Involvesin electrical control system & automation system, motor, valve, plate heat exchange, air compressor, pressure vessel, reducer, environmental protection equipment and energy saving technology, casting, etc.
EAST PUMP was established in the 80 th of 20th Century, and now owns 16 sub-companies, 8 large manufacturing bases in Shanghai, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Anhui, etc. Total covered about several thousands mu. 产品概述
IHF型衬氟化工泵为卧式单级单吸悬架式化工离心泵;IHF-D型衬氟化工泵为卧式单级单吸直联式化工泵。
·该系列泵是我公司根据市场需要,在广泛吸收国内外衬氟泵产品先进技术的基础上,研制开发的化工泵产品。该系列产品采用高效卧式离心泵结合非金属泵工艺设计制造,使产品在具备金属泵承压能力的同时具有耐腐蚀、耐高温、不老化、重量轻、机械性能好、运转稳定、密封可靠、拆装维护便利等特点。
产品用途
·广泛应用于化工、制药、石油、电力、电镀、冶金、染料、农药、造纸、食品、纺织等行业;
. 可输送任意浓度的硫酸、盐酸、氢氟酸、硝酸、王水、强碱、强氧化剂、有机溶剂、还原剂等强腐蚀性介质。
·如:有色金属冶炼中的电解液输送、汽车制造中的酸洗工艺、化工生产中的腐蚀性介质输送、离子膜烧碱项目中的氯水废水处理和加酸工艺。

型号定义
例:IHF65-50-160/2表示进口直径 6 5mm ,出口直径 5 0 \mathsf {mm } ,叶轮名义直径1 6 0 \mathsf {mm } ,电机极数为2极的衬氟化工泵(悬架式)。IHF65-50-160D/2表示进口直径 6 5 \mathsf {mm } ,出口直径 5 0 \mathsf {mm } ,叶轮名义直径1 6 0 m { m } ,电机极数为2极的衬氟化工泵(直联式)。
产品特点
●氟塑料衬里材料采用聚全氟乙丙烯FEP,具有良好的热稳定性、突出的化学惰性、优良的机械加工性能和低摩擦系数,可承受各种强腐蚀性、强氧化性、强有机溶剂的交替或同时腐蚀;
·泵体采用高强度灰铸铁内衬氟塑料整体模压一次成型工艺,泵盖、叶轮等过流部件采用金属嵌件外衬氟塑料整体模压一次成型工艺,塑层厚度留有足够的腐蚀余量,衬塑面与金属件贴合紧密,内流道光滑匀称无缺陷;
·输送酸性介质时选用WB2型外装式单端面多弹簧波纹管式机械密封,静环选用氧化铝陶瓷或碳化硅材质,动环选用填充四氟材料;输送碱性介质时选用169型外装式单端面多弹簧聚四氟乙烯波纹管式机械密封,动静环均采用耐腐蚀硬质合金或碳化硅材质。保证泵在输送各类腐蚀性介质时密封的可靠型及轴封维护的便利性;
·采用干式轴结构,泵轴安装于外衬氟塑料的叶轮骨架中,使泵轴与输送的腐蚀性介质完全隔离;
●泵水力模型采用先进的CFD技术进行开发设计,泵结构采用先进的有限元分析法进行强度校核,产品运行高效、可靠、稳定;
·后开门结构,可在不拆卸泵进出口管道的情况下将叶轮或轴封部件从泵体内移出,检修维护方便;
·IHF型衬氟化工泵产品符合ISO2858-1975《端吸离心泵(额定压强16bar)标记、性能和尺寸》;
·IHF-D型衬氟化工泵,结构紧凑、安装简单、维护方便。

·衬氟磁力泵为卧式、单级、单吸磁力驱动化工离心泵,是我公司根据市场需要研制开发的无泄露、无污染、耐腐蚀的化工泵产品。该系列产品采用现代磁力驱动技术,巧妙地将机械传动泵的动密封转换成为静密封,实现产品的全密封、无泄漏,彻底解决了化工类介质输送过程中跑、冒、滴、漏、腐蚀、氧化等难题。
? CQB-F型衬氟磁力泵,该系列产品外磁直接与电机转轴相连,采用直联式,具有结构简单、无需对中、传动效率高、噪音小、振动小等优点。
. CQB-FT型衬氟磁力泵根据ISO2858标准设计,互换性强,方便用户更换和使用。

产品广泛应用于化工、制酸、制碱、稀土、农药、染料、医药、造纸、电镀、电解、酸洗等行业输送腐蚀性液体,尤其适用于易燃、易爆、易挥发、有毒、强酸碱、有机溶剂和贵重液体。

例:CQB80-65-125F/2表示进口直径 8 0 \mathsf {mm } ,出口直径 6 5mm ,叶轮名义直径1 2 5 \mathsf {mm } ,电机极数为2极的衬氟磁力泵(直联式)。CQB80-65-125FT/2表示进口直径 8 0 \mathsf {mm } ,出口直径65mm,叶轮名义直径1 2 5 \mathsf {mm } ,电机极数为2极的衬氟磁力泵(悬架式)。
产品特点
·衬氟磁力泵具有全密封、无泄漏、无污染、耐强酸碱等特点。
·氟塑料是最优秀的耐腐蚀材料,可输送任意浓(强)度的酸、碱、氧化剂等腐蚀性介质而毫不受损。
·小型泵采用全氟泵头,结构简单、耐腐蚀性好、重量轻、成本低;
·中大型泵泵体采用高强度灰铸铁内衬氟塑料整体模压一次成型工艺,泵盖、叶轮等过流部件采用金属嵌件外衬氟塑料整体模压一次成型工艺,衬塑面与金属件贴合紧密,内流道光滑匀称无缺陷;
·优质磁体材料具有良好的磁性、耐高温、不退磁,理论寿命高达20年;
. 磁力驱动,取消了传统离心泵的轴封,无需冲洗和冷却,既简化了结构又降低了能耗;内外磁之间采用隔离套完全隔离,真正达到了无泄漏输送;
·除功率很小的泵型,隔离套采用了增强碳纤维材质加固套,加强了氟塑料隔离套强度的同时消除了普通磁力泵的磁涡流现象,避免了多余热量的产生并降低了能耗值;
·静环及轴套采用氧化铝陶瓷材质,具有强度高、耐磨性好、抗腐蚀性能力强的特点,有效保证了泵的使用寿命;
·特殊设计的腔体冷却循环流道,可在水泵运行的过程中不断带走产生的热量,保证机组的正常运行;
·设计参照JB/T7742-2013《磁力传动离心泵》、HG/T3183-2012《氟塑料衬里单级单吸化工离心泵技术条件》、JB/T8688-2013《塑料离心泵》标准。

产品特点
●衬氟管道(磁力)泵立式安装,进、出口径相同,且位于同一中心线上,结构紧凑、占地面积小,振动小,噪音低,运行平稳;
·衬氟管道(磁力)泵直联后拉式设计,无需拆卸管道,安装维护方便;
·泵体采用HT200内衬FEP,采用热熔模压工艺牢固结合成一个整体,可承受一部分管道重力;叶轮采用整体模压而成,氟塑料内部包裹嵌件,保证了叶轮的强度;
·SGD-F衬氟管道泵采用外装式波纹管机械密封,可按用户要求选择动、静环;
·CQ-GF衬氟管道磁力泵具有全密封、无泄漏、无污染、耐强酸碱等特点;
·CQ-GF衬氟管道磁力泵采用先进的磁力驱动技术,取消了传统离心泵的轴封,真正达到了无泄漏输送,彻底解决了介质泄漏问题;
. CQ-GF衬氟管道磁力泵采用优质磁体材料具有良好的磁性、耐高温、不退磁;
·底板采用HT200整体铸造成型,上、下面均采用龙门铣床加工,最大限度的做到泵的水平与稳定。

IJU(F)型耐腐耐磨化工泵为卧式单级单吸悬臂式离心泵,是我公司针对有色冶炼行业精心设计的新型低速料浆泵。该系列产品可采用超高分子量聚乙烯工程塑料制作,也可采用耐腐蚀性能最好的氟塑料材料,既具有优异的耐腐性,又有非常好的耐磨性和优良的抗冲击性能。广泛应用于输送酸、碱性清液或料浆、腐蚀性矿浆,污水等,特别适用于含固体量高的腐蚀性介质。
产品用途
有色金属冶炼业:各种酸液、腐蚀性矿浆、料浆电解液、污水等输送;硫酸磷肥业:烯酸、母液、污水、磷酸料浆等输送;化工生产中的腐蚀性介质输送;
离子膜烧碱项目中的氯水废水处理和加酸工艺;煤炭化工、煤化工重腐蚀性液体、煤浆输送;火电厂湿式脱硫用循环泵。

产品特点
·IJU(F)型耐腐耐磨化工泵参照JB/T8688-2013标准结合非金属泵的工艺设计制造的夹板式低速料浆泵,具有耐腐、耐磨、机械强度高、高效节能等特点;
·采用全塑泵壳外加金属夹板的结构形式,叶轮及泵盖都有承压金属支撑骨架,提高了泵体强度,限制了全塑泵壳受热膨胀和受压时的永久变形,同时克服了全塑泵泵体压缩变形、冷缩变形时等导致机械性能不稳定的特点;
·精密铸造的闭式或半开式叶轮,流道光滑,效率高,汽蚀余量低,性能稳定;
·采用改良型动力密封,使密封的使用寿命相对于普通轴封大幅增长;动环采用高耐磨耐温的晶体碳化硅、碳化物等材料,具有强度高、耐磨性好、抗腐蚀性强等特点。同时可配置API682标准密封布置和冲洗方案;
·采用干式轴结构,泵轴安装于外衬氟塑料的叶轮骨架中,使泵轴与输送的腐蚀性介质完全隔离;
·泵采用后拉式设计,无需拆卸管道,检修维护方便。
