ZK-口-1P系列智能工业插座系统，将塑料配电箱、断路器、交流接触器、工业插座、10A智能控制盒、运行/停止指示灯、三位转换开关高集成于一体。

通过三位转换开关，实现手动／自动／停止三种工作模式；红、绿指示灯实时显示设备运行状态，为现场操作与维护提供直观信息。

结构组成Structuralcomposition

ZK-I□-1P系列智能工业插座系统主要由以下部分组成：

1.塑料配电箱：安装并保护内部电器元件；
2.前级断路器：提供短路、过载保护，兼作电源隔离；
3.交流接触器：控制工业插座主回路的通断；
4.工业安装插座 ( 3 P + E ) ：对外输出电源；
5.智能控制盒（10A）：实现自动/远程/定时控制等逻辑；
6.红/绿指示灯：分别显示运行/停止状态；
7.三位转换开关：选择手动/自动/停止工作模式。
The ZK-l口-1P series inteligent industrial socket system mainly consists of the following parts:
1.Plastic distribution box: Installed and protected for internal electrical components;
2.Pre-circuit breaker:It provides short-circuit and overload protectionand also serves as power isolation.
3.AC contactor: Controls the on-off of the main circuit of industrial sockets;
4.Industrial installation socket (3P+E) :External power output;

工作原理简介 Brief introduction to workingprinciple

部电源经前级断路器进入系统，输出侧接入交流接触器主触点，再由接触器输出至工业插座。

·在“手动模式下：接触器线圈由现场控制回路直接驱动，操作者可手动控制插座通断。
·在"自动"模式下：接触器线圈由智能控制盒输出信号驱动，按预设逻辑（远程、定时等）自动控制。
·在"停止"模式下：线圈控制回路被切断，接触器释放，插座断电，设备保持安全停止状态。

Theexternalpowersupplyentersthesystem throughthepre-circuitbreaker,andtheoutputsideisconnectedtothemaincontactof the AC contactor,and then the contactor outputs to the industrial socket.

In"Manual"mode:Thecontactorcoilisdirectlydrivenbytheon-sitecontrolcircuitandtheoperatorcanmanuallycontroltheonand off of the socket.

In"Automatic”mode:Tecontactorcoilisdrivenbyteoutputsignaloftheinteligentcontrolboxndisautomaticallyontrolled accordingto the preset logic (remote,timed,etc.).

1.用手机直接在应用市场搜索“涂鸦智能”或“智能生活”，或扫描二维码下载。
2.按照相应提示注册然后登陆APP。
3.点击右上角的+，再点击扫一扫，扫描设备正面的二维码即可绑定设备。

2.不要快速频繁操作遥控器按键，因为无线接收控制器是采用微处理器控制，每操作一种状态都有一个秒钟的时间响应。
3.若发现遥控器上的LED指示灯变暗或遥控距离变短，请及时更换电池
（温馨提示：为了我们的生存环境，请注意废旧电池的回收，千万不要随意丢弃）。
4.遥控器为精密电子制造请不要重摔和进水，否则会损坏产品影响使用。
5.安装前请将接收器的螺旋天线全部拉直伸到外壳外面垂直放置灵敏度更好。

可通过涂鸦智能APP进行设备分享。

添加设备Addequipment

1、设备通电，长按配网开关3秒以上，状态指示灯快闪，此时设备进入待配网状态。2、打开涂鸦APP，点击右上角+号，选择添加设备选择手动添加往下拉，找到“通断器”类，选择“通断器（wifi/蓝牙），输入网络密码，点击“下一步”，点击“确认指示灯闪烁”选择“快闪”，等待配网完成并修改设备名称。

添加设备失败Failedtoaddthedevice

1.请确保设备已正常启动。
2.确保手机已连接到互联网。
3.确保设备处于配网模式。

打开设备页面，点击开关或设备处即可控制开关。

定时Timing

定时分为普通定时，循环定时和延时关，特别注意在循环定时中，须选择日期，否则定时无效。

② 电量统计 Electricity consumption statistics

首页会显示实时当前功率，电压和电流及今日用电量与总用电量， 点击用电量可按日月年查看用电量。

④ 设置Settings

点击设置，进入设置页面，上电状态可选通电断电及断电记忆，指示灯状态可设置为继电器状态，指示位置，无，及开。
童锁开关：开启后无法通过设备开关控制继电器通断，须关闭或设备断电或连续按键4次解除维修锁定。
