全自动四工位经济型热成型机带有成型-冲孔切割-堆叠四个工位，由全伺服驱动，提供更

加精确与效率的生产。其广泛运用于制造食

品或其他行业的塑料包装，如盘子、碗、水

果盒、餐盒、鸡蛋托、杯盖等。该机主要适

用于PP/PS/PET的热成型塑料片材。

The fully automatic four station economical thermoforming machine

has four stations of forming punching cutting stacking, driven by full

servo, providing more precise and efficient production. It is widely used

in the manufacturing of plastic packaging for food or other industries,

such as plates, bowls, fruit boxes, meal boxes, egg trays, cup lids, etc.

This machine is mainly suitable for thermoformed plastic sheets of

PP/PS/PET.

The fully automatic three station economical thermoforming machine integrates

forming cutting stacking three stations, adopts a four guide column structure,

and is driven by two sets of servo motors on the upper and lower sides to drive

the eccentric wheel connecting rod structure, which respectively drives the two

mold tables to move up and down, with stable operation, low noise, and high

efficiency. This automated production line can save labor and investment costs,

1. Forming, hole punching, cutting, and stacking are done one one machine

automatically.

2. The movement of each station adopts eccentric wheels and connection rod

to drive, which is driven by two sets of servo motor.

3. It adopts four columns structure guarantee high precision plane accuracy of

the running mould sets.

4. Servo motor drive sheet sending and plug assist which ensure high precision

running and easy to control.

5. Machine is controlled by PLC with touch screen and easy to operate.
