佰冰水Xl系Heatshrinkable icewaterairshowersystem

热缩机是一种利用水作为加热介质的食品包装袋杀菌收缩机。市面上家禽、肉类等食品多以真空包装形式出售，在包装时食品袋会受到污染，同时包装袋表面因为真空吸附后产生不平整褶皱现象，影响食品安全和美观。故在包装后需要此类设备解决包装袋污染和褶皱现象。

水幕式出水结构和浸水式结构可选，水幕式结构上下出水，温度、速度、出水量可调，浸水式结构整体浸水水中，效果更佳理想。设备主体结构均采用优质不锈钢304材质，安全卫生，操作简单，维修方便，是食品包装行业的理想设备。

工作原理，在水箱加注合适水量，提前设定加热温度。待设定温度到，启动输送线与水泵，输送线将包装物输送至出水口，包装物表面浸水/淋水，达到收缩杀菌目的。出水口温度及大小是恒定的，输送线连续将包装物连续输送至出水口收缩后输送出机器。可搭配包装机、输送线、冰水预冷机、风干机连线使用。
