Employees include senior professional air-conditioning engineers for design and development are over 30 persons.TAKAMURA GUANGZHOU CO LTD through the state approval, renamed to TAKAMURA GUANGDONG CO LTD in the same year, the company owned a land area of 50,ooo square meters factory in Taicheng, Taishan City,Guangdong Province,and relocation to Taishan city in mid 2013.

Unit Profile:
The Modular Type Air Handling Unit series consists of five product lines:TK-H-AH,TKV-AH,TK-H-AH-HT, TK-H-AH-SL,and TK-V-AH-SL. These units offer strong cooling capacity, high eficiency,low noise,and long-lasting durability.Theyare ideal central air conditioning terminal devices for concealed installation in spaces such as high-end hotels,hotels,shopping malls,office buildings,hospitals,airports,subway stations,and convention centers.They are the perfect choice for central air conditioning systems requiring high airflow,cooling capacity, humidity control,and cleanliness.
Each model is available with 4-row, 6-row,or 8-row coils,and heat exchangers with 10 fins/inch or 12 fins/inch for different cooling capacities.The products are reliable, stable,and feature the following characteristics:
1.Cabinet: Constructed with an aluminum alloy frame and double-layer panels.The panels are made of high-quality color steel sheets with insulation material sandwiched in between. The structure is compact, the appearance is elegant,and it prevents condensation.Easy maintenance and low noise.
2.Fan: Utilizes a forward-curved,multi-blade,double-inlet centrifugal fan.After dynamic and static balancing,the fan achieves high efficiency. Equipped with imported bearings,vibration damping system,and flexible connections,the unit operates smoothly and quietly.
3.Heat Exchanger: Made of aluminum fins and high-quality seamless copper tubes in an integral plate-fin configuration.The secondary collar forming process and mechanical expansion ensure tight contact,resulting in high heat exchanger efficiency, low air and water resistance,and easy cleaning.

Introduction to Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) Units
"TAKAMURA" can provide and configure on-site control systems for central air conditioning, enabling local control of individual units to set,modify,display,and control various equipment parameters.The system achieves stepless airflow regulation and can automatically adjust the air supply volume of the air handling unit based on changes in ambient temperature.It also supports preset time modes,automatically switching operating modes at diferent time periods to change the original air supply volume,thereby reducing operating noise,improving comfort, and achieving significant energy savings,while being easy to manage and operate.
Variable Frequency TK-AH-VF Series Double-Panel Air HandlingUnit
I.Function of the VFD:
a.Provides a wide frequency selection range ( 1 0 - 5 0 ~ \mathsf { H z } ),not limited to the standard input frequency ( 5 0 ~ \mathsf { H z } ) .The power supply frequency can be adjusted according to the actual air volume required in the air-conditioned area,achieving economic benefits by saving electricity.
b.Perfect and convenient acceleration/deceleration functions; reduces the chance of tripping during rapid acceleration ordeceleration of the motor.
c.Allows selection of automatic or external control; acceleration/deceleration time can be set independently.
d.Automatically adjusts the air supply volume of the air handling unit,saving energy and improving comfort.
Il.Purpose:
a.Provides users with advanced methods to control the operating speed (airflow,air pressure output),noise,etc.,of the air handling unit at any time as needed,achieving results beyond conventional air handling units.
b.Parameters such as required operating time,airflow adjustment,and noise reduction can be set directly on the VFD panel,making operation simpler and performance more excellent.
c.Compatible with motors of various speeds.
d.Power range applicable:suitableforthree-phase power supply,input power 0.75-15 kW.
Ill. Connection Diagram between VFD and Unit:
a.Optional line reactor.
b.Fault relay contact: used to provide status indication of the VFD.
c.Internal + 2 4 \vee :Ifusinganexternal + 2 4 \vee ,connect the external power supply's OV to the COM terminal. Do not use the VFD's + 2 4 \lor to connect the common point of L1 input to the external + 2 4 \lor
d.The R2 relay cannot be reconfigured.
