Monro IPC (Inverter Pump Control) series, is also called VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) pump control,it works to control how a pump is used. The variable frequency drive ensures it supplies a CONSTANT PRESSURE - within the ability of the pump - according to the flow rate. The inverter pump control can be treated as the pump "protector", which increase the lifespan of a pump. Firstly, its soft starting comes to reduce wear and tear on the pump. Secondly, variable frequency drive can save energy due to the reduced use of the pump, resulting in less money spent on electricity. Thirdly, its multi-protection functions promise a good performance of a control. So choose an inverter pump control is vitally important.

HOW TO CHOOSE AN AUTOMATIC PUMP CONTROLLER?

1) To match the motor power of water pump

2) Suitable starting pressure according to pump lift & Max. water use height

For Example, if starting pressure 1.2bar, Max. Water use height is 1.2 \*10m=12Meters, pump lift is (1.2+0.8)\*10m=20Meters at least.

Monro EPC (Electric Pump Controller) series, is a whole electronic intelligent water pump control device. It adopts dual-control of flow and pressure, starts and stops of the pump according to the detected data of water source state, pipeline water consumption and pipeline pressure change.It can completely replace the traditional system composed of pressure tank, pressure switch, water shortage protection device, check valve, four-way, etc. And it is more safer than traditional system due to its complete isolation of electronic from pipe and highly hermetic control box.
