Mineair conditioner isspeciallydesigned to beused inmineoperationto provide freshairof comfortable temperature forunderground operators,improve their working environment,and boost work eficiency. With the progress of society and the advance of manufacturingindustry,mineair conditioners have beenin continuous Improvement; there has been abreakthrough in the design concept of mine air conditioners,which enables providing air conditioning fromabove the ground instead ofunder the ground, and consequently greatly improvesservice lifeand safety use of equipment.
Asaseasoned manufacturing enterprise, H.Stars Group hasdevelopeda new type of mine air conditioner that changes the traditional air conditioning mode to createmaximum value for investors.The provision of air-conditioning is synchronized with the freshairforthemine,where the freshair,controlled ataconstanttemperature byequipment,is sent directlyto theundergroundoperationarea to created comfortable air conditioned environment for the operators.This equipment of integrated design canbe installed above the ground; just connect it with water andelectricitysupplies,anditisreadytooperate. Power distribution and system control
Energy control
The unit is controlled by touch screen.Loading and unloading actionswillbeautomaticallyperformedbytheunitoncetemperature isset.In the event of single compressor, it is 5 0 % 7 5 % and 1 0 0 % andin the event of double compressor,itis 2 5 % 3 5 % 5 5 0 % 6 5 % 5 7 5 % 8 5 % and 1 0 0 % .Energyadjustmentisautomatically madeaccordingto the settingof the outletair temperature of the evaporator.
Temperature control
According to seasonal changesand the underground temperature requirementsof themine,the temperature,asageneral rule,can be set between 1 0 9 0 ~ 1 6 9 0 (adjustable) when the unit is used for cooling purpose;and between or 3 5 9 0 ~ 4 5 9 0 (adjustable) when is used for heating.The adjustment is automatically made by the unit, and manual operation is not necessary.
Remote monitoring
The unit employs cloud monitoring,which enables remote monitoringof the operatingstatusof theunit throughamobile phone.Temperaturesettingscanbeadjustedatany timeaccording to needs;and in the event of unit failure,alarm messages can be forwardedto themanufacturer,eitherto perform quickresetof the unitunder guidanceofthemanufacturer,oraskittoprovideon-site service.

Heatrecoveryfunction
Heatdischarged by thechillerduring condensation (usuallydischarged into theatmosphere through the coolingtower) canbe recovered foreffective reuse.For example:Aminemayneedoperationof both heating (for domestic hotwater) and cooling functions in summer. With the heat recoverysystem, the heat absorbed during cooling process can be transported towhere hot water isneeded in the building.In the cooling season,the system canoffer free byproductof 50 q orabove hot water.The heatrecoveredcanbeashighas 3 0 { ~ } 1 0 0 % ofthecooling capacity of theunit.This technology has beenpatentedand is the winnerofa second prizeof the National Industrial Science and Technology Award.
Heat recovery technology
Having been in the research and application of heat recoverytechnologyforalongtime,H.StarsGrouphas accumulated extensive experience in heat recycling,and hasitsownnational patentof heat recovery.Application of the technology in projects provides customers with free hot water,savinga lot of hotwater costs. It reduces thermal pollutionto theenvironmentcaused bycondensation heat,andatthesame time lowers the operating costs,as well as the noise of the cooling tower.
