Parameters of temperature,humidityand duration timevary bydryingprocess,which canbe set by the userwith the helpofthe touch screen.This process ofsetting parameters on the touch screen is called "programming".

High-temperature hot air produced by the heat pump using the energyitabsorbs from theairissent into the drying board room,and there the high-temperature hot
air turn water into vapor,which is in turn sent out of the board room throughan outlet.
Mixedfunction
The equipment has a function of intelligent switching between two drying methods:open-loop dehumidification and closed-loop dehumidification; itssensibleand latent heat recovery system helps toprevent lowheatingefficiencyin lowtemperature environments,andits freshairpurificationsystem effectivelyremovesdust,debris,grease outof the drying space to better retain the temperature.
Dehumidificationfunction
Theair in the drying chamber is heated repeatedly incyclesto removethe moisture in thematerial. During the process of dehumidification,the heat pump
evaporatorabsorbs the latent heatof the condenser toprovideheatenergyforheating,therebytokeep the cycle run to dry the material.

1.Multi-functional drying:The equipment has four functions:heating,dehumidification,moist discharge, andautomatic.
2.High efficiencyand energy saving.The energy used by the heat pump dryer to heat the air mainly comesfromrecoveredsensible heatand latent heat containedin thewarmandhumidairdischarged from thedryingchamber.The only input energy needed is that for the heat pump compressor,which,combined with the unique advantage of the heat pump that it consumes onlyasmallamount of powerto producea lotof heat,givesa heat pumpdryingdevicea SMER (the water content in the wet material removed by every unit of energy consumed) of 1 . 0 ~ 4 . 0 \mathsf {kg } / \mathsf { k W h } compared to that of traditional convection dryers of 0.2 \~ 0.6kg/kWh.
3.Precise temperature and humidity control:When thematerialis demandingon the temperatureand humidity of the air entering the drying chamber, the evaporation temperatureof theworkingfluidin the evaporatorand the condensation temperatureof the condensercanbeadjustedtomeetthetextureand appearancerequirementsofthematerial.
4.Recovery of usable and volatile components: somematerialscontainvolatile components(such asfragrance);when theyarebeingdried in the dryingchamberof the heat pumpdrier,suchvolatile componentsmayvaporize togetherwithwater into theair.When theaircontainingvolatile componentsis cooledbytheevaporator,thevolatilecomponentswill also liquefyandthenbedischargedtogetherwith the condensed water.The condensed water containing the volatile components then can be collected,and theusable and volatile componentsseparated byan appropriatemethod.
5.Environment friendly and pollution-free:with the dryingmediumworkinginaclosed systemwithinthe heat pump drying equipment, there is no pollution causedbymaterialdust,volatilesubstancesandodors thataredischarged into theenvironmentwith the driedexhaustair;and thewaste heatin theexhaust airof the drying chamber is directly recovered by the heat pumpto heat thecoldanddryair,therefore there is no thermal pollution to the environment from the
equipment.
6.Low-temperature drying:By controlling the workingconditionsof theequipment,temperature of the hot dry air in the drying chamber can be kept between 2 0 ~ 8 0 ^ { \circ } { \mathsf { C } } ,which can achieve high-quality drying for most heat-sensitive materials;and the closed circulation of the drying medium helps avoid contamination of materials by impurities resulting from external air exchange station,which is especially important for food,medicine orbiological products.
7.Dryingofcombustiblematerials:Whenthematerial issensitive to oxygen in theair (prone to oxidize,burn orexplode),an inertmediumcanbeused insteadof air to provide oxygen-free drying process.
8.The heat pump dryer is suitable fora wide range ofmaterials.Materialssuitabletobedriedaremainly thosethat canwithstanda temperature between20 and 8 0 ~ % during the drying process,or those that can withstand higher temperatures but it is more energyefficient or safer to do so by usinga heat pump. Materialsthathavebeenmuchresearchedandapplied includewood,grains,seeds,edible fungi,medicinal materials,seafood,biologicallyactive products,tea, paper,etc.
9.Compared to other low temperature (temperature of air entering the drying room < 4 0 ^ { \circ } { C } )drying methods (suchasmicrowavedrying,vacuumdrying,freeze drying)heat pump dryer has prominent economic efficiencydue to its small initial investment in equipment and low operating costs.The most valuable partsofa heat pumpdryingequipment is the heat pump and the drying chamber;and its drying chamber is similar to an ordinary convection drying chamber,imposing no special requirements on air tightnessand pressureresistance.

Thedrying and heat insulation chamber uses metal sandwichplatesmanufacturedwithpolyurethanerigid foamingprocess,wheremetal platesareplacedona plate convey beltsystemdesigned on the basis of the principle of rolling barrel,and the polyurethane foaming agentissprayedon themetal platesbyaspraying device,and then high temperature treatment isapplied to complete the foaming process of polyurethane between themetal platesto producea three-layer integratedpolyurethane(PU,PIR)metal sandwich plate.

Moisture discharge type
Moisture discharge dryers use traditional open-loop dryingmethod.Nowadays,many companies,having cometo recognize lowenergyefficiency,high costs andotherproblemsofotherdryingmethods thatuse sun,coal,or boiler etc.,have introduced driers that aregenerally considered themost energy-saving. However their actual usage has demonstrated high energy consumption,uneven dryingeffect and other problems.
When an "open loop"system works,the main machineabsorbs energy from the airto produce high-temperature hot air,which is sent to the drying chamber to takeawaywater vapor.Thismethod has its own problems:
1.Entry of external dustand other pollutants
2.Air supply volume must be moderate,or it will cause
alargeamountofwatervapor,whichwillcondense and drip
3.Energy is directly discharged with water vapor, causing huge heat loss
4.The machine may not be used in low ambient temperatureinwinter
5.Its complicated structure prevents easy installation andmaintenance

1. Preparation
1.1Make an overall consideration to cover all issues, including road accessibility,materials'entryand exit of the site,and the routes of equipment transportation and hoisting.
1.2 The horizontal and vertical routes for temporary electricity use shall be reasonablyarranged.
1.3Keep construction roads of the siteunblocked,and ensure compliance with requirements of horizontal transportationand fire-fightingaccess.

2.1.Foundation inspection for acceptance
2.1.1.All surfaces on the foundation, including the templates in the anchor bolt holes,must be removed. 2.1.2.Every part of the foundationmust meet the design requirements on size,with deviations kept within the specification standards.
2.1.3.There shall be no defects such as cracks, honeycombs, holes and exposed ribs on the periphery of the foundation.
2.1.4.Check against the requirements on the design drawings and ensure correct quantity of embedded rods.
2.Inspection upon unpacking
2.2.1. Check against the equipment part ist to ensure completeness of the equipment,spare parts,and accompanying documents and drawings.
2.2.2.Inspectall mechanical parts to ensure there is no damage,corrosion or other defects.
2.2.3.Check main dimensions of each main machine part to ensure their compliance with the drawings. 3.Equipment installation
3.1.The hoist shall be connected to the hoisting ring on the proper bodyof the equipment body,orwire rope is used to wrap the equipment shell before lifting. Don't use the connecting flange or manhole on the equipmentshell;protectionmeasures shall be taken forthe hook,and the partsthatareincontactwithwire rope to avoid damage to the equipment.
3.2.Make a trial attempt before the hoisting,and be careful to avoid swaying of the equipment during the process.
3.3.The hoisting should be carried out according to thespecified direction and angle,and shall avoid large position change of the equipment during the process. 3.4.Damages to the installation device, foundation, anchor bolts,surrounding structures and the equipment shallbe avoided during hoisting.
3.5.The hoisting shall be carried out slowly,and the equipment shall be placed gently when in place.
4.Equipment leveling and alignment
4.1.Size and location of the foundation for the equipmentmaybe determined according thesite conditions.
4.2.The vertical and horizontal base lines for installationand thecenter linesandelevation linesof the anchor bolts shall be marked out according to the drawings, theaxis line of the buildingand the elevation of the ground.
4.3.Before the equipment is put in place,ensure to remove dirt,soil and other things on the base surface ofthe equipmentand thedebrisin the reserved holes ofthe anchor bolts.The foundation or floorwhere grouting sites are located should be chiseled into a pitted surface,and oil-contaminated concrete,if there is any,must be chiseled away to ensure the quality of grouting.
4.4.After the equipment isinstalledinplace,observe whether there is subsidence of the building.
4.5.The secondary grouting of the equipment foundationmust be tamped and compacted,without leaving any gaps or holes,or causing displacement of anchor bolts.
