1303 Type Pneumatic Membrane Double-Seat Regulator
1303 type pneumatic membrane double-seat regulator adopts double-guided structure and is equipped
with multi-spring actuator. It has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, sensitive action, large
valve capacity, accurate flow characteristics, easy disassembly and installation. Widely used for precise
control of gases, liquids, vapors and other media, process parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature
and liquid level are maintained at a given value. Particularly suitable for not very clean media where the
differential pressure is large and the allowable leakage is also large.
This series of products have standard type, bellows sealed type, jacketed insulation type, high
temperature type and other varieties. The nominal pressure level of the products are PN16. 25. 40. 64; the
range of valve body caliber is DN25~450. Various grades for fluid temperatures ranging from -250°C to +560°
C. Leakage amount standard is Class II, Class III. Soft seal can be up to Class VI; flow characteristics are
linear or equal percentage. A wide variety of specifications are available. Our products are equivalent to
domestic ZMAN, ZMBN, ZHAN, ZHBN, ZJHN, VN and their variant products.

Connection dimensions and standards
· Flanges according to GB/T9113-2000 (default standard). Also can be according to JB/T79.1-94, JB/T79
.2-94, or HG20592~HG20635-2009.
· Flange sealing surface type: PN16 is convex flange, PN25 is convex flange, PN40, PN64(63) are
concave-convex flanges, and the valve body is concave flange.
· Flange end surface distance according to GB/T12221-2005 (other standards must be specified).
· Welding connection groove according to: GB/T12224-2005.
· Actuator air signal interface: internal thread M10 × 1 (DN ≤ 100), internal thread M16 × 1.5 (DN> 100).
· Distance between valve body flange and flange end surface can be manufactured according to user
specified standards, such as ANSI, JIS, DIN, etc.
