无论常用电源和备用电源有无电压，均可采用手动操作方式。手动操作时，应将手动－自动按钮置于手动操作位置，当推动手柄顺时针旋转至终端时，备用电源执行断路器Qr分闸，常用电源执行断路器QN合闸；当推动手柄逆时针旋转至终端时，备用电源执行断路QR合闸，常用电源执行断路器QN分闸。

面板中，电源指示灯，若该灯不亮，说明自动控制盒工作电源有故障，不能操作开关。待修复正常后，将手动·自动按钮冒于自动位冒状态，如果常用电源供电正常，切换开关将自动投入常用电源执行断路器QN合闸状态，面板中N电指示灯亮；如果常用电源供电不正常，则切换开关将自转换到备用电源QR供电，备用电源日指示灯亮。

双电源自动转换开关是新开发的微型家用电源转换开关。该开关主要用于测试主电源或备用电源是否正常。当正常电源异常时，备用电源会立即启动开始工作，从而确保电源供给的连续性，可靠性和安全性。

该产品专为家用轨道式安装而设计，专门用于PZ30配电箱。双电源自动转换开关适用于50或60HZ额定400V交流电的应急供电系统。TSE有构造坚实，转换可靠，安装维护方便以及寿命长的特点。

广泛用于各种无法持续停电的场合，既可靠电工作，又可手动操作。
ATSE是由TSE和控制器组成。

按GB/T14048.11，指定第6-1部分：多功能设备和开关设备可知ATSE是最符合要求的低压开关设备和控制装置。

注意事项Mattersneedingattention

手动/自动操作：双电源可以保证在电路操作中的发电和断电的性能，但对于手动操作，由于发电和断电速度或操作员的差异，双电源不能保证上述性能。在手动发电和断电过程中，可能出现过量的银合金损耗。因此，当所有的电源切断检查和维护操作系统和触点时，只需将选择开关拉倒手动位置即可。一般情况下，请将选择开关拉倒自动位置。当手动操作时，将选择开关拉倒手动位置。手动操作完成后，将选择开关从手动位置拉倒自动位置。

控制电路：输入220V操作电压，双电源将瞬间转换，转换完成后控制电路中的线圈会被内部开关断开。正常额定电压的 80%{-}110% 内，产品可以正常运行。电压过低会导致脱扣线圈发热甚至自燃。

Control circuit:Input 220Voperatingvoltage,the dualpower supplywill beconvertedinstantly,aftertheconversionis completed,thecoilinthecontrol circuitwill bedisconnected bytheinternalswitch.Within 80%{-}110% ofthenormalrated voltage,theproductcan operatenormally.Toolowvoltage will causethetrip coil heat oreven spontaneous combustion. 根据配电系统安装的要求，请配备适当的断路器，确保工作人员和设备的安全。

维护、检查和储存

维修和检查应由专业人员操作，提前将所有电源切断。

为确保TSE的良好性能，首先维修和检查应在使用后6个月内进行，并至少每年维护和检查一次。在安装条件苛刻的场合，因增加维护和检查频率。

维护和检查项目

a请在发生故障时清除灰尘和污垢。

b.请检查电触点接触部件是否变形和损坏，清除附着表面和周围烧焦的金属颗粒。

c.接触面上的铁锈、酸化和灰尘可能导致接触不良吗，请多次手动操作，必要时测量接触电阻。

d.因长期受潮以及处于悬空的状态中，使用前请将TSE擦干。去除灰尘和污垢后，使用500V兆欧表测量绝缘电阻正常供应，交替供电，负载侧杆，包括带电部分和金属板之间的绝缘电阻。而且绝缘电阻不小于10MΩ。

TSE应存放在与正常工作环境相当的环境中，具有防尘、防潮和防磕碰措施。
