注:标准提升门安装了钢丝绳断裂防坠装置或扭簧断裂保护装置,在设计扭簧的扭力就有更多的考虑,必须
要保证门体在正常开启到顶部位置时,防止出现防坠刀片卡住轨道以及由于防断转轮卡死扭簧轴而使绕线盘
不转的情况发生。
如果安装了钢丝绳断裂防坠保护装置,轨道后端必须安装缓冲器(推门器)。

This standard specifies the technical requirements, standard tolerances, test methods, inspection specifications,

3.1 Material selection shall comply with GB4357 and GB/T5218, and the tensile strength of spring steel wire shall comply

3.2 弹簧的主要尺寸公差
3.2.1 弹簧内径的公差为内径基本尺寸 D1 的 ±1.0%。
3.2.2 弹簧的自由长度 H0 为参考尺寸。
3.2.3 弹簧总圈数的公差的为总圈数 n1 的 ±1.0%。凡手动车库门配套弹簧其总圈数应严格控制公差要
求为总圈数的 n1 的 ±0.5%。
3.2.4 弹簧在自由状态下,应无初拉力,圈与圈之间间隙应小于 0.2mm,以防止安装好后出现“S”形
弯曲现象。
3.2.5 弹簧负荷(单位:N)
a、实验负荷公差允许为使用负荷的 ±2.0%。
b、弹簧承受负荷时的工作变形量必须在弹簧全变形量的 40% ~ 75% 范围内选取。
3.2.6 弹簧刚度(单位:kg/mm)
弹簧刚度是单位工作负荷(门体总重量 G)与总扭转度数(门体提升高度 F)的比值。
3.3 永久变形
弹簧预扭一次,将弹簧扭到至 Ps 对应度数停留 10 分钟,然后以同样的负荷连续扭转 3 次后,测量其
弹簧度数的变形量,两次测量结果之差值应不大于总扭转度数的 1.0%。
3.4 安全疲劳寿命试验
3.4.1 弹簧经疲劳试验 20000 次不应发生断裂,试验后的负荷损失应不大于工作负荷的 1.5%,扭转度
数损失量不应超过总扭转度数的 1.0%。
3.4.2 电动遥控自动门应有弹簧断裂保护装置:当弹簧断裂时,保护装置应能阻止门体下滑。
3.5 弹簧表面应进行防锈处理。
试验方法
4.1 测定弹簧负荷时,弹簧预紧一次,再将弹簧扭至指定扭转度数后,测量其负荷值永久变形量,用专
用扭簧试验机测量。
4.2 弹簧基本尺寸检查:
4.2.1 扭簧内径用游标卡尺检测。
4.2.2 自由角度用通用或专用量具测量。
4.2.3 扭臂长度用通或专用量具测量。
4.2.4 扭簧总圈数及间距用钢卷尺测量。
4.3 目测弹簧表面质量,要求光洁,无伤痕,并经防锈处理。

3.2 Main Dimensional Tolerances of Springs
3.2.1 The tolerance of the spring inner diameter is ± 1.0% of the basic inner diameter dimension D1.
3.2.2 The free length H0 of the spring is the reference dimension.
The tolerance for the total number of coils of the spring is ± 1.0% of the total number of coils n1. The total number of
turns of the manual garage door spring should be strictly controlled within a tolerance requirement of ± 0.5% of n1 of
the total number of turns.
3.2.4 The spring should have no initial tension in its free state, and the gap between coils should be less than 0.2mm
to prevent \"S\" shaped bending after installation.
3.2.5 Spring load (unit: N)
a. The allowable tolerance for experimental load is ± 2.0% of the usage load.
b. The working deformation of the spring under load must be selected within the range of 40% to 75% of the total
deformation of the spring.
3.2.6 Spring stiffness (in kg/mm)
Spring stiffness is the ratio of the unit working load (total weight of the door body G) to the total torsion degree (lifting
height of the door body F).
3.3 Permanent deformation
Pre twist the spring once, hold it at the corresponding degree of Ps for 10 minutes, and then continuously twist it
under the same load for 3 times. Measure the deformation of the spring degree, and the difference between the two
measurement results should not exceed 1.0% of the total torsion degree.
3.4 Safety fatigue life test
3.4.1 The spring should not break after 20000 fatigue tests, and the load loss after the test should not exceed 1.5% of
the working load. The loss of torsion degree should not exceed 1.0% of the total torsion degree.
3.4.2 Electric remote control automatic doors should have a spring break protection device: when the spring breaks,
the protection device should be able to prevent the door body from sliding.
3.5 The surface of the spring should be treated with rust prevention.
test method
4.1 When measuring the spring load, the spring is pre tightened once, and then twisted to the specified degree of
torsion. The permanent deformation of the load value is measured using a dedicated torsion spring testing machine.
4.2 Basic spring size inspection:
4.2.1 Measure the inner diameter of the torsion spring with a vernier caliper.
4.2.2 Measure the free angle using universal or specialized measuring tools.
4.2.3 Measure the length of the torsion arm using a universal or specialized measuring tool.
4.2.4 Measure the total number and spacing of torsion springs with a steel tape measure.
4.3 Visually inspect the surface quality of the spring, requiring it to be smooth, scratch free, and undergo rust
prevention treatment

工业门扭簧
上滑道式工业门在上下运行过程中,克服门板重量的动力,主要是靠平衡系统的扭簧力来平衡,
电机只起到上下运行牵引时一部分的提升力和限位的作用。所以扭簧的设计载荷次数、平衡力的大
小与门板的重量的关系对门体的正常安全运行至关重要。富星弹簧设计制造的工业门扭簧在现场安
装条件允许的情况下全部按手动开启效果设计,门体可以用手动开启到任意位置且都能平衡停留。
设计:
根据门体尺寸、门体总的重量,客户要求的工作载荷次数(即扭簧的疲劳次数)、开启提升方式,
选用绕钢丝轮的型号,周围的安装条件进行最科学最安全的设计。
最安全、最优性价比设计原则:根据客户要求设计出安全平衡、轻松开启、所用材料重量最轻、
成本最低、效果最佳的平衡系统。
材质:
60Si2MnA 油淬火回火钢丝,65Mn 油淬火回火钢丝或 82B 高强度弹簧钢丝。
由于工业门开启频繁,门体总重量大,提升方式特殊,扭簧变应力变化频繁,所以对材料要
求要抗拉强度。弹性极限高、韧性好、通条性均衡、回火稳定性好、表面光滑,常用 60Si2MnA 油
淬火钢丝。
热处理:
4 米长连续输送网带式电控回火炉,采用进口欧姆龙温控仪,自动控制系统,温度控制精度高,
热风搅拌装置,炉温精确均衡,热处理后效果好。
防锈处理:
根据钢丝材质和客户的要求进行防锈处理,有水膜置换锈油、硬膜防锈油、冷镀兰白锌、黄锌、
表面抛丸、电泳、发黑、磷化、喷漆、喷塑、达克罗等工艺。
扭力测试:
有专用工业门扭簧测试装置进行扭力测试。
工业门使用的安全要点:
一、平衡系统的安全可靠设计;
二、扭簧疲劳断裂保护装置;
三、钢丝绳断裂保护装置;
四、铅铝合金专用钢绳卡扣、冲压加工;
五、锌铝合金绕线直径、长度左右对称;

十、现场安装要求在所有电焊工序结束后,才能安装扭簧及钢丝缆绳,以防扭簧与钢丝缆绳

Ndustrial Door Torsion Spring
During the up and down operation of an industrial door with a sliding track, the power to overcome the weight of
the door panel is mainly balanced by the torsion spring force of the balance system. The motor only plays a part of
the lifting force and limit function during the up and down operation traction. Therefore, the relationship between the
design load frequency, balance force, and weight of the door panel of the torsion spring is crucial for the normal and
safe operation of the door body. The industrial door torsion springs designed and manufactured by Fuxing Spring
Factory are designed according to the manual opening effect when on-site installation conditions allow. The door
body can be manually opened to any position and can remain balanced.
Design:
According to the size of the door body, the total weight of the door body, the number of working loads required by
the customer (i.e. the fatigue number of the torsion spring), the opening and lifting method, the model of wire wound
wheel is selected, and the surrounding installation conditions are used for the most scientific and safe design.
The safest and most cost-effective design principle: Design a balance system that is safe and balanced, easy
to open, uses the lightest material weight, has the lowest cost, and has the best effect according to customer
requirements.

Due to the frequent opening of industrial doors, the total weight of the door body is large, the lifting method is special,
and the stress of the torsion spring changes frequently, so tensile strength is required for the material. High Elastic
Limit, good toughness, uniform continuity, good tempering stability, smooth surface, commonly used 60Si2MnA oil
quenched steel wire.
Heat treatment:
A 4-meter-long continuous conveyor mesh belt type electrically controlled tempering furnace adopts an imported
Omron temperature controller and automatic control system, with high temperature control accuracy. The hot air
mixing device ensures accurate and balanced furnace temperature, and the effect is good after heat treatment.
Rust prevention treatment:
According to the steel wire material and customer requirements, rust prevention treatment is carried out, including
water film replacement rust oil, hard film rust prevention oil, cold blue white zinc, yellow zinc, surface shot blasting,
electrophoresis, blackening, phosphating, painting, spraying, dacromet and other processes.
Torsion test:
There is a dedicated industrial door torsion spring testing device for torque testing.

3、 Wire rope fracture protection device;
4、 Lead aluminum alloy specialized steel rope buckle, stamping

6、 Side mounted door opener, equipped with a buffered booster;
7、 The installation requirements for industrial door guide rails and support rails are parallel and vertical;

10、 On site installation requires that the torsion spring and steel wire rope can only be installed after all welding

工业门扭簧安装方法:
工业门提升方式分为上滑道提升、完全垂直提升和半垂直三种,其扭簧安装如下:
1、上滑道提升工业门:和上滑道车库门的扭簧安装方法相同。
2、完全垂直提升工业门:因为扭簧始终承受着相同重量的门体,只有靠改变轮径的大小,即改
变扭矩大小,才能使扭簧扭力和门重平衡,所以需要安装塔轮。
完全垂直提升工业门扭簧安装时需要预紧。钢丝绳的长度必须根据塔轮线盘来确定,要保证门体
开启到顶部时,钢丝绳在塔轮上从大圈到小圈全部绕满。
3、半垂直提升工业门:需要安装半塔轮才能使扭簧扭力和门重平衡,门垂直提升时用半塔轮的
塔轮部分,门上滑部分提升时用半塔轮的平轮部分。

3. Semi vertical lifting industrial door: It is necessary to install a half tower wheel to balance the torsion spring torque and door weight.

wheel part of the half tower wheel is used.
The torsion spring of the semi vertical lifting industrial door also needs to be pre tightened during installation. The winding method of

Electric Roller shutter doors and windows are generally enabled in three ways in case of power failure.
1、 Hand remote lever: labor-intensive, long opening and closing time, easy to move the door opening machine limit;
2、 Backup power supply: Battery maintenance is troublesome, with a short lifespan and high cost;
3、 Torsion spring balance system: Using a low-power motor can open and close the door body, and manual opening
is more convenient and reliable.
The balance system of Roller shutter can not make the door stay balanced at any position like the balance system of
upper sliding door. The door can be easily balanced manually at the top and bottom, and it needs to be lifted forcefully
in the middle. This is determined by the fact that the torque generated by the torsion spring after torsion deformation
is not directly proportional to the height and weight of the door opening. If you want to balance the door body in the
middle, you need to increase the number of turns during installation.
After increasing the number of turns, the opening and closing effect: The door body automatically lifts upwards at
the top, and when closing downwards to the bottom, a large external force needs to be added to press downwards,
allowing for manual balance in the middle.
