TICATAD series AHUsadopt TICA's patented cabinet of labyrinth-type innerand outer frame,which inherits the characteristics of TICAAHU with lowair leakage rate,high strengthand no cold bridge.By function section combination and structure,the unit is divided into11 combination types.Inaddition, innovations have beenmade in the original mechanism,further facilitating the maintenanceof thefiterand coil.Theunit air flow ranges from 2 , 0 0 0 ~ { m } ^ { 3 } / { h } to 6 0 , 0 0 0 ~ { { m ^ { 3 } / h } } with various static pressures available.The unit features a compact structure and excelent cooling and heating performance,and can be equipped with hot water coils and wet film humidifiers as required by customers.

Installation
Carefully check the unit for damage before unit installation.If any of the following cases occurs,contact the distributorassoonaspossible for repairingorreplacement:Theunit is seriously bruisedordeformed;Theunit panel orshell hasclearly visible scratches;The fan ormotor gets loose.
·Forsafety reasons,a ceiling-mounted unit must be reliably installed.Be sure to lift the unit asshown in theright figure,or load,unload,and move the unit witha forklift.The mounting point must be firm and strong enough to bear the unit weight and keep the unit horizontal.
Before wiring,ensure that the voltage,frequency,and phaseamplitudeof the power supply complywith those of theunit,and that the power voltage deviationdoesnot exceed ± 1 0 % of theratedvoltage.Beforestarting thefan,rotatethefanimpellermanuallyinthefancabinet tocheck whether there is any metal frictionsound.If yes,eliminate the cause.Connect the powersupply,start the fan,and check whether the impellerrotates in the right direction.If not, change the phase sequence of the power supply line.
It is recommended that anair plenum be installedat theair inlet and outlet of the unit,an airflowregulating valve be set on theair pipe,anda firevalve be installed according to fireprotectionrequirements.Ifanelectricairflowregulatingvalveisinstalled,theairvalve actuatorshouldbeopenedbefore the fan,andclosedafterthe fan.
BeforeconnectingateripeemembertoeanitConnctpesodingtothecoldot)waterinletandoutetdirectiosarkedon theunitandbsuretoinstallalvedfiotewaterneiofenittousthfloCutofteoldotwateoucuring maintenance,andpreventimpurtiesfromenteringtheheatexchangerandcausingblockage.Thewaterinletandoutletpipesmustbe insulated with heat preservation pipes. WhenonnectingwateinletorotletppuseaipewrenchtoftheietovodtorsioteipeUseTflotapeforsealingtovd watereakageConecttodensateateeeatedintenittertainwateralightndscargtatertoit drainpipe,asshown in the figuresabove. Do not place the weight of air pipes and water pipes on the unit. BesuretogroundtheunitreliablyEnsurethattheelectricalcircuitisingoodconditionndmeetseectricalsafetyrequirements Onlyprofesolslitsdutddersndeladaliosstallniriistat collide into,pressorscratch theunit.
InstallationInstructions
·Cut off power supply if the unit willstop fora long time or in winter.
Topreventelectricshocks,fireandotherpossibleinjuries,besuretobearinmindandstrictlyabidebythefollowing rules:
·Donotattempttoinstallorreconstructheunityourself.Improperoperationmayleadtowater leakage,lectricshockorfire.
·Neverconnectthe grounding wireoftheairconditioner tothegas pipe,tap waterpipe,lightning arrester,etc.
·UseonlytheaccessoriesspecifiedbyTICAandaskthemanufacturerorauthorizeddistributor toprovideinstalationand technical services.
·The controller data line must be separated from the power cord to prevent interference.
·Do not damage the power cord or turn on/offtheairconditioner by inserting/pulling out the power plug.
●Do notuse watertoflush theairconditionerdirectly;otherwise,electric shock orotheraccidentsare easily caused.
·Theusercannottrytorepairtheunitindependently.Improperrepairmayleadtoanoperationfailureorburnoutoftheunit.To have theunit repaired,the user needs tocontactthe local branch orauthorized maintenance service provider.
·Neverruntheunit whereacid,alkali,salt sprayandothercorrosive gasesare present,asit willdamage theunit casing, pipeline or electrical components.
·Keepthesurroundingsaroundtheunitcleananddryandensuresmooth ventilation fortheunit.Cleantheair-side heat exchanger periodically (once 1-2 months)to maintain excellent heat transfer effect and save energy.
Checkwheterwiringoftheunitpowersuplyandelectricalsystemissecureandhetherelectricalcomponentsworkabnoalylf anexceptionoccurs,repairorreplace electricalcomponents.Regularlycheck whethertheunitis grounded reliably.
Installthedrainagepipeaccordingtotisanual.EnsurethatwaterwildainsmoohlyTakethrmalinsulationmeasureell Preventgenerationofcondensing waterMakesuretocheckthedrainagepipebeforetheunitoperates.Ifitisblocked,clear theforeignmatterso that condensingwatercan bedischarged smoothly.
·The lowest startup voltage of the unit should not be less than 9 0 % the rated voltage.The operation voltage should range ± 1 0 % of theratedvoltage.The voltage difference of different phasesshouldbe in the ± 2 % range.Anadverse impactwillbe caused totheunitwhenthevoltageistoohighortoolow.Makesurethatthepowersupplyisstable.Otherwise,whentheunitstarts,it maygenerateexcessive current,thusdamaging themotor.
·The unit can be maintained and repaired only when the unitis powered offand the power supplyis cut off.
* AftertheunitisfaultyfindoutthecauseandrectifythefaultbeforerestartingtheunitDonotrestartheunitifthfaultisnot rectified.
Never short circuit the protective device of theunit,as it may damage the unit.
·Protectthe internal cablesof the unitto prevent the insulation layerfrom being damaged by sharp objects.
·Wiresandcablesshouldbekeptawayfromheatsources.Donotmovewiresandcablesifposible.Donotbendortwistthem violently.
·Air filter
Checkthedustaccumulationstatusontheunitfilterscreenregularly (twicepermonthrecommended).Ifadiferentialpressure detectiondeviceisinstaled,theuserneedstocleanorreplacethefiterintimewhenthefinalresistancereachesthedefined value.TiCA recommends the following final resistance values:

·Heat exchanger
Makesure that thecoilfinsandcopperpipesarefreefromscratchesanddent.Keepthecoilcleanandbrushthefinsofthe coilwithanylonbrush.Avacuumcleanermustbeusedforcleaning beforebrushing.Ifcompressedairisavailable,useahigh preureairpipeoraspraynozzletoceanthecoil.Theoutersurfaceofthecoilshallbedustfreeaftercleaningandtheheat transfereffect of the innersurface shall reach itsoriginal heat transfercapability.
Aftertheunithasoperatedforoneweek,thebeltensionshouldbereadjusted,andaroutineinspectionshouldbecarriedout everythree months thereafter.
Aftertheunithasoperatedforaperiodoftime,thewiringpile headofelectric wirewillgetloose.Checkandtightenthe wiring pile head in threedaysafter theunitis turned on for the first time.
·Thefanand motor bearings need to becheckedregularly three timespermonth recommended).Check themotor bearing sealingring(eg.V-sealingring),andreplaceitwhennecessary;checkwhethertheinstaledandconnectedpartsgetloose; checkthebearingoperatingstatusbylistening toabnormalnoises,detectingvibration,andmonitoringtheoilconsumptionor bearingvibrationmeasuringelement.Incaseofanyabnormaitystoptheunitimmediatelyandlocateandeliminatetheause in time.Take heating measures orusespecial tools toinstall,removeorreplacebearings.Donot knock orprybearings.
Fanbearingmaintenance:
Forthefanwithanoilinjectionnozle,lubricatinggreaseshouldbefiledforthebearingregularlycleanlithiumbasedgrease No. 2.
If the userselects the grease ofa brand for filing,the grease of this brand should be always used.
Thevalidityperiodoflubricatinggreasedependsonthegreasetype,bearingrotatingspeed,shaftdiameterandoperating environment.Normalythelubricatinggreaseshouldbereplacedafterthefanhasoperatedforabout15oOhours;ifthefan operates continuously for 24 hours,replace the lubricating grease every 500-700 hours of operation.
Howto fillubricatinggrease:Keeptheshaftrotatingwhenfilinglubricatinggrease,stopfilngwhenseeingonelayeroffresh grease overflowing,and use a hand to rotate the wind wheel fast to discharge excess grease.
Check theaccessdoorsealingstripandflexibleconnectorofairductregularly(onceamonthrecommended).Ifindingair leakage,replace themina timelymanner.
·Other requirements: 1)Theairconditionercanbecleanedonlyafteritisshutdownandthepowersupplyisturnedoffotherwise,electricshockor personal injury may be caused. 2)Do not perform overhauling when the unit is operating. 3)Donotuseastelwireorcopperwiretoreplacethefuse.Useafuseofthecorrectspecification;otherwisetheunit will be damaged. 4)Uponfindinganybnormality(e.gburingsmell,turnoffthepowersupplyandseekinstructionsfromthedistributor.Ifyou continuetousetheairconditionerinthissituation,theairconditionerwillbedamagedandmayleadtoanelectricshockor fireaccident.Onlyprofesionalmaintainerscanperformmaintenance work.Beforeconnectingdevices,makesuretocutoff all the power supplies.
5)Refer to the installation and operation manual for other matters.

If themotor powerissmaller than or equal to 7 . 5 ~ \mathsf { k W } , thecontrol cabinet is installed on thesideorat the top of the TADunit.The motorwiringiscompleted,andthetemperaturecontrolleris deliveredwiththeunit.Onsite,thecontrol cabinet is installed onthe interiorwallof theoperationroomtoperformremotecontrol.Field wiring includes the powercable of the control cabinet,and the signal cable between the temperature controllerand control cabinet.
Other instructions
Thewatervalvecan help the unit saveenergy.However,installing awatervalveinanallfreshair scenarioisforbidden.
Thewater valve contact can only beusedontheswitching typewater valvewith powersupplyof 2 2 0 \vee . It cannotbeused inacontrol valve.
Whenthemotorpoweris greaterthanorequal to 11kW,the motoradopts star-delta start.The control cabinet is separately delivered asanaccessory,and installed on site.Field wiring includes the incoming power cable of the control cabinet,and themotor powercable between the control cabinetand motor. The temperature controller is installed on the panel of the control cabinet.
