FD系列捻线锭子主要用于化纤长丝的加捻,化纤长丝经加捻后可以制成风格各异、用途广泛的纱线。

该锭子是一种新型的捻线锭子，一种采用细长孔铝套管与空心锭杆拼接结构，减轻自重载荷，龙带

传动或者无刷直流电机驱动；龙带传动的锭盘外形为鼓形或直形；上、下轴承位置配用特殊材料阻尼件，

具有良好的减振功能。

锭子卷装容量大，无需停车加油维护，在高速转动时振动低，纱线捻度均匀，纱线质量好，操作劳动

强度低。

结构及性能特点:

FD series twisting spindles are mainly used for twisting chemical-fiber filaments. After twisting, the filaments can be made into yarns with various styles and wide-ranging applications.

It is a new-type twisting spindle. It adopts a spliced structure of slender-hole aluminum bushing and hollow spindle bar to reduce self-weight load. For tape-belt drive type, the wharve is

drum-shaped or straight. The upper and lower bearing positions are fitted with damping parts

made of special materials for excellent vibration-damping performance.

It features large spindle winding capacity, no need for shutdown refueling maintenance,

low-vibration performance at high-speed rotation, uniform yarn twist, good yarn quality and

low-labor-intensity operation.
