用户使用手册(中文) 1
1.电机接通电源时请不要把脚放在控速器踏板上;
2.本产品需要专业人员安装,调试;
3.严禁在通电时打开控制器与电机端盖;
4.必须保证系统可靠接地;
5.以下操作请务必断电:
⚫ 安装,拆卸或维修时;
⚫ 换针或更换底线时;
⚫ 翻转缝纫机时;
二.作业环境说明:
1.请不要在过热,过潮湿的环境中作业,工作温度:-10℃-55℃,相对湿度:
20%-90%;
2.用户使用前必须接地,确保人身安全;
3.用户供电应保持稳定 220V 电压应保持在:AC170V~AC260V 之间;
4.控制系统不要在高磁高辐射环境下作业,以免干扰使用系统。
三.控制面板各按键功能说明(面板如图所

⚫ 在工作界面,长按“P”键 3 秒,进入系统参数模
式;
⚫ 在参数设置界面:短按“P”键可退出当前操作并返
回前一界面或返回工作模式。
⚫ S 键的用途:
⚫ 在参数界面:“S”键位功能确定键,调节完毕后,
可按“S”键保存并退出;
⚫ “+”“-”键的用途:
⚫ 在工作环境下:此两键用于转速调整;
⚫ 在参数模式下:此两键用于参数调整;
⚫ 停针位键的用途:
⚫ 此键位停针位按键:初始默认位为上停针位。此按
键用于调整缝纫机针在电机停止运转时停留的位
置。
⚫ 上停针位显示“UP”;
⚫ 下停针位显示“DOWN”;
⚫ 无需停针位显示“N/C”;
⚫ LED 灯键的用途:
⚫ 此按键用于打开或关闭 LED 灯的功能:
⚫ 打开 LED 灯显示“ON”;
⚫ 关闭 LED 灯显示“OFF”;

四.操作
1. 调节
说明:
参数

开机后长按“P”键 3 秒进入参数,显示“P000”此时显示的位参数号,按
“+”,“-”选择参数号,短按“S”键确认,显示“0000”此时显示的为参数
值,按“+”,“-”选择参数值,短按“S”确认,此时显示“SOFT”闪烁界
面,表示参数保存成功;调节参数的过程中,可随时按“P”键取消并退出。
2. 恢复出厂设置说明:
开机后进入参数号“P005”,选择参数值“0011”,短按“S”保存,并显示
“SOFT”闪烁界面即成功恢复出厂设置。
3. 控速器数值标定:
开机后使控速器处于释放状态,进入参数号“P012”短按“S”,界面显示当
前控速器数值,再短按“S”显示“SOFT”闪烁界面即标定成功。

六.一般故障处理: 4

开机没有检测到

1. 控速器插头与控制器接触是否良好;
2. 控速器线束及插针是否良好;
3. 控速器传感器失灵,更换控速器;
ERR3 换相信号故障
1. 电机 9 针插头是否接触良好;
2. 电机未安装到位,请重新安装;
3. 电机换相传感器故障,更换电机;
ERR4 堵转保护
1. 检查缝纫机是否卡死;
2. 电机四芯插头与控制器接触不良;
3. 检查电机线束是否良好
ERR5 输入电压欠压 检查输入电压是否在 170V-260V 内。
ERR6 检测不到停针位
1. 检查电机手轮距离,请调至间隙在 2.5mm 之
内;
2. 9 针插头与控制器接触是否良好;
3. 电机停针传感器故障,更换电机;
4. 检测电机手轮上磁铁是否脱落;
ERR7 输入电压过压 检查输入电压是否在 170V-260V 内。
ERR8 硬件过流保护
1. 关机重新启动,如遇再次报警请更换控制器;
2. 主板功率管故障,需维修;

1.Safety instructions

1.1 Do not put your feet on the speed controller pedal when the motor is connected
to the power supply;
1.2 This product requires professional installation and debugging;
1.3 It is strictly forbidden to open the controller and motor end cover when power
is on;
1.4 The reliable grounding of the system must be ensured;
1.5 Be sure to power off the following operations:
⚫ During installation, disassembly or maintenance;
⚫ When changing the needle or the bottom thread;
⚫ When turning over the sewing machine;
2. Operating environment description:
2.1. Please do not work in an overheated or humid environment, working
temperature: -10℃-55℃, relative humidity: 20%-90%;
2.2. The user must be grounded before use to ensure personal safety;
2.3. The user's power supply should be stable, and the 220V voltage should be kept
between AC170V~AC260V;
2.4. Do not operate the control system in a high

➢ The purpose of the P key:
⚫ In the work interface, long press the \"P\" key for 3 seconds to
enter the system parameter mode;
⚫ In the parameter setting interface: short press the \"P\" key to
exit the current operation and return to the previous interface or return to the
working mode.
➢ The purpose of the S key:
⚫ In the parameter interface: \"S\" key is the function
confirmation key. After adjustment, you can press the \"S\" key
to save and exit;
➢ The purpose of the \"+\" and \"-\" keys:
⚫ In working environment: these two keys are used
for speed adjustment;
⚫ In parameter mode: these two keys are used for
parameter adjustment;
➢ The purpose of the needle stop key:
⚫ This key position is the needle stop position button: the initial default position
is the upper needle stop position. This button is used to adjust the position of
the sewing machine needle when the motor stops.
⚫ The upper needle stop position displays \"UP\";

⚫ This button is used to turn on or off the function of the LED light: 7

5. Instructions:
1. Adjustment parameter description:
After powering on, long press the \"P\" key for 3 seconds to enter the parameter,
display the bit parameter number displayed at this time \"P000\", press \"+\", \"-\" to select
the parameter number, short press the \"S\" key to confirm, display \"0000\" When the
parameter value is displayed, press \"+\", \"-\" to select the parameter value, short press
\"S\" to confirm, and the \"SOFT\" flashing interface is displayed at this time, indicating
that the parameter is saved successfully; during the process of adjusting the parameter,
you can press \" P\" key to cancel and exit.
2. Instructions for restoring factory settings:
After power on, enter the parameter number \"P005\", select the parameter value
\"0011\", short press \"S\" to save, and display the \"SOFT\" flashing interface to restore
the factory settings successfully.
3. Numerical calibration of speed controller:
After power on, the speed controller is in the released state, enter the parameter
number \"P012\" and short press \"S\", the interface will display the current speed
controller value, and then short press \"S\" to display the \"SOFT\" flashing interface,
which means the calibration is successful.
