FRP WRAPPED PIPE SERIES
The company can produce diameter of 4 0 0 0 \ \mathsf {mm } 、 length of 1 2 0 0 0 \ {mm } below the various specifications of FRP quartz sand winding pipe and diameter of 3 0 0 ~ \mathsf {mm } below the various process pipes. The whole winding process is controlled by microcomputer, which has the characteristics of beautiful alignment, high accuracy and convenient operation.
The working temperature of the pipeline is - 4 0 ^ { \circ } { C } { ~ } 8 0 ^ { \circ } { C } . The special proportion of the pipeline can withstand 110 high temperature, and the pipeline does not crack under the frozen medium. For large and medium flow pipeline, the project cost of large diameter quartz sand pipe is 30 % lower than that of steel pipe of the same diameter, which is equivalent to that of cement pipe, and the transportation is convenient, the construction cost is low, no maintenance is required, and the service life is more than 50 years.

FRP Process Pipe
Product Overview
Our company can produce all kinds of process pipes with diameter below 4 0 0 0 \ {mm } , design pressure greater than or equal to 2.5 MPa, design stiffness less than or equal to SN10000.
The whole winding process is formed by microcomputer NC integrated winding, which has the characteristics of beautiful alignment, high accuracy and convenient operation.
Product characteristics
Corrosion resistance: different corrosion resistant pipes can be selected according to the requirements of the medium.
Pressure resistance: according to the pressure required by the process, design, manufacture pipes and fittings, with 1.5 times the pressure required by the process to carry out pressure filling test; low temperature resistance is - 7 0 ^ { \circ } { C } , high temperature resistance is 2 0 0 ^ { \circ } { C } .
Good insulation and flame retardant performance: excellent insulation, after improvement can eliminate static electricity; will not spontaneous combustion, flame retardant, good flame retardant, selfextinguishing.
Color diversity: good transparency, improved can be a variety of colors;

FRP Sand Pipe
Product Overview
FRP sand pipe is the result of many years of scientific research and development and successful manufacture. It is a new type of material which is applied to large-scale fluid by stress concrete pipe, ductile iron pipe and cast iron pipe. It is mainly used in buried pipe, overhead pipe, light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance, long service life, low operation and maintenance cost, and can save a lot of money for construction project.
The main forming process is controlled by computer, and the lining is made according to the prescribed procedure on the core die (the same as the lining process of fiber wound glass tube). The mortar mixed with quartz sand and resin is wrapped in the structure layer and finally wrapped in the outer protective layer.

Resin, surface felt, short cut fiber, continuous glass fiber, quartz sand and other accessories.

Product Overview
The flue gas desulfurization tower is suitable for dust removal, smoke removal, and desulfurization of coal-fired and oil fired boilers and kilns. It has the characteristics of low resistance, flexible installation and layout, high desulfurization efficiency, and long service life.
Working principle
The flue gas enters the desulfurization tower through the bottom air inlet, and due to the guiding effect of the tower plate blades, it rotates and rises. The slurry flowing down from each plate is sprayed into fine droplets of tens of microns on the tower plate, causing a sharp increase in the contact area between gas and liquid (several hundred to thousands of times larger than that of a water film dust collector). Droplets are rotated by the airflow, generating centrifugal force that strengthens the contact between gas and liquid, and finally thrown onto the tower wall, flowing down along the wall. Due to the good gas-liquid contact conditions provided inside the tower, SO2 in the gas is effectively absorbed (desulfurized) by alkaline liquids.
Due to its special internal structural design, the cyclone plate tower is an efficient and versatile mass transfer equipment, with advantages such as high flux, pressure reduction, wide operational flexibility, low blockage, and high efficiency. Its comprehensive performance is superior to the wet flue gas dual alkali desulfurization tower dust removal device commonly used at home and abroad. Workingprinciple
The fiberglass purification tower uses sodium hydroxide solution as the absorption and neutralization solution to purify acid mist exhaust gas. The gas is pressurized or sucked into the inlet section by a centrifugal fan, and then flows upward to the first filter layer, where it reacts with the neutralizing liquid sprayed from the first stage nozzle. The absorbed exhaust gas continues to flow upward to the second filter layer, where it comes into contact with the neutralizing liquid sprayed from the second stage nozzle, undergoes a neutralization reaction again, and is then discharged into the atmosphere through a swirl plate, hood, exhaust pipe or fan.

Cleaning And Hygiene Performance
