公司产品包括边台、中央台、水槽台、试剂架、吊柜、药品柜、器皿柜、样品柜、气瓶柜、通风柜等。并承接实验室通风管道及水电系统的设计和施工。

2020年初，为了更好的服务于我们的客户，我们又成立了福建艾兰特科技有限公司，聘请了具有丰富经验的实验室设计人员及工程管理人员，使我们的服务延伸至净化及实验室装饰工程领域。

Xiamen Ailante Furniture Manufacturing Co.,Ltd. isa specialized company integrating R&D,production and sales of laboratory furniture. Since the beginning of establishment, the company had introduced foreign advanced design and manufacturing standards, had combined with Chinese traditional style of laboratory furniture,and had developed awhole set of new laboratory fumiture products with contemporary and concision style. The products have also obtained general consent from the maiority of customers since put into the market.

Our comipany products include wall bench,island bench, fiume bench,reagent rack,wall cabinet.and medical cabinet,vessel cabinet,specimen cabinet,and gas cylinder cabinet,fume hood and so on.And we undertake the design and construction of laboratory ventilating duct and hydropower system.

针对不同的行业,国家质量标准中要求检测的项目不同，即使是同行业，不同客户也会根据其自身的需要对国家标准进行补充和调整，因此每个客户都有一个"最适合的实验室布局"。我们的专业设计人员会在相关行业"一般实验室布局"基础上与客户进行详细深入的沟通,确认客户需要设立的检测项目,找到并给出这个"最适合的实验室布局"方案。

2.实验室装修水电图设计

Designof hydropower drawing forlaboratoryrenovation

平面方案确定后，我们会为客户提供实验室区域的水电预留位置图纸，这样客户在家具进场之前的装修阶段即可进行水电施工。

After the plane scheme is confirmed,we will provide the client with hydropower reserved-places drawings of laboratory area,so that the client can make hydropower construction on the renovation stage before bringing the furniture into the laboratory.

1、净化装饰工程

食品及生物类的微生物实验室经常会对实验室洁净度有着严格的要求，我们可根据客户要求，严格遵循GB50073-2001、GB500333-2002、GB/T6168-1985及GMP规范标准为客户搭建符合客户要求的无菌室。

2、办公装饰工程

Office Decoration Engineering随着现代企业对产品检测及研发要求的提高，实验室检测数据的整理及存档等工作也在逐步增多，因此在实验室区域内或者实验室区域附近设置研究人员办公区是很有必要的。不仅使研究人员的办公与实验室操作划分开来，也使实验室数据的管理更加的科学与规范。

1、通风管道工程

Ventilation Pipeline Engineering为了实验室操作人员的安全，在配置酸碱试剂及进行一些有挥发性实验操作时，我们就需要用到相应的通风设备连接通风管道，将有毒有害气体排到室外，有必要时，需要对尾气进行相应的处理。

In order to make the safety of the operating personnel, we need to usethe correspondingventilation equipment to connect the ventilation ducts,and to cary out the treatment of the tail gas.

风速选择

Selection of Wind Speed

（1）风管内的风速：一般实验室对通风系统的限定的噪音允许值控制在40～50dB（A）之间，即相应NR（或NC）数为35～45dB（A）。根据设计规范，满足这一范围内噪音允许值的主管风速为 4 ~ 7 { m / s } ，支管风速为2\~3m/s。通风机与消声装置之间的风管，其风速可采用8～10m/S。

（2）送风口的出风风速：为防止风口噪音，送风口的出风风速宜采用2～5m/s。

（3）回风口的吸风速度：回风口位于房间上部时，吸风速度取 4 { ~ } 5 { m / s } ，回风口位于房间下部时，若不靠近人员经常停留的地点，取 3 { ~ } 4 { m / s } ，若靠近人员经常停留的地点，取1 . 5 ~ 2 { m / s } ，若用于走廊回风时，取1～1.5m/S。

Wind speedwithin theair duct: thelimited noise alowable value of general laboratory for the ventlation systemis controlled in 40\~50 dB (A),namely the corresponding NR (or NC) number is 35\~45dB (A). According tothe designspecifications,the wind speed ofmain duct meeting the noise alowable value of this range is 4 ~ 7 { { m / s } } and wind speed of branch duct is 2 ~ 3 { { m } / { { s } } } .The air duct between ventilator and silencing device, the wind speed in it can be 8 ~ 1 0 { m / s }

Wind speed ofair outlet:the appropriate wind speedof airoutlet should be2\~5m/s,toavoid air outlet noise.

Air suctionspeed of returnair inlet: when the retum air inlet is in the upper partof room,air suction speed shouldbe4\~5m/s; when theretumair inletisinthelowerpartof room,ifitisnotclose tothesite personnel oftenstay, theair suction speed should be 3 { ~ } 4 \mathsf { m / s } while if it isclose to thesite personnel oftenstay, the air suction speed should be 1 . 5 ~ 2 { m } / { s } if it isused for the coridorair return, theair suction speed should be { 1 - 1 . 5 m / s }

面风速的含义：面风速是指当通风柜操作视窗全开的状态下，该视窗截面上任意几点的风速平均值。面风速的标准：一般无毒的污染物为 0 . 2 5 ~ 0 . 3 8 \mathsf { m / s } 有毒或有危险的有害物为 0 . 4 ~ 0 . 5 { m / s } 剧毒或有少量放射性为 0 . 5 ~ 0 . 6 { { m / s } } 。

因此在做通风系统设计时，应综合考虑以上因素，来布置风管及选择风机。对于通风柜的数量多于5台时，考虑到节能及噪音等因素，需采用变频控制系统来对通风系统进行控制。

Sotheabovefactorsshouldbetaken intoaccountwhentheventilationsystemisdesigned,tolayouttheair ductand tochoose ventilator.When the numberoffume hood is more than 5sets,VFC systemshould be adopted to controlthe ventilation system,considering the energy saving and noise etc.Factors.

2、纯净水工程

Pure Water Project

在实验室操作要求比较高，且实验室操作量较大情况下，往往需要设置单独的制水间，为实验室操作提供符合要求的纯净水。

3、实验室供气工程

Laboratory Gas Supply Engineering

实验室气相色谱、原子吸收色谱的大规模使用，使得实验室供气系统也慢慢走入大众视线，传统的启普发生器或者是单独的气瓶供气方式，不仅不便于气体的安全管理，也不利于实验室的布局整洁，在大型的实验室中，会设置专门的气瓶室以存放和管理供气气瓶，再用专用的气体管路布置到具体的使用房间。
