1、Overview

The Industrial Hanging Bottle Steam Iron integrates the essence of domestic and international iron designs, utilizing new processes and materialstocreate acompletelynew-conceptiron.lt appliestemperature,humidity, and pressure simultaneously to the fabric.By adjusting the temperature control knob and regulating the water intake, the fabric becomes smooth, achieving an ideal ironing effect.

Ill、Preparation Before Use

1. Hang the water-filled bottle approximately 1.5 meters above the ironing table.
2.Connect one end of the silicone tube(with an internal spring)to the solenoid valve of the iron and the other end to the hanging bottle.
3.Release the roller clamp on the tube to allow waterto fillthe tube completely, ensuring allairis expelled.

IV、Operating Instructions

1.Plug in the power cord and switch the power button to the “|" (ON) position.

2.Preheat the iron by aligning the temperature control knob with the "" mark on the face cover. When the indicator light turns off, adjust the knob to the desired setting and wait 2-4 minutes for the light to turn off again.Then,press the steam switchto release steam.
3.When resuming ironing after a break, ensure steam is released before placing the iron's baseplate on the fabric.
4.Afteruse,press therollerclamponthetubeto stopthewaterflow,thendisconnect the siliconetube. Switch the power button to the "\bigcirc^{\prime\prime} (OFF) position and press the steam switch several times to ensure any remaining water inside the iron is fully evaporated.Finally, unplug the power cord and place the iron on the rack, allowing it to cool naturally.

1.f the steam output decreases, it maybe due to limescale blocking the steam passage.Usea steel needle t unclogthe steam nozzle.

2.lfnosteam is released, check whetherwaterflows smoothly intothevaporizationchamberand whetherthe steamswitchisdamaged.Iftheswitchisfaulty,itneedstobereplaced.

3.lfthe iron does not heat up, check if the power is properly connected. Ifit is connected but stillnotheating inspectwhethertheheatingelementis damaged.If faulty,it shouldbereplaced.

1.ln areas with poor water quality, use scale inhibitor powder according to the instructions provided. Using scale inhibitor powder improves the iron's reliability.
