1701 Type Electric Diaphragm Regulator

Electrical regulatable diaphragm valve consist of PS series and 3610 series direct stroke electric actuators and

diaphragm valve. The electric actuator is an electronic integrated structure with a servo amplifier, and the valve

opening can be controlled by inputting the control signal (4-20mADC or 1-5VDC) and power supply to achieve the

regulation of pressure, flow rate, temperature and other process parameters. It is characterized by sensitive action,

simple connection, large flow rate, small volume and high regulation precision. Control accuracy and performance

are significantly improved over the DKZ type.

Diaphragm valve body flow smooth, throttling element is elastic diaphragm valve, no packing box on the bonnet.

As a result, the flow capacity of the valve is larger than that of a general regulator and there is no leakage, and the

valve can be used as a globe valve within the allowable range of differential pressure. The valve is suitable for high

viscosity fluids, suspended particles, fiber media and toxic media, corrosive media regulation occasions. Diaphragm

valve is a special form of valve with the function of cut-off, its opening and closing parts composed of steel valve flap

and soft materials (rubber and fluorine plastic composite) diaphragm, and the valve body chamber and the bonnet

chamber are separated to achieve the purpose of cutting off the medium in the pipe. The company has introduced a

series of fluoroplastic-lining diaphragm valve which are characterized as follows:

1. Composite diaphragm separates the inner chamber of the lower part of the valve body from the inner chamber of

the bonnet and forms a direct flow channel with it, so that the valve stem, valve flap and other inner parts on the

upper part of the diaphragm are completely isolated from the medium, eliminating the packing sealing structure, and

the leakage of medium can be avoided both internally and externally.

2. The use of diaphragm composed of FEP (Teflon) fluorine plastic and synthetic rubber and valves with Teflon

fluoroplastic-lining can be suitable for a variety of strong corrosive media in addition to \"molten alkali metals, elemen

tal fluorine\".

3. As the membrane of actuating element due to frequent opening and closing, it is easy to fatigue fracture, should

be replaced periodically depending on the working conditions and media characteristics.
