要选择一个适当的振动试验系统,最重要的是知道履行一个振动试验需要的激振力,评估计算激振力需要了解以下的试验规格:

振动试验过程中,会产生噪音。振动试验的噪音可分为加振噪音、散热风道噪音、冷却风机排出噪音、功率放大器的风扇噪音。

风冷振动台体尺寸
HORIZONTALSLIDING TABLE(HST)水平滑台
水平滑台可以与各种规格的振动台配合,实现水平方向测试。
倒台系统采用涡轮转动系统,个人能单独轻松地转动振动台台体与水平滑台连接。利用机械限位装置可以确保水平滑台与振动台的连接水平滑台主要由水平模块、连接头、水平滑台基座、油源组成.
HG系列水平滑台适用于常规的负载试件。
HB系列水平滑台具有较高的倾覆力矩和横向限制,适用于测试重心较高、重量较大的负载试件;
HT系列水平滑台主要适用于大尺寸试验件的水平振动试验,可以提供比HB系列更大的承载力和抗倾覆力矩。 TheHorizontalSlideTable(HST)canbematchedwithvariousspecificationsoftheshakertoachievehorizontaldirectiontest. The KDT2oo0 Drop Tester is designed to simulate the drops and mechanical hazards that occur in distribution.It is especially suited tovery large,heavy payloads which cannot be tested on conventional drop test machines. Regardless of the size or shape of the package, the system is capable of performing a variety of free fall (flat, corner oredge).When used, lift the ring by lifting it onto the release mechanism jaw and then lifting the release mechanism and the test package up to the test drop height by lifting the device.The foot release switch activates the solenoid valve in the release mechanism so that the release mechanism jaws open and the package is free to fall.
