4001 Type Pneumatic O-Shape Cut-Off Ball Valve
4001 Type O-shape pneumatic cut-off ball valve cooperated with electromagnetic directional valves
and other pneumatic components, it can be used for cutting off or opening the pipeline medium in the
transmission pipeline of chemical industry, petroleum, pharmaceutical industry, papermaking, metallurgy,
sewage treatment and other industrial sectors, as well as in the pipeline medium of oil tankers and
tanker trucks.
It has the following characteristics:
1. Large flow channel capacity, and medium flow direction is not restricted.
2. Sealing valve seat adopts high quality plastic and other soft materials, with reliable sealing.
3. In addition to general gas, liquid, it is more suitable for high viscosity, as well as with fibrous and
suspended particles of the media.
Structure and action principle
Pneumatic O-shape cut-off ball valve is composed of O-shape ball valve, air cylinder actuator two
major parts and electrical components, as shown in Figure 1, the cylinder actuator is the O-shape ball
valve drive device, when the compressed air through the solenoid valve or other controllers into the
cylinder at one end, to promote the movement of the piston, through the piston rod, crank handle,
vertical shaft and other transmission mechanism, making the ball core to rotate 90 ° to the center of
the vertical shaft, so that the ball valve turned from the open (or closed) state to the closed (or open)
state. To achieve automatic control of the medium in the pipeline, there are two M101 (or G1/4) screw
holes on the side of the air cylinder type actuator, which can be used to install the solenoid valve
through the connecting plate, and there are two M101 screw holes at the top, which can be used to
install the two forming switches through the supporting parts. The center rotary top can be operated
manually with a wrench. See figure I.
