艺产品出口到中东，东南亚，南美，非洲等地。

Keyi Hardware, established in 1997, is a company specializing in designing and manufacturing stairs uprights. To accelerate its development, adapt to the market's demand and promote technological innovation, the Company built a production base covering an area of 15,000 square meters in the Jintao Industrial Park in 2011 and put it into use in the very same year. Apart from advanced production equipment and production lines, the Company aslo estalished its own Research and Development Center, and Testing System, requiring the product must undergo strict performance test and reach national standards before it is put into production.
The Company has the following products: stairs uprights, handrail fittings, side-hung windows, back-pulled multipoint window positioning system, and in-swinging top-hung window system, and other various hardware fittings for sidehung doors and sliding doors, etc. All of them are exported to the Middle East, Southeast Asia, South America, and Africa, etc.

平装护栏安装 Installation of Post Railing on Ground
第一步：放线、钻孔
一、膨胀螺栓固定
a. 在完成的装饰面地板上进行安装
b.在结构面上安装，用工具使安装表面平整，用水平尺检查平整度，安装前预先装好预埋件或者按照施工图的图示尺寸放线钻孔，放线，钻孔均在同一直线上，立柱之间的中心距离不大于1200mm;
二、预埋件焊接固定
根据建筑设计图纸，在建筑混凝土结构浇筑时预置埋件，埋件要求平整，保持统一高度，立柱之间的中心距离不大于1200mm。
Step1:Setting-out Route and Driling Hole
1.Fixation of Expansion Bolt
a.Install on the floor
b.Install on the structure panel, flat the installation surface and then inspect the flatness with levelling instrument.Embedded parts should be installed in advance before installation, and then set out route and drill holes according to drawings. Setting out route should be aligned with driling of holes, and the width between tow pillar-center should not exceed 1200 mm
2.Welding of Embedded Parts
According to drawing, the embedded parts should be installed when pouring concrete structure, and the embedded parts should be horizontally installed, besides, the width between two pillar- center should not exceed 1200 mm.
第二步：安装立柱
一、膨胀螺栓固定
Step2:Installation of Pillars
a、要找平安装面
b、钻孔后面要对孔中残渣清理干净
C、将立柱底座的孔对准钻好的孔，插入膨胀螺栓，并敲打进去，使立柱与地面贴紧d、拧紧膨胀螺栓的螺母，既上紧了立柱
二、预埋件焊接固定
a、拉线，定位好立柱的安装位置 a、成，走应灯立任时文表应具
b、找平：预埋件存在不统一水平时，可采用钢片垫平，立柱具有调节功能的无需找平C、焊接固定立柱，立柱为不锈钢的，应采用不锈钢同类的焊条焊接。

c.Align the hole in the bottom of pillar with the hole predrilled, insert expansion bolt and strike in, so the pillar could be stick to the ground.
d.Screw up the bolt so as to fix the pillar.
b.Cleaning up slag in the holes after drilling.
2.Welding of Embedded Parts
a.otreicn wire straignuy so as to ueterine ue mnstaliauon sies or piliar. a.Stretch wire straightly so as to determine the installation sites of pillar.
b.Add steel discs if the embedded parts are not horizontally installed, but this step is not necessar if the pillar is not adjustable c.The material of electrode should be the same as the one of pillar when welding.
第三步：安装扶手
1、测量护栏所需要扶手的长度，并下料
5、焊缝处理，打磨方式
2、放线扶手固定座位置，在固定位置钻所需要的膨胀螺栓孔，将扶手固定固定在墙上
3、将装饰盖套入扶手管，将扶手管套入固定座并放置立柱的支撑头上，调准立柱并将扶手与立柱、固定座进行焊接或采用螺钉连接
4、在两管交接转弯处用弯头进行焊接连接，两管加长连接采用焊接。
Step 3:Installation of Handrail
1.Measure the needed length of handrail,and determine the fitting needed
2.Drill holes to screw in bolt,and fix handrail on the wall.
3.Sleeve cover plate around the handrail,and sleeve the handrail around the base plate,then place the handrail onto the handrail
supporter,adapt the handrail to supporter,and then connect them through welding or with bolt.
4.Weld handrails with elbow at turning coner,and welding is adopted when connecting two pieces of handrail.
5.Polish welded joints after welding.
第四步：安装玻璃
Step 4:Glass Installation
1、先将立柱上玻璃夹上夹拆开，取出销钉
2、将玻璃靠紧玻璃夹下夹，对正孔后插入销钉
3、装上上夹，上螺钉，调准玻璃再上紧螺钉
1.Dispatch the upper clamp on the pillar and take the dowel out
2.Place glass the into bottom clamp and insert dowel the hole in glass and the hole in clamp coincident.
3.Resume the upper clamp and insert dowel.
第五步：清洁
将护栏清洁后，进行包裹保护，直到整个建筑工程完工，避免在其它施工对护栏造成损坏
Step 5:Cleaning
Wrap the post railing after cleaning until the construction work completes so as to avoid damages when constructing
楼梯护栏安装 Installation of Post Railing on Staircase

1、在同一跑楼梯两端护栏立柱找平安装面
2、钻孔后要对孔中残渣清理干净
3、将立柱底座的孔对准钻好的孔，插入膨胀螺栓，并敲打进去，使立柱与地面贴紧
4、拧紧膨胀螺栓的螺母，既上紧了立柱

第三步：安装扶手
1、测量护栏所需要扶手的长度，并下料.
2、将扶手采用焊接或螺钉固定扶手与立柱上，将扶手与两端的立柱固定起来
3、连接各跑楼梯的扶手.
Step 3: Installation of Handrail
1.Measure the needed length of handrail,and determinethe fitting needed.
2.Fix handrail onto pillar through welding or with screws ,and then fix handrail and pillars on both sides.
3.Connect handrails of each stair.
第四步：安装中间立柱
Step 4:Middle Pillars Installation
1、采用立柱靠扶手的方法找楼梯中间的立柱安装位置，并划线
1.Determine the installation sites of middle pillars by closing the phandrails,and mark on the determined sites.
2.Drill holes and fix pillars,then connect handrails.
第五步：安装栏板
1、测量玻璃栏板尺寸，并购置玻璃
2、安装玻璃栏板，或其他栏板
Step 5: Glass Installation
1.Determine the dimension of glass.
2.Glass installation.
第六步：清洁
将护栏清洁后，进行包裹保护，直到整个建筑工程完工，避免在其它施工对护栏造成损坏
Step 6: Cleaning Wrap the post railing after cleaning until the construction work completes so as to avoid damages when constructing.

圆管立柱，Circular Tube Pillar
方管立柱，Square Tube Pillar
矩形管立柱，Rectangular Tube Pillar
平椭圆管立柱，Flat Elliptic Tube Pillar
单板立柱，Single-plate Pillar
双板立柱，Double-plate Pillar
2、按立柱高度分类：Classifed by the height of prillar
H=1050mm, L stands for 1050mm high pillar
H=850mm,Sstands for 850mm high pillar
其他高度，按实际高度数字为代号。Others marked with actual height
