The mold platen drillings(EUROMAP) canbe temporarily closed withplasticstoppers.Thesurroundingsof the mold platens are lined with easy-to-clean stainless steel panels.If desired,themachine platenscanbe supplied with a reduced bore pattern.

Undesirabledisturbancevariablesinthecleanroominclude thehot air and plastics vapor generated around the barrel during the injection process.Therefore the barrels on Medical machines are covered by an encasement and equipped with a closed injection guard and detachable trayforthe spray cake, as wellas a suction flange.This enables both the hot air and the plastic vapors to be sucked off from a centralpoint.
